EPA, NOAA Face Steep Cuts in Revised Trump Budget Plan

Several federal environmental agencies are facing cuts of at least 28% under the Trump administration’s new budget blueprint that was released late Friday.

Departments such as the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Park Service would see deep and specific cuts for the 2026 fiscal year, which begins Oct. 1 under a budget proposal released by the Office of Management and Budget, The Hill reported Monday.

The EPA would see a 34.7% cut to its payroll for science staff and staff working on environmental programs and environmental management. The Park Service would see a 30% cut to its staff in charge of its system operations. And the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration would get a 28.4% cut to its staff operations, research and facilities payroll.

But the cuts aren’t just for staff. A number of offices related to energy and environmental research, as well as disaster response, are reduced or eliminated, The Hill reported. The new blueprint for example eliminates the NOAA’s office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research, and it also cuts federal assistance at the Federal Emergency Management Agency by 31.9%.

White House budget requests are typically seen as a signal of an administration’s priorities rather than a realistic road map because Congress controls appropriations, The Hill reported. The Trump administration has signaled it is willing to go further to challenge congressional authority by instituting massive layoffs at many agencies with more on the horizon.

Hamas Lies Published by U.S. Media Become for Terrorism

In Boulder, Colorado, eight elderly Jews were torched alive in a park. They wore red T-shirts bearing the names of hostages seized by Palestinian terrorists over 600 days earlier. Some carried Israeli flags. Walking peacefully in memory and solidarity, they were attacked with fire as a flamethrower and Molotov cocktails created flames as high as a tree. An 88-year-old Holocaust survivor was among the injured. The attacker, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, is reported to be an Egyptian national in the country illegally. He now faces murder charges.

This third such targeted attack on American Jews in three months confirms a disturbing trend. In April, the home of Pennsylvania’s Jewish governor was firebombed shortly after he hosted a Passover meal. In May, two Israeli embassy staffers were shot dead outside the Capital Jewish Museum. And this weekend, the fire returned – this time in Boulder. This time in broad daylight. This time with the specific intent to incinerate Jewish pensioners gathered to remember kidnapped civilians.

At a shooting range in South Florida, I met Jews who on October 7th, 2023 chose to arm themselves for the first time – a story I heard over and over as I met with members of the Jewish community, from lawyers to PR men to moms and dads. They’re training. Securing homes, temples, and schools as if a war has already begun. Because this week, we learnt it has. Had there been a single armed guard among the elderly marchers in Boulder, it’s possible we would be talking today about a foiled terror attack – not about charred flesh and burned lives.

There has been some outcry. Officials have condemned the attacks. Statements have been issued. But even as Jews in America are being attacked with increasing regularity, we have not seen the birth of a “Jewish Lives Matter” campaign. No nationwide reckoning. No marches filling the streets. The continued targeting and killing of Jews does not appear to summon the same political urgency or cultural solidarity as other forms of hate. That silence is only broken by the continued death chant of “Free Palestine”.

One answer lies in the narrative war unfolding alongside the real one. Just hours before the Boulder attack, major media outlets rushed to report that Israeli tanks had opened fire on starving Palestinians at an aid distribution site in Rafah. The headlines were brutal, the claims unchecked. There were no videos. No forensic evidence. The sources? “Local health officials” and “witnesses” – terms that in Gaza almost always mean Hamas.

Hours later, drone footage emerged showing a very different reality: quiet crowds, no gunfire, no chaos. The Israeli footage was not conclusive, but it did raise a simple, devastating question – was there even a mass casualty event? And if there was, what happened? To date, no reliable, verified evidence has surfaced. Yet the narrative had already run its course. Yet more tales of Israeli cruelty had already circled the globe. Jews, once again, had been painted as butchers. Hours later, in Boulder, someone lit a match.

