Hillary had another massive coughing attack yesterday while speaking in Des Moines. Her recent coughing attacks:
a. are symptomatic of her advanced stage of alcoholism
b. only happen when she tells the truth
c. are caused by hairballs
d. are common side-effects of anti-psychotic medications
e. all of the above

PBA occurs secondary to a neurologic disease or brain injury. Episodes may also be mood-incongruent: a patient might laugh uncontrollably when angry or frustrated, for example.
