Resist America’s Uniparty Tyranny. But How?

HOW are we supposed to resist?

It’s up to each of us to figure out the specifics. Push as far as you’re able and willing. The principle is to cooperate as little as possible with the ruling regime, and its arrogant, pretentious, often psychopathological spokespersons in the culture. In a sense, with regard to resistance, almost anything goes, based on the level of risks you are willing to endure and tolerate. You are not on this earth to be a self-sacrificing martyr. At the same time, there is a point past which there is no life worth the term, not when you’re living in bondage (where we are headed under one-party government). Determine that point for yourself with integrity, and to that extent you win, even if your side (for now) may lose. The guiding principles under a lawless, authoritarian regime: (1) that regime has NO moral standing, no rights whatsoever; (2) your individual rights to live free from the initiation of force are inalienable, and will morally trump the government every single time.

Right outweighs might.

Matt Walsh from @MattWalshBlog said it perfectly:

“I don’t want to hear elected Republicans complaining. I don’t need to see their tweets and statements condemning the verdict. The only thing I want to hear from these people is which Democrats they will have arrested. Don’t tell us that you’re sad about the verdict. We don’t give a shit about your feelings. We want to see corrupt Democrats frog marched on camera in handcuffs. If you won’t do that, then shut up.”

Lock them up and prosecute, punish them as traitors. This is war. And if you do not agree, you will lose.

We Are an Occupied Country, and that’s Why Trump is Doomed

The problem with the Trump case — and all the other pending cases against him — is that we grant those “cases” undeserved dignity when we go through the legal system to defend him. Trump, to be fair, is in an impossible situation. He cannot possibly save himself in a legal system where he (and all who follow him) are doomed to destruction. The system could not be more rigged. The normal rules of legal procedure have been turned on their heads. Misdemeanors have been arbitrarily turned into felonies; venues for trials have been deliberately moved to hostile territories where 95 percent of the people will certainly find the defendant guilty; judges even instruct juries, “You may find him guilty whether you think he’s guilty or not; in fact, you better find him guilty.” The media, the professors and most of the “legal experts” all nod approval and comment on absolutely NONE of it.

Under such a grotesquely dishonest, utterly Orwellian scenario where the courts have been overtaken by an openly totalitarian, dishonest government capable only of show trials, it’s self-destructive even to go through the legal process, as Trump and his poor attorneys are trying to do.

There is no legal process.

Most Americans find this confusing, because while they understand no legal process is perfect or infallible, the legal process of America has generally been fair, objective and usually self-correcting over time with checks and balances, due process, a Bill of Rights, and so forth. There is nothing whatsoever rational, just, fair OR legal about any of these cases, and — incredibly — they’re brazenly open about it.

So by pushing the largely unreliable, untrustworthy Supreme Court to hear the matter of Trump vs. New York, we’re honoring a legal system that no longer really exists. Trump is doomed, as are all of us, unless or until we face that we are now — fully, especially at the federal level — an OCCUPIED country, no different than if the Nazis or the Japanese had won World War II, or if the Soviets had ultimately won the Cold War.

I understand this is hard for people to wrap their minds around; but you better. Because the only way to defeat evil is to destroy it. And right now — the good guys (not just Trump) are losing every single battle as well as the war itself. Wake up people — right now! There is literally no time left.

Gloat While You Can

“The hour is much later than you think…on multiple fronts: Financial, political, medical and geopolitical.” — Edward Dowd.

In the pre-gloat hours before the verdict in Judge Juan Merchan’s courtroom, Lawfare caporegime Andrew Weissmann (“Mueller’s Pitbull”) confessed Valley Girl style from his MSNBC clubhouse perch, “. . . I mean, I am, like, now I have a man-crush on him, he is such a great judge!” Bromance on, looks like! If the two happen to frequent the same athletic club in downtown Manhattan, Judge Merchan better be careful in the post-workout shower when he bends over to pick up the soap. The Pitbull cometh!

Of course, the Alvin Bragg victory in the artfully constructed “Stormy Daniels Payoff Case” decided late Thursday calls to question how come the Mueller Special Counsel Probe into 2016 election interference (actually run by Mr. Weissmann, due to Mr. Mueller’s declining cognitive ability) failed to spot the same web of evidence — hard as they toiled, and they had a good two years and millions of taxpayer dollars to git’er done?