Ambassador Mike Huckabee condemned the media’s role in this cycle. “Reckless and irresponsible reporting by major US news outlets,” he said, “are contributing to the antisemitic climate that has resulted in murder… and terror.” These aren’t exaggerations. They’re recognitions of cause and effect. When falsehoods from Hamas mouthpieces are repeated uncritically by CNN, the New York Times, or the Associated Press, they become fuel. Fuel for slogans. Fuel for rage. Fuel, quite literally, for firebombs.

Yet while the press was crying massacre, something real was taking place in Gaza – something almost entirely ignored. For the first time since the war began, a new aid distribution model – designed by the US and implemented with Israeli coordination – has begun to work. It bypasses Hamas. It is transparent. And its early results look promising.

In just one week of operations, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) has distributed nearly six million meals via 87,360 aid boxes. On Sunday alone, one distribution site – SDS1– delivered 1,159,200 meals without a single security incident. No violence. No deaths. No chaos. Prices of basic goods in the area have reportedly dropped by over 35 percent. GHF is now expanding to four more sites, including northern Gaza. This is what actual humanitarianism looks like: structured, verifiable, non-political. And it’s working. Not in theory – in practice.

Meanwhile, Hamas has not paid its fighters for months. Its grip on the streets is weakening. Civilians have begun storming Hamas warehouses, some being shot in the process. The tide is turning, but you wouldn’t know it from the headlines. What we get instead is disinformation. One outlet even reported that Israeli naval ships were firing on civilians at a GHF site – a claim so implausible, so grotesque, that it barely merits rebuttal. But it made the rounds. To the Jew-hating media, it “felt true.” And that’s the problem.

The slogan “Free Palestine” has, for many, become a kind of moral shorthand. But we must now ask honestly: what does it mean? Increasingly, it is declared while slaughtering Jews. It is shouted outside temples and adorns placards not of peace, but of bloodlust. Like “Allahu Akbar” before it, it has become the cry beneath which Jews are murdered in the street. If the goal is statehood, we are forced to ask: what kind of state? What would it be for? What would it do?

Because what we are seeing does not point toward the birth of a liberal democracy. It points toward yet another theocratic terror state. There is no civic program behind the chant. No vision of coexistence. No blueprint for governance. The responsibility is on those who chant and their supporters to tie their movement to the actual goods of statehood – not to murder, not to arson, not to open war on Jews.

Central to that war is a news machine that cannot distinguish between elderly Americans at a vigil and a far-off war against terrorists in the Middle East. It is not a news ecosystem, but a propaganda machine. It does not simply mislead – it weaponizes. It invites violence. And increasingly, that violence is coming home. The attack in Boulder should been a national rupture. A moment to step back from the brink. But it won’t be.

Something fundamental has shifted. The veil has slipped. American Jews are learning what their coreligionists in Europe and in Israel have known for some time: that hatred of Jews is never defeated, never rational and never far away.

CHICAGO, IL — In an incident that brought swift condemnation from Democrats across the country, a local man was immediately arrested and charged with a hate crime for casting a shadow on a Pride crosswalk.

The brazen act was allegedly perpetrated by a man later identified as Leonard Morgan, an electrician who claimed to have simply “walked by” the crosswalk on his way to a customer’s house. Witnesses said Morgan’s shadow could be clearly seen being cast over the crosswalk for over two seconds, which was a clear violation of the law.

“There’s no place in this city — or our society as a whole — for this type of bigotry,” said a Police Department spokesperson after Morgan was taken into custody. “Once we received multiple reports that someone had allowed their shadow to pass over a Pride crosswalk, we responded quickly and forcefully. Pride crosswalks must be kept free from any mistreatment at all times. Using the angle of the sun to show your hate is not acceptable.”

Morgan denied any wrongdoing. “I was just walking across the street,” he said. “I didn’t even know there was a Pride crosswalk there. I’m actually colorblind, so I couldn’t even see the rainbow paint. I don’t hate anyone. I love everybody. Not like that, though. I’m not gay.”

The district attorney’s office was expected to have charges filed by the end of the day, and the case against Morgan was expected to be fast-tracked to capitalize on the heightened anti-Pride furor.

