Presidential Tweets
Until 2011, I worked for a federal government law-enforcement agency. Just about every day, my coworkers and I wrote letters, speeches, and FISA requests that went out of the building under the Director’s signature. Before it left the building, these communications were reviewed by dozens of people, especially the legal staff, to make sure it was legally perfect, grammatically perfect, and not stupid.
Until now (how naive of me), I thought President Trump’s tweets were thoroughly “scrubbed” in the same way. I assumed that the before a presidential tweet went out it was reviewed by the WH Counsel’s Office and the rest of the WH “brain trust.” Boy am I stupid ! No president should hit the SEND button until it the text has been thoroughly reviewed by the White House Counsel’s Office and the White House Communication’s Office.

Stop Calling Them Progressives – Joy Overbeck
Meaningful work isn’t just about sustaining yourself financially. It is necessary to a healthy human spirit, to one’s self-worth. But it needn’t be laborious. Find your passion and you will never “work” for the rest of your life. Surveys indicate that only 30% of the American workforce are employed in the field or job of their dreams.