My guess: too many white lawyers on the Mueller staff. Everybody knows now from watching the latest crop of television commercials that white people are unusually stupid and helpless and cannot cope with common problems without assistance from helpful people of color (POCs). So, God bless Alvin Bragg for finally fixing what Bob Mueller’s fifteen bloodhounds led by a pitbull somehow botched.

The former president is now convicted on thirty-four counts of book-keeping errors in furtherance of an alleged 2016 federal election violation that the Federal Election Commission declined to charge — that is, paying a porn star to sign a non-disclosure agreement about a sexual liaison — because it is not a crime under federal election law, and about which the head of the FEC, James E. “Trey” Trainor III, was barred by Judge Merchan from testifying on during the course of the trial for reasons yet unknown.

Of course, that is but one of a great many points of law that will merit appeal in what everybody — even some white people (people of non-color, PONCs) — knows was a case so crookedly contrived that it is fated to get tossed in the higher courts, and probably with harsh remonstrance to the degenerate officers of the court who brought it and adjudicated it. But you will have to wait on that because the mills of the law grind slowly.

Now, in the radiance of the full Woke gloat, we await Judge Merchan’s sentence, to be announced a mere few days before the Republican Convention in Milwaukee in early July. Jail time at Rikers? Home confinement (with ankle bracelet)? Severe travel restrictions? Reporting to a parole officer? Drug tests? Hey, No one is above the law! It is hard to imagine that the judge will demur from inflicting maximum humiliation on this wanton repeat violator (thirty-four times!) of book-keeping errors. It would tend to interfere with the presidential candidate’s campaign schedule, but so what? Where does it say in the Constitution that an election must be fair?

Or Judge Merchan could suspend all that pending appeal and just allow Mr. Trump to go about his election business free on bail. But why would he? After all the trouble he went to. And all the glory he’s reaping for it. “Joe Biden’s” party has Mr. Trump exactly where they want him, they think: pinned down like a moth in a shadow-box, inert and pathetic. (But, in reality, more like King Kong, chained in the rank basement below the stage of a Broadway theater before busting loose in midtown and upending subway cars so as to devour the little humans tumbling out like so many tic-tacs.)

In the meantime, through the luminescent fog of gloat, perhaps you did not notice that “Joe Biden” took a giant step yesterday toward commencing World War Three. The move was framed as the US gives Ukraine permission to use American missiles to strike deep within Russia. That was a bit disingenuous, you see, because Ukraine’s military lacks the know-how to actually launch the missiles, so American military “advisors” will have to be on hand to do it, meaning US military personnel will commit an act of aggression upon Russia.

Expect Mr. Trump’s lawyers to file writs to the SCOTUS requesting expedited attention to the denial of due process issues and the election interference question. The situation is comparable to the year 2000 presidential race, where the SCOTUS stepped in on probable cause that the lower court (in Florida that time) had violated the Equal Protection clause of the constitution.

Voila! That world war you’ve all been clamoring for. . .? The perfect climax to “Joe Biden’s” catastrophic, fraudulently-acquired term in office. I scent the acrid, burnt-flesh odor of miscalculation here, as of a bunch of American cities get turned into radioactive bonfires that will blot out that sublime luminosity of gloat……

It’s Happening

“Import the Third World, become the Third World. That’s what we just saw. This won’t stop Trump. He’ll win the election if he’s not killed first. But it does mark the end of the fairest justice system in the world. Anyone who defends this verdict is a danger to you and your family.”

I read in the Epoch Times yesterday morning that a president can pardon himself for a federal conviction, but not for a state conviction. The only person who can pardon Trump’s multiple felony convictions yesterday is the governor of New York. We know that will never happen. So even if elected president in November, Trump could still be kept in jail for his entire term.

And yes, he can appeal, even to the Supreme Court. But according to highly esteemed, and reasonably objective attorney Alan Dershowitz, that will be a long haul, and can take years. The gates are closing in on the American republic and its Bill of Rights. All along, Trump and Trump alone has been held up as the ONLY hope. Plan B, anyone? I’m thinking secession and resistance, as starting points. Remember: This time next year you’ll possibly still be looking at “President Biden” or even “President Newsom”. Are you ready for one party, Commiefascist totalitarianism unleashed on the whole country?

I Told You So.