At publishing time, the authorities had already recommended that Morgan face the death penalty.

More white South Africans arrive in the US under a new refugee program

A second group of white South Africans has arrived in the United States under a refugee program announced by the Trump administration, officials and advocacy groups said Monday.

Nine people, including families, arrived late last week, said Jaco Kleynhans, head of international liaison at the Solidarity Movement, a group representing members of South Africa’s white Afrikaner minority. The group traveled on a commercial flight to Atlanta, he said.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Embassy said in an email to The Associated Press that “refugees continue to arrive in the United States from South Africa on commercial flights as part of the Afrikaner resettlement program’s ongoing operations.”

An initial group of 59 white South Africans arrived at Dulles International Airport in Virginia on a chartered flight last month under the new program announced by U.S. President Donald Trump in February. The Trump administration fast-tracked the resettlement of white South Africans after indefinitely suspending other U.S. refugee programs.

Trump administration said it is offering refugee status to white South Africans it alleges are being persecuted by their Black-led government and are victims of racially motivated violence. The South African government has denied the allegations and said they are a mischaracterization of the country.

Trump has falsely claimed that white South African farmers are targeted in widespread attacks that amount to genocide and are having their land taken away. Trump confronted South African President Cyril Ramaphosa with those baseless claims during a meeting at the White House last month.

Ramaphosa has said the relatively small number of attacks on white farmers are part of South Africa’s larger problems with violent crime, which affects all races.

The Trump administration initially said the refugee program was aimed at members of South Africa’s Afrikaner minority, who are descendants of mainly Dutch and French colonial settlers. In new guidance published by the U.S. Embassy last month, applicants must be “a member of a racial minority” in South Africa and “must be able to articulate a past experience of persecution or fear of future persecution.”

There are approximately 2.7 million Afrikaners among South Africa’s population of 62 million, which is more than 80% Black. They are not the only white minority. There are around 4.5 million whites in total, including those with British or other heritage.

The U.S. Embassy spokesperson said the U.S. “continues to review inquiries from individuals who have expressed interest to the embassy in resettling to the United States and is reaching out to eligible individuals for refugee interviews and processing.”

While U.S. officials have not said how many South Africans have applied to be relocated, Kleynhans said there have been around 8,000 applications. Another group helping white South Africans apply for refugee status has said tens of thousands have applied.

Democrats Fixate on Trump, But Ignore the Voters

In a CNN interview on Sunday, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) boasted that the Democrats “will take back control of the House of Representatives” in the 2026 midterm election. History shows that his prediction is likely to occur. As noted by John Woolley in the American Presidency Project, “In the 22 midterm elections from 1934 -2018, the President’s party has averaged a loss of 28 House seats and four Senate seats.”

In the 2022 midterm election, Republicans did not meet this historical average. The GOP lost one Senate seat, and managed an anemic gain of only ten seats in the House, but it was enough to take control of the lower chamber.

Currently, the Republicans have a very slim majority in the House, with only 220 seats. In recent months, three congressional Democrats have died, necessitating special elections. If Democrats win those races, as expected, their party will need to gain three seats in the upcoming midterm election to take control of the House.

If Democrats regain control, what can the American people expect from this political party? U.S. Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) made it clear in an MSNBC interview. She stated, “we will investigate…whether or not this president himself has violated the Emoluments Clause.”

She also vowed to investigate “all these business deals that they have going on.” Crockett claimed that the Trump family was “raking in” huge sums of money on projects such as “the next golf resort that they’re setting up in Qatar,” and a “crypto scam.”

Crockett promised there would be “no shortage of things” for Democrats to investigate and “determine whether or not there have been not only violations of the law, but definitely violations of our Constitution as a whole.”

Therefore, Democratic leaders, who perpetrated innumerable lies about the declining health of President Joe Biden and ignored his blatant corruption and the obvious graft of his son Hunter and other family members, will become watchdogs for the American people when they regain control of the House of Representatives. How reassuring!

