Thomas Jefferson Warned Us of the Red State-Blue State Divide
From the papers of Thomas Jefferson:
“I view great cities as pestilential to the morals, the health and the liberties of man. True, they nourish some of the elegant arts; but the useful ones can thrive elsewhere; and less perfection in the others, with more health, virtue and freedom, would be my choice.”
“I think our governments will remain virtuous for many centuries; as long as they are chiefly agricultural; and this will be as long as there shall be vacant lands in any part of America. When they get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, they will become corrupt as in Europe.”
Interesting foresight, in the context of today’s red-blue electoral issue. Increasingly, in the United States, it has come down to rural vs. urban — with some middle ground still found in the suburbs, perhaps (which are increasingly urban).
Some call the red areas that Jefferson defended as “flyover country.” Back in 2008 and 2012, Obama made fun of red states because of what he claimed was their irrational attachment to guns and religion. What Obama was really after wasn’t their values, but their freedom..
Given the ability of politicians in deep blue cities to ultimately determine the outcome of elections not just in cities but throughout their states (Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona come to mind) and, nationally speaking, the country (since presidential elections will now always swing blue), we’re presently living under a tyranny of values and policies determined by leftist elites.
The rural part of the country and also the conservative wing of the suburbs (not to mention the minority of urban people who aren’t leftist) eventually must decide: Will we succumb to the dictatorship Jefferson feared? Or will we assert ourselves, fight back and do whatever it takes to break out of this urban, communistic, socialistic, stupidly “woke” leftist tyranny?
I would say this is a question for the future. But the last several years have shown us that the future is already here.
Make up your minds, freedom-lovers. Because all of the evidence supports the claim that the leftists are coming for us.

What They Call “Science” is Actually Good Old Fashioned Communism
The left — old and new — is wrong about EVERYTHING.
The recent example of COVID tells all. The death rate was little worse than the flu; and who knows how much better the death rate would have been had we not endured the “unintended” consequences of locking down for a year.
The “vaccine” was supposed to eradicate COVID. Instead, everyone who got the vaccine is still getting COVID. Many who never got the vaccine haven’t had COVID once. How can that be? Healthy people who did get the vaccine are dropping like flies — 35 year olds with heart attacks, perfectly healthy 40 or 50 or 60 years olds dying in their sleep — for no explainable reason. How can that be? We can’t find out, because asking the question is almost enough by itself to get you cancelled and — on our current course — imprisoned.
Then there’s the Green agenda. For a generation or more, we’re told the earth is warming. We’re told this is a BAD thing, and that the warming is ALL due to man-made activity, specifically fossil fuels and eating meat (specifically, two things that Commie leftist fascists like Bill Gates don’t like). So the solution, we’re told, is to outlaw fossil fuels, thereby cooling the earth and saving mankind for life under a modern hybrid of Communist-fascist totalitarian dictatorship.
Every time it’s hotter than usual we’re told, “See? That’s global warming.”
If you research the ACTUAL evidence there is, if anything, another ice age coming. It’s not imminent and the evidence is NOT conclusive. But if there’s any hypothesis with a rational basis, that’s it. And it does seem to be getting chillier.
So if we followed the science — which is nothing more than a hypothesis, at most — then we’d actually hope for man-made global warming. This would counter the effects of the coming ice age, a hypothesis for which there actually is evidence, at least if you’re looking across the centuries and millennia.
As with COVID, you find out pretty quickly that if you challenge “the science” with actual facts and evidence, you’re censored, ridiculed and/or threatened pretty quickly. With only one party in power and only one party (DemCom-RINO) having any prospect on the federal level in America (thanks to election fraud and overwhelming media bias), your freedom itself is increasingly threatened.
THEY call it “science.” In reality, it’s The Narrative. You may not question The Narrative of the authorities. They’ve hijacked the word and concept “science” to force you to think, believe and do only what they want you to think, believe and do.
We saw it with COVID and we’re still seeing it. We will continue to see it with the Green agenda. And if you think it’s stopping there, you understand nothing about human nature (at its worst) and nothing about the logical predictability of unchecked power whenever previously exercised throughout human history.