Trump was found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records — normally a misdemeanor, for which the statute of limitations had already expired. District Attorney Alvin Bragg prosecuted the case as a felony by asserting that the alleged falsification of business records was done to cover up a federal crime. Trump has not been convicted of such a crime, and the prosecutors did not specify what crime was committed, nor did it have to prove the elements thereof. [From Breitbart]

SHOW TRIAL. We are living in a dictatorship now, defined as one-party rule. Trump’s conviction for a crime he did not commit, and that isn’t even a felony in the first place, proves that justice is now arbitrary and partisan, as in all dictatorships. America is over. Start thinking about what you want to DO about it.

I take no satisfaction in saying, “I told you so.” But I told you so, conservatives. Prayer will not save you. Prayer alone did not stop Hitler. We are dealing with competent, unblinking monsters who face zero opposition (other than Trump). Leftist DemComs and their RINO enablers have no morals; they are amoral sociopaths and totalitarians. There is nothing they will not do, and this is ONLY the beginning.

Unless or until we fight back, and recognize we are dealing with ruthless, uncompromising evil, then not just Trump, but all our rights and freedom, are going down.

If you think this sort of tyranny can be voted away in an election run by the tyrants, then you will be crushed. Hitler wasn’t voted out of office, and neither will the people responsible for this.

“Trump will win in November and it will all be over.”

When an occupation regime takes over and jails its main opponent, how is an election overseen by that very same occupation regime supposed to free the opponent? This seems like the fantasy of people who cannot let themselves consider what serious trouble they are in.

We are already in a civil war. Its chief victims don’t know it yet. The realization, when it hits, will be brutal. I expect it will be this coming November when it becomes all too clear that the American republic as we thought we knew it is gone. One party government means you are either with it, or against it, and if they can imprison Trump, they can crush anyone they wish.

Other than resistance and secession, what alternative is there to the total submission happening right now?

Do NOT “respect the verdict.” This is NOT a legal system. It’s a dictatorship. Show it the respect you show frauds and murderers.

Now is the time to come out of the closet, if you are anything other than a leftist. Most leftists are emotionally unstable and become literally unhinged at the realization they live among people who don’t think (or feel) like them. Give them evidence. Further destabilizing such people weakens their already tenuous resolve and — it might be argued — constitutes an act of patriotism. This civil war is very much a product of the 21st century: electronic and psychological.

America is not yet Rome, but Democrats Better Worry Because it is Going that Way

American men typically think about ancient Rome several times a day, but apparently, Democrats do not. They ignore history, probably because it consists largely of the doings and transpirings of dead white males, but they should not. Rome’s decline from greatness from its mythical founding by Romulus in 753 BC – I don’t do “BCE” – to its final death rattle in 476 AD, when a kraut warlord named Odoacer deposed the last Roman emperor Romulus Augustulus, is not a precise template for the USA’s arc of history, but if you are wise enough to listen you will hear echoes and feel familiar rhythms.

The Democrats might not be so giddy over the travesty of Trump’s ritual framing in New York City if they considered how it mirrors the mistakes of Rome and if they understood how their current course of action can lead to ashes and blood. After all, Caesar refused to lay down his legions and crossed the Rubicon because his patrician enemies were preparing to haul him into court the minute he did. We will feel the full impact of what happened in that kangaroo courtroom someday, but not today. Not even soon. When patriots pronounce this a disaster for the rule of law and a body blow to our political system, they are undoubtedly correct, but the real damage will manifest in the future, maybe even decades from now. The rot has set in and will continue to spread unless it is cut out and purged. America is still strong. It will stagger on, like the Roman Empire did, perhaps even for hundreds of years. But, if we do not repair the damage this lawfare and other assaults on our norms have done, it will eventually kill the country we love.

So, what happens now? The Eternal City’s history provides some clues. Rome was similarly wracked with economic woes and overspending. It also had a declining native population and invited in the barbarians. Its military power declined when the patricians – the rich snobs with money and power who felt entitled to rule over the plebs – decided to forgo the rigors of life in the legions in order to focus on orgies and redecorating their vomitoriums. Our patricians’ don’t serve either. But, most importantly, the Roman patricians abandoned their mos maiorum, the traditional framework of rules and norms that governed politics. It checked and balanced the driving ambition of the Romans and their factions until the Romans and their factions talked themselves into making exceptions to it – always just this once because it was always a unique emergency and afterward everything would go back to normal. But it never did go back to normal. You cannot change the rules and then change them back after you have exploited your exception. It became so common that there has to be a Latin word for “Calvinball.”

