The War on Drugs, the War on Terror, and the War on Poverty.  All failures and, in fact, designed to fail.  The government doesn’t want to solve problems, it wants to create and exacerbate them.  Think about it—if the government actually solved problems, it would go out of business.  All of those sniveling bureaucrats would be out of work.  If you can name one problem in history that any government has ever solved, I’ll shut down this website.