The Art of the Deal — 21st Century Style
The art of the deal — 21st Century style. Check out the picture.
American capitalism now consists of paid off career politician hacks taking bribes from billionaire Communists in China — and then laundering the money through a corrupt former member of the Soviet Union under the guise of “protecting freedom.”
The only freedom being protected? The Biden bankbook. And this creep from Ukraine who claims to be a hero is — to quote an old cliche — laughing all the way to the (world) bank.
We live in beyond sickening times.

Anyone Republican who runs for President without a CREDIBLE plan for fighting election fraud in Wisconsin, PA, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, etc. is a FOOL. He or she is already disqualified on that count.
Yes, that includes DeSantis and Trump. I believe DeSantis is too smart for this, but maybe I overestimate him. Trump is a special case, because he has a score to settle. But still, we learned from Trump that words in place of actions when it comes to election fraud will do us no good. And it seems to be getting him criminally prosecuted.

Instead of starting a fraudulent company, Sam Bankman-Fried should have run for office, won and stolen money as a Democratic leftist member of Congress. He’d be a billionaire forever with no remote possibility of jail. EVER.
Sam Bankman-Fried missed his calling.

The FBI doesn’t deny censorship and collusion with Twitter and Facebook. It just thinks there’s nothing wrong with it. #defundthefbi and prosecute guilty parties. Otherwise, America is totally over.

Life Under the Legalized Mafia We Still Call a Government
If the FBI spied on non-leftists under @realDonaldTrump just imagine what these Gestapo equivalents are doing now.

How could a SHUTDOWN government possibly be any worse than a fully funded government? Shut it down!

“Woke” is an ironic title. The woke are the least awake, and most willfully blind and moronic idiots in all of human history. They are squandering the United States of America while proclaiming themselves morally and intellectually superior.
************
The U.S. regime is irredeemably bad. It’s a legalized mafia on the path to being the greatest destroyer and mass murderer since Hitler and Stalin. It faces no moral hazard and zero legal accountability. COVID fascism was just a taste of what these swine have in store for us.
************
We always assume self-interest is bad. Except when it’s government. Either the government has no self-interest, or their interests are always good. Yet look at the CDC, FBI, CIA, DHS, etc. Why on earth would we assume government lacks self-interest and its motives always good??

Why Progressives Ruin Cities
These are not The Good ‘Ol Days
Decent, sane, freedom-loving, rational people are angry beyond words. About EVERYTHING, especially from 2020 onward.
Where will all the anger go? These are not losers or bored billionaires obsessed with politics. They have lives. But their anger has to go somewhere.
In 14 states, unemployment benefits and Obamacare subsidies come to $80K a year.
This isn’t the America you think it is.
In banana republics, politicians who grab power dishonestly retaliate against the people they defeated by jailing them with made-up crimes for which no evidence exists.
How is America any different from a banana republic? It may be too late to recover. I see a breakup coming.

Trump was a Huge Mistake, to the Establishment
TR wanted to be president again. He thought Taft was doing a mediocre job. And he argued (with a certain logic) that he’d never really had the two terms to which an American president was traditionally entitled because he’d only been elected president once—his first term, remember, had merely been the completion of McKinley’s.
But the Republican Party hated TR even more by 1912, even if the voters adored him. So they renominated Taft against the popular consensus. In response, TR founded a third party, the infamous “Bull Moose” party. This split the Republican vote, though in the process, TR got more votes than Taft, the only time in history that one of the two main parties finished in third place. This handed the presidency to Woodrow Wilson, one of the most destructive men of the 20th century (and the first academic to be elected president). Wilson never would have stood a chance had the Republican nomination gone to TR—he was elected with a mere 41 percent of the vote, an historic low.
But from the Republican perspective, it was better to lose the presidential race and have a Democrat in power with whom they could work—one who could play the game and be part of the machine—than it was to have someone who couldn’t be controlled. They never again made the mistake of nominating a man who wasn’t under their thumb. At least, not until 2016.
So remember: The GOP isn’t really our party. It never was. That is the central truth that the Trump phenomenon has exposed—or exposed anew. It’s a political machine, just like the Democratic Party, and it wants to run itself, not be run by “ordinary” people like you and me. Trump’s nomination the first time around, from the GOP’s perspective, was a huge mistake, just as TR’s had been. And they have no intention of repeating that kind of mistake.
The GOP and the Democrats and the media are all agreed on one, central point: Trump cannot become president again. All these power groups’ motivations are different, but their interests are aligned, and the stakes are practically existential.
Keep the story of the 1900 Republican Convention in mind, too, when you think of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis: He’s a huge success in Florida, and is the only governor standing up to the federal government in any meaningful way. What could be better than to seduce him away from that role with the promise of the presidency? Kill two birds with one stone, and kill America, too, while you’re at it.
Trump was a huge mistake: He was the biggest mistake machine politicians had made in over a century. The success of Trump’s presidency dealt establishment politicians a heavy blow. A second Trump term might kill them, and they know it.