There is no doubt that if Democrats assume control of the House of Representatives again, they will move to impeach President Trump a third time. This is because Democrats offer nothing but Trump hatred.

Democrats have no plans on how to improve the lives of the American people. The Democrats were perfectly content to allow Biden to destroy our economy, our military, our international reputation, and our border security during his disastrous term in office.

Democrats helped Biden pass his reckless legislative agenda which plunged the country into economic chaos and added $8.4 trillion to the national debt, surpassing the $7.8 trillion added during the first Trump term and marking the highest debt total of any President in American history.

The playbook has been outlined by Jeffries, who said the Democrats will “respond to what Trump and the administration has endeavored to do” Their agenda will be investigation and impeachment, nothing of any benefit to average Americans.

Since the President’s debut on the political stage in 2015, Democrats have suffered from a severe case of “Trump Derangement Syndrome.” Sadly, that has not changed and is only intensifying.

For example, on Saturday, far-left Governor of Minnesota and former Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz told South Carolina Democrats at their convention that the party needed to be “meaner” and to “bully” Trump. He said, “We are defined as anti-Trump, and you’re…right, you’re…right, we are anti-Trump.”

Governor Wes Moore (D-MD) also spoke at the convention and echoed Walz’s criticism of Trump. He said, “We can, and we must condemn Donald Trump’s reckless actions.”

The mainstream media should, but will not, ask Democrats like Governor Moore what is so “reckless” about the Trump agenda of securing the border, rebuilding the military, pledging to enact a “Golden Dome” missile defense shield, significantly lowering inflation and gas prices, correcting unbalanced and anti-American trade deals and trying to end wars that started during the last administration?

All their endless Trump bashing is not impressing the American people. In a new CNN poll, conducted by SSRS, only 16% of the American people view Democrats as a “party with strong leaders,” while just 25% of respondents believe Democrats are a “party of change.” In addition, merely 19% believe the Democrats are a “party that gets things done.”

Democrats are in such disarray that another new poll shows the leading candidate for their 2028 presidential nomination is the failed former South Bend, Indiana Mayor, and Secretary of the Department of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. He leads all potential rivals with the support of 31.5% of respondents, followed by U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) at 19.4% and former Vice President Kamala Harris at 16.6%.

It is a huge embarrassment for Harris to be losing to a lightweight like Buttigieg and a radical leftist “squad” member like AOC, who had none of her bills become law in the last congress and served in zero leadership positions.

AOC’s ineffectiveness does not seem to matter to young Democratic voters, 18 to 29 years old, who gave her a net favorability rating of 60 points in a recent Yale University survey. According to leftwing pollster and political analyst Nate Silver, AOC will be the candidate “to lead Democrats into the next presidential cycle.”

Thus, in 2025, Democrats are offering Trump bashing, radicalism and lies, such as on issues of Biden’s health. One of Democratic Party’s elder statesmen, and our nation’s 42nd President, Bill Clinton, just lied about Biden in a CBS interview.

He ludicrously claimed that Biden was “always on top of his briefs.” Then, he was asked whether he ever noticed a “cognitive decline.” Implausibly, Clinton said “No. I didn’t know anything about any of this…I saw President Biden not very long ago, and I thought he was in good shape.”

Really? Any American who saw Biden during his term as President knows very well, he can be called many things, but he was never “in good shape.”

Bumbling Biden Was Still a Tyrant

By J.B. Shurk

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard continues to declassify documents that show how the Biden administration defined political opponents as “Domestic Violent Extremists” (DVEs).  In a December 13, 2021, intelligence product entitled, “DVEs and Foreign Analogues May React Violently to COVID-19 Mitigation Mandates,” the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security, and National Counterterrorism Center created a framework for investigating critics of Biden’s COVID policies and labeling them potential domestic terrorists.

The report claims that “anti government or anti authority” Americans see “COVID-19 vaccination and mask mandates as evidence of government overreach” and that “QAnon” has used these “prominent narratives” to encourage violence.  Dangerous thoughtcrimes “include the belief that COVID-19 vaccines are unsafe, especially for children, are part of a government or global conspiracy to deprive individuals of their civil liberties and livelihoods, or are designed to start a new social or political order.”