America has its own mos maiorum. The formal part is our Constitution, but also there are—or were—informal norms and practices that our politicians and officials honored. And then Trump came along, and he was, they argued, so transcendently dangerous to our Constitution and our norms that we must abandon our Constitution and our norms in order to save our Constitution and our norms. You know, burn the village to save it.

Of course, what America’s patricians are really trying to save is their own position and privilege, which Trump directly threatened and continues to threaten. They just cloak it in weasel words and pious baloney so they can pretend to be serving a higher purpose than their own grubby self-interest. When they say they are “Saving Our Democracy,” that is literally true—they think they are saving what is theirs.

The Roman Republic began to stumble when the rules changed and politics became a blood sport. You dared not lose your position because the best-case scenario was your enemies waged lawfare upon you. The worst case was much worse. The Gracchi, two rich brothers who (to put it simply) challenged the patricians by taking up the cause of the little guy, ended up dead. One was beaten to death by senators, as Roman pols were more butch than ours. The patricians thought that was that, but the next challenger was more dangerous, a great general named Marius. He was also a bad politician. They beat him eventually at great cost. But then came Caesar. He was an even greater general and a great politician, but he still believed that the mos maiorum would protect him. He showed mercy to his enemies, and they returned his grace by knifing him on the Ides of March. His adopted son Augustus learned the lessons of his failed predecessors well. He did not lose his challenge, largely because he killed everyone who got in his way.

So, how does Trump fit into this? Are there parallels beyond the superficial comparisons to Roman history? Yes, in the sense that he has provided a challenge to the masters of the status quo but, to date, not a particularly effective one. The Deep State was still deeply embedded when he left office. Most of the feigned fascist fear mongering we have been enduring lately about Trump 2.0 really being Hitler 2.0 betrays the modern patricians’ fear that Trump has learned something from his experience on the receiving end of their lawfare and that he will not make the same mistake again of trusting in the system he grew up in to work as advertised. It just reaffirms that when you try to kill the emperor, you best not miss.

And Roman history reiterates that Trump is not our last chance. He may be their last chance, a final off-ramp from an ugly road they seem intent on traveling down. The Roman experience is that subsequent challengers of the status quo get smarter, more effective, and more ruthless. Whether Trump wins or loses, someone will follow him and take up his banner of opposition to the Ruling Class. That someone will learn from Trump’s mistakes, and he will not share Trump’s previous naïve belief that the system is unrigged. And if that challenger is defeated, the one who comes next – and one will come next – will be even more ruthless and effective.

There is occasional talk of an American Caesar who will come and make it all better. Through moral force and the sword, if need be, he will fix what ails America. But America under Caesar will not be America as we know it, but something else entirely, as the Empire looked like the Republic yet was very different. But the American Caesar would not be immune to the ultimate in norm-breaking, the dagger.

No, what our patrician Democrats should fear is a challenger to the status quo who has learned from the experience of himself and others that there are no norms or rules, and the mos maiorum is useful only when cynically cited to justify one’s self-serving actions. This final challenger will be even more ruthless than his enemies, having learned that mercy is weakness and weakness means death. No, the Democrats need to worry about an American Augustus, and they need to understand that they are creating one.

Re: The Trump Trial, Don’t Be a Sucker

“Jury in Trump trial deliberates.”

DON’T YOU BELIEVE IT.

The jury is made up of anti-Trump Democrats and RINOs who are incapable of acquitting the man.

The outcome of Trump’s legal fate was determined by the tyrants with the dishonesty, pull and political-judicial know-how from the start of his presidency. If it doesn’t happen with this trial, it will happen with the next one, or the next one, or the next one.

Don’t sit by the t.v. with fascinated anticipation. Don’t be a sucker.

You must understand two things: The people destroying our country are sociopaths. The people destroying our country are inept, but they face no serious opposition — and this has made them almost unimaginably arrogant. On their present unobstructed course, there is literally nothing they will not do.

We the people who love liberty and reason are screwed, unless or until we can find a way to effectively fight back against the insane monster that is our government, our media, our schools and our culture.
