I don’t know if I’m the only one experiencing this in the last several years or if others have noticed this as well. I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone whenever I talk to medical provider offices. The level of communication skills is just in the gutter. I get ghetto-level schedulers and other personnel who can barely speak English, or who don’t speak clearly into the phone. Not at one provider only, but with ALL the providers I deal with.

And their knowledge of their jobs is just as abysmal. It’s like I went to a Walmart cashier to have my gall bladder removed. I can’t get a coherent sentence from anyone, either because they’re straight of of the ‘hood, or English is their second or third language. Don’t competent white males or females apply for these jobs anymore?

It’s idiocracy brought to life! I feel like society is crumbling.