This Intel designation encapsulates so much of what is wrong with the federal government today.

First, it once again frames anti-government Americans as a national threat.  Conversely, the Declaration of Independence, the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights all recognize government as an inherent threat to Americans.

When we celebrate the Fourth of July next month, we will be honoring the patriotic acts of our political forebears and the many sacrifices they bore so that we might be free.  Free from what?  Oppressive government!  Our nation was founded on the truth that government is an enduring threat to individual life, property, and liberty.  Being anti-government is to be American; bowing down to government is to reject the founding principles of this nation!

For many decades, the FBI and its partners in the Intelligence Community have turned what it means to be American on its head.  An American who believes in the guiding principles of the Declaration of Independence is now a “domestic enemy,” while those who worship government and abhor personal freedom run the federal bureaucracy!

Second, it’s simply remarkable that the Intelligence Community would define harmful “narratives” (aka, untruthful “disinformation”) to include (1) the belief that vaccine and mask mandates are unlawful; (2) the belief that vaccines are potentially unsafe; and (3) the belief that government agents deprived Americans of their civil liberties and livelihoods during COVID.

Masking requirements, six-foot separation rules, plastic enclosures around school desks and checkout counters, and the myriad of other “safety” edicts had no basis in science!  Their genesis came entirely from bureaucratic overreach.  Because the experimental COVID-19 “vaccines” had no long-term testing, there was absolutely no way for anyone to accurately assess the likelihood of harmful side effects.  The more time that goes by, the less safe the mRNA injections appear to be!  And how could it possibly be a “conspiracy” to believe that the government was depriving people of their civil liberties and ability to earn a living?  Politicians, police forces, and totalitarian bureaucrats closed schools, forced people to remain in their homes, prosecuted them for attending religious services, and boarded up their places of business.  Unless you were Walmart or Amazon, making a living became a crime.

If forcing people to do exactly what government agents say and coercing people to inject experimental serums into their bodies aren’t glaring examples of “government overreach,” what else is?  The Reign of COVID Tyranny was not a figment of the public’s imagination!  It was totalitarianism in vivid form!

Finally, consider how dishonest our domestic security agencies are when they pretend that only crazy people believe that there is a “global conspiracy” to “start a new social or political order.”  The World Economic Forum unleashed its “Great Reset” initiative within weeks of the COVID lockdowns.  Its public website is filled with materials describing how political and financial elites should use the COVID crisis to remake the world.  WEF leaders say explicitly, “To build back better, we must reinvent capitalism.”  That gobbledygook phrase — build back better — became the cult mantra of every Western political leader.  Joe Biden, Boris Johnson, Emmanuel Macron, Justin Trudeau, Jacinda Ardern, and countless other powerful nitwits sounded like deranged cockatoos all babbling, “Build back better,” together.

Then-Prince of Wales Charles became a kind of global ambassador for the WEF’s “Great Reset” and “Build Back Better” buffoonery.  Speaking of COVID, the future king declared, “There is a golden opportunity to seize something good from this crisis…global crises know no borders, and highlight how interdependent we are as one people sharing one planet.”  Using COVID as an opportunity to shill for a “climate change” hoax that has nothing to do with environmental science and everything to do with globalism’s love for totalitarianism, wealth redistribution, and carbon taxes, the Marxist monarch continued, “Unless we take the action necessary, and build in a greener and more inclusive and sustainable way, then we will have more and more pandemics.”  Charles put his royal imprimatur behind a Marxist-globalist institution that fetishizes phrases such as “stakeholder economics”; “sustainability”; “diversity, inclusion, and equity”; and “environmental, social, and governance.”