RON PAUL: We Must Abolish the FBI
As we learn more and more from the “Twitter Files,” it is becoming all too obvious that Federal agencies such as the FBI viewed the First Amendment of our Constitution as an annoyance and an impediment. In Friday’s release from the pre-Musk era, journalist Matt Taibbi makes an astute observation: Twitter was essentially an FBI subsidiary.
The FBI, we now know, was obsessed with Twitter. We learned that agents sent Twitter Trust and Safety chief Yoel Roth some 150 emails between 2020 and 2022. Those emails regularly featured demands from US government officials for the “private” social media company to censor comments and ban commenters they did not like.
The Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF), a US government entity that included the FBI as well as other US intelligence agencies expressly forbidden from domestic activities, numbered 80 agents engaged regularly in telling Twitter which Tweets to censor and which accounts to ban. The Department of Homeland Security brought in outside government contractors and (government-funded) non-governmental organizations to separately pressure Twitter to suppress speech the US government did not like.
US Federal government agencies literally handed Twitter lists of Americans it wanted to see silenced, and Twitter complied. Let that sink in.
This should be a massive scandal and likely it would have been had it occurred under a Trump Administration. Indeed, Congress would be gearing up for Impeachment 3.0 if Trump-allied officials had engaged in such egregious behavior. But since these US government employees were by-and-large acting to suppress pro-Trump sentiment, all we hear are crickets.
What is interesting about these Twitter revelations is how obsessed the FBI and its government partners were with satire and humor. Even minor Twitter accounts with small numbers of followers were constantly flagged by the Feds for censorship and deletion. But knowledge of history helps us understand this obsession: in Soviet times the population was always engaged in joking about the ineptitude, corruption, and idiocy of the political class. Underground publications known as samizdat were rich with satire, humor, and ridicule.
Tyrants hate humor and cannot withstand satire. That is clearly why the FBI (and CIA) was determined to see a heavy hand raised against any American poking fun at the deep state.
There is good news in all of this, however. As Constitutional Law Professor Jonathan Turley wrote over the weekend, a new Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll found that even though the mainstream media has ignored the “Twitter files,” Americans have not. Nearly two-thirds of respondents believe that Twitter was involved in politically-motivated censorship in advance of the 2020 election. Some 70 percent of those polled believe Congress must take action against this corporate/state censorship.
As Professor Turley points out, although the First Amendment only applies to the US government, “it does apply to agents or surrogates of the government. Twitter now admits that such a relationship existed between its former officials and the government.”
So now we have proof that the FBI (along with US intelligence agencies and the Department of Homeland Security) have been acting through “private” social media companies to manipulate what Americans are allowed to say when they communicate with each other.
Is there anything more un-American than that? Personally, I find it sickening.
We do not need the FBI and CIA and other federal agencies viewing us as the enemy and attacking our Constitution. End the Fed…and End the Federal Bureau of Investigation!
Truth Permitted on Twitter
Here are just a few samples:
Defund the FBI.
Arrest and prosecute any member of the FBI who violated the Constitution.
IT’S AS SIMPLE AS THAT.
If the GOP won’t support this, as a pitifully bare minimum, then it’s worthless.
