The term Deep State is not a new one. There are many good books on the subject, some better than others. My favorite is Tragedy & Hope 101, by Joseph Plummer. But make no mistake—the Deep State is real and it is dangerous—very dangerous. There is no crime they won’t commit, no lie they will not tell, to acquire and maintain power or influence events to their liking. Every American should undertake to know about the Deep State.