The WEF’s pantheon of global power players used COVID to advance their obsessions with “climate change,” global government, the “Fourth Industrial Revolution,” and the technocratic surveillance state.  Kings, presidents, and prime ministers all conspired to do the WEF’s bidding.  They posted identical social media messages in their native languages and delivered the same speeches in public.  But the Intelligence Community thinks only dangerous domestic extremists could possibly believe that global aristocrats are actively working to demolish national sovereignty and self-government and construct a “New World Order” in which the few control the many.

All of this was easy to see during the Reign of COVID Tyranny.  Basic science was ignored, while compromised public health institutions pimped for Big Pharma.  Rights and freedoms disappeared, while bureaucrats and politicians flexed their authoritarian muscles.  Ordinary people became poorer, while favored corporations profited.  Because this COVID carnage was plainly visible, Biden administration goons put any American with a working brain on a terrorist watchlist.

That’s not particularly surprising.  Merrick Garland’s thuggish Department of (in)Justice and Chris Wray’s Cheka-FBI infringed Americans’ constitutional rights with gusto.  They threw veterans, Christians, and public school parents on terrorism watchlists just for expressing personal beliefs.  A special Homeland Security Intelligence committee that included Russia collusion fraudsters John Brennan and James Clapper wanted to reclassify political dissent as a “public health” issue, so that ordinary citizens and school teachers would feel more comfortable reporting conservative neighbors and students to the feds.  The people who held great power during the Obama and Biden presidencies behaved as if betraying the Bill of Rights were part of their official oaths.

Dementia Joe Biden was not only mentally unfit but also morally unfit to hold the office of the U.S. president.  No-one will soon forget his dictatorial speech in front of a “hellish red background” at Philadelphia’s Independence Hall before the 2022 midterms.  In a decade when Hitler comparisons are ubiquitous, Biden’s dark and divisive polemic against Republicans really took the Nazi cake.

Social critic Tim Young remarked afterwards, “I’m not saying ‘fascism’ officially had its coming out party in America tonight…I’m just saying Biden condemned his political opponents as a threat to America and democracy set to a blood red background with the military standing behind him.”  Political reporter Mia Cathell agreed: “Nothing screams unity like a backdrop of blood red lighting and Marines positioned behind Biden as he shouts with raised clenched fists from the podium.”

Along with his cognitive deterioration (obvious to all but the propaganda press), Biden’s menacing Philadelphia speech defined his “presidency” as unapologetically despotic.  That his national security agencies designated critics of the government’s anti-American COVID policies “Domestic Violent Extremists” was just par for the course.

Tip of the cap to the one and only “Full Strength.”

Who Really Are the Lawless and the Dictatorial ?

The left cries “dictatorship” while wielding the courts, agencies, and media to undermine laws, crush dissent, and call it democracy.

The left is in its usual sanctimonious but schizophrenic mood.

The media claims daily that the Trump administration has usurped power. It is supposedly destroying democracy. It tramples on the rule of law and thus has created a virtual dictatorship.

Yet at the same time, Democrats high-five the most recent district court judge who has put a stop to the current Trump executive orders—which the Trump administration abides by as it files appeals.

There are two clear conclusions from the flurry of the lower-court liberal justices’ orders: 1) Trump has obeyed their record number of interventions as the appeals go forward; and 2) rarely in the history of the republic has a pool of some 300-400 left-wing district judges exercised such nationwide control over the executive branch and indeed the entire nation.

Yet consider the array of double standards.

Donald Trump is accused of improperly dictating to private elite universities who choose to apply for and receive federal funds. At least, lower court cherry-picked justices predictably rule so.

But please spare us the district courts’ sermons on truth, justice, and the American way, given their lodestar is often ideology, not principled adherence to the law.

After all, Trump is only following the precedents of the Obama administration. With legal impunity, it had threatened fines and worse to public and private universities that did not fully implement Title 9 to Obama’s subjective standards.

Indeed, the Obama Department of Education Office of Civil Rights, in an unconstitutional fashion, habitually threatened colleges and universities (“Dear Colleague…”) with a cutoff of federal funds if they did not comply with its weird version of addressing charges of campus sexual harassment. For the “constitutional lawyer” Obama,

For the “constitutional lawyer” Obama, gone was the American creed that Americans accused on campus were innocent unless proven guilty “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

For the Harvard Law graduate Obama, gone were even past administrative rules that required “clear and convincing evidence” to convict the accused.

Instead, it ordered campuses to adopt its new Orwellian standard that a mere “preponderance of the evidence” might find the targeted guilty—or risk losing federal funds.

Hillsdale College long ago declined federal subsidies and grants, only to be a target of petty, even spiteful, federal harassment from both the Obama and Biden administrations.

Imagine what would be our current district court judges’ attitude toward an administration’s “interference” in denying federal funds to a campus that allowed black students to be serially harassed and assaulted on campuses—and their attackers honored by the university, in the manner that Jewish students and their assailants are today at Harvard. Would a judge really forbid the federal government from attaching conditions to its optional funding, requiring campuses to follow the law and protect at-risk students?

Imagine what district judges would say should visiting white South African students, here on student visas, trash the libraries of their hosts and rough up minority janitors or surround a library to threaten students of color trapped inside—and do so with assumed campus impunity?

Would our principled district judges really forbid a Democratic administration from holding back federal funds to force sanctimonious college presidents to stop such racially inspired campus violence?

Would the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit rule that universities had violated the corpus of civil rights legislation and the 2022 Supreme Court decision if they ever allowed segregated “European-American” auxiliary graduations or de facto segregated Euro-dorms (“theme houses”)?

Would the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit rule that universities had violated the corpus of civil rights legislation and the 2022 Supreme Court decision if they ever allowed segregated “European-American” auxiliary graduations or de facto segregated Euro-dorms (“theme houses”)?

What if African-American students with higher test scores and GPAs on average than their white counterparts were systematically discriminated against in admissions to ensure that the incoming admitted class was composed of roughly no more than two percent black males —perhaps in the manner of the last few years when about 9 percent of the incoming Stanford classes were apparently designated white males (who make up 33-35 percent of the population)?

Would the lower courts stop a Democratic administration that forced such a racially discriminating university to follow prior civil rights court decisions and federal laws—or else?

Would our lower courts rebuke a Democratic administration that had warned a campus to abide by protections of the First Amendment if they wished continuance of federal funds—and thus, say, stop white male frat students from shouting down, disrupting, harassing, and threatening a speech of a transgendered visiting federal judge—as one of its own right-wing male administrators hijacked and prematurely ended the guest’s lecture?

When CBS’s Scott Pelley hijacked a graduation address to deliver a Bruce Springsteen-like rant against Trump, the purported tyrant, did he specify how the elected president has trampled the Constitution? Does Trump’s press secretary selectively edit her transcripts, as CBS does, to show the president in a more favorable light?

Would the lower courts stop a Democratic administration that forced such a racially discriminating university to follow prior civil rights court decisions and federal laws—or else?

Has Trump followed any of the precedents established during the prior four years of the Biden administration?

Did he, Mr. Pelley, coordinate local, state, and federal prosecutors to warp the law and try to imprison his 2020 and 2024 political opponent?

The left talks of Elon Musk as a Trump oligarch threatening democracy. Has Musk been convicted of a felony charge of insider trading in the manner that billionaire and donor George Soros was in France? Is he now in prison like left-wing mega-donor and disgraced oligarch Sam Bankman-Fried?

Note well that in the days after Trump’s 2022 announcement to seek reelection, the Biden DOJ appointed Jack Smith as a federal prosecutor to prosecute Trump.

At roughly the same time, Nathan Wade, the lead prosecutor for Fani Willis’s Georgia prosecution of Trump, mysteriously showed up in Washington to meet with the White House counsel. Why?

Stranger still, Matthew Colangelo—formerly the DOJ’s third-ranking prosecutor and a key figure in Letitia James’s ridiculous New York case—left the department once again to rejoin the legal campaign against Trump by leading Alvin Bragg’s municipal prosecution of Trump.

Note also that Smith left his billet under a cloud of ethics conflicts after receiving free legal services and not initially reporting such gifted conflict-of-interest income. Fani Willis was forced off her prosecutions for numerous ethical violations and indeed fined for not turning over subpoenaed documents. Letitia James is currently facing federal investigations ranging from mortgage, mail, and banking fraud to falsification of documents.

So far, Trump has not sent the FBI to raid the multiple Biden residences to search for more classified documents, given Biden’s serial history of improper possession of such materials.

Did Jack Smith, in Robert Hur fashion, ever claim that Trump was not feasibly prosecutable because he had a poor memory, perhaps citing the illustrious work of fired Yale psychiatrist professor and left-wing heartthrob Dr. Bandi Lee, who had earlier tele-diagnosed Trump as demented?

Are any red states currently coordinating to take the 2028 Democratic nominee off their state ballots following the lead of democratic Democrats?

Trump was certainly not nominated by Republican Party insider fiat in 2024. Instead, he ran as a maverick disruptor and won the nomination in open primaries. Kamala Harris was selected by Democrat insiders—despite never having won a single delegate or primary vote in her two nomination bids.

Joe Biden, whose prior 2020 nomination was fixed by party insiders, won the 2024 nomination by winning 14 million primary votes. But he was kicked off the ticket by the same party insiders and donors who had orchestrated his prior nomination. Is that the new Democrat-style of democracy of nullifying the wishes of 14 million voters?

The left talks endlessly of the “rule of law.” But they have crafted a funny sort of selective and self-interested jurisprudence. If a local or state entity decides it does not find federal immigration convenient, it simply defies federal orders to turn over those who have entered and resided in the country illegally, even or especially in the case of the detained who have committed crimes.

In the ancient days, Americans called that defiance “nullification.” Indeed, it was always associated with “states’ rights,” and a long history of insurrectionary illegality from the Confederacy to George Wallace standing in the door of the University of Alabama.

But the left now calls those entities that nullify federal laws “sanctuary cities”—although it would go ballistic should a red country similarly declare the federal Endangered Species Act or gun registration laws nullified in their “sanctuary” jurisdictions. Indeed, a Democrat administration would likely apply a January 6-like preventative detention and indefinite incarceration to any such nullifying “insurrectionaries.”

Are the Trump White House and the Republican majority Senate now maneuvering to end the filibuster as the Democrats once threatened? Are they trying to pack the Supreme Court to ensure more appointments before 2029, in the fashion that Democrat presidential candidates used to promise? Or are they threatening to end the Electoral College as Democrats habitually bluster?

I do not remember, during the current Trump tenure, the FBI suppressing knowledge of evidence in the manner of its Biden-era smothering of Hunter’s authenticated laptop to influence an election. Are Trump’s FBI lawyers doctoring evidence to frame their targets à la Kevin Clinesmith?

In Trump’s first 120 days, I don’t recall FBI Director Kash Patel leaking confidential presidential conversations to the New York Times, or ordering the FBI to collect dirt on Democratic candidates, or hiring a fraudulent ex-British spy to compile a lurid dossier on AOC or Bernie Sanders. Has Patel lied four times to federal investigators following the prompt of Andrew McCabe?

Nor has Patel ordered his agents to work with Facebook and Twitter to suppress embarrassing press coverage about the Trump family.

The Trump Secret Service is not a private retrieval service that hunts down his children’s missing, lurid diaries or incriminating lost laptops or illegally acquired lost handguns.

Is there now a White House-conservative media cabal covering up a Trump cancer diagnosis or demonstrable senility?

So far, the Trump CIA Director John Ratcliffe and Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, have not repeatedly lied under oath to Congress, following the precedents of the Obama-era CIA Director John Brennan and DNI James Clapper.

So please, spare us the sanctimonious lectures on “tyranny” and “dictatorship” from the very ideologues who have done and are doing more to wreck the Constitution and destroy the confidence of the American people in the rule of law than any generation in modern memory.
