Liberals LOVE a Calamity

“The corporate media and Democrats are whipping up a moral panic around Ukraine that could deliver us right into World War III, all in an effort to win the 2022 midterms — and it looks as if more and more Republicans are falling for it.” — John Nolte, Breitbart

Communists, fascists, progressives–like all totalitarians–thrive on crisis. Freedom fosters independence, prosperity for all and individual happiness. THIS IS NOT WHAT LEFTISTS WANT. Most leftists are unhappy, chronically anxious and largely unhinged people. They welcome things like pandemics and wars. Such things reinforce their sense that life is, and should be, a vale of tears and atonement. It makes them feel important, powerful and self-sacrifical to (pretend to) participate in these calamities.

And yes, the desire for power of high profile leftists is unlimited. Power is their heroin. Donald Trump briefly took their heroin away and this made them INSANE. They will not merely RISK WWIII to win the midterms. They will gladly start WWWIII to win the midterms. They simply do not care. I have been saying for over a year that today’s Democrat Party totalitarians have the potential to be even WORSE than the Hitlers and Stalins of the past. What makes them so dangerous is not their abilities, but the near ZERO opposition they face.

Complacency and moral cowardice among the good guys…THAT’S what’s killing us.

Liberty is not Inevitable, Even in America

Liberty does not flourish because America is great. America was great only as long as liberty flourished. We forget that at our peril.

As authoritarianism and totalitarianism begin to envelop America, many complacently say: “America is great. She will survive this.” It’s America, after all.

But why? How? When there’s no widespread or deeply cultural attachment to liberty, a society cannot remain free.

We saw what happened with the election of 2020. We saw what happened with 2 solid years of COVID fascism — which could return the next time someone sneezes. We can only imagine what’s coming next, especially with the possible development (so we’re told) of nuclear war with Russia. And then there’s China.

The opposition to what has been going on in the last two years in America has been shockingly minimal. It has been easy for those in power to suffocate any and all opposition. Witness what happened in Canada. Truckers silenced, gone, bank accounts frozen. Even their supporters silenced, bank accounts frozen. You had better believe the same can happen here, and will probably happen, at some point.

A free country is only as great as the people who inhabit the country, and who are willing to stand up for it. Lighting up your Facebook page with a flag of the Ukraine means nothing if you tolerate mask and vax mandates, censorship, rigged elections, hyperinflation, wealth redistribution, freezing of private bank accounts, and gun confiscation.

We will only be free as long as we deserve to be free — and as long as we want to be free. If most of us let it slip away … that’s on us.

It’s So Easy to “Stand With Ukraine” While Ignoring Tyranny in D.C.

Standing With Ukraine” while supporting Biden, Fauci, Pelosi, China, Soros & Co. in their destruction of freedom makes you a loathsome hypocrite.

***********

Former White House physician Ronny Jackson, who served in the role under the Obama and Trump administrations, said on Friday that Democrat President Joe Biden needed to immediately resign to spare putting the country through more suffering because Biden is not mentally fit to be president.

“Biden doesn’t know what’s going on with Ukraine,” Jackson tweeted. “He doesn’t know what’s going on with ANYTHING! He’s not cognitively capable of leading. He needs to RESIGN before our country suffers any more.”

We’re screwed with or without Biden. The Democratic Communists are an occupation, openly hostile to the U.S. Constitution, individual rights and economic freedom. We have to get rid of all of them, not just Biden.

America: The Psychology of an Accident

The transformation from COVID hysteria to Ukraine hysteria is like watching a psychological trian wreck.

Once again, we’re seeing how people get instantly transformed by whatever the mass media tells them to get excited about.

For the last 2 years, the central purpose of life was NOT getting a cold — AND making sure everyone knew that your central purpose of life was not getting a cold. It had nothing to do with not getting a cold. It had everything to do with making it look like you CARE. You wore masks, you got an ineffective (perhaps dangerous), rushed-to-market vaccine because others MUST know that you CARE.

Now, in a literally overnight change, the central purpose of life appears to be making sure others know you care about Ukraine. It’s hard to know what’s really going on in Ukraine, since the media routinely lies and only reports things (making things up when necessary) to advance their narrative, which is to keep the Biden regime and other like-minded hard leftists in power.

The point, again, is: Make sure others know you CARE.

Being SEEN as caring is the central purpose of our time. It doesn’t matter whether the vehicle for doing so is pretending to be hysterical over a cold (with a 99.99 percent survival rate), or whether the vehicle for doing so is pretending to be up at night, sobbing and thrashing in bed, because Putin has invaded Ukraine. The vehicle is whatever the media tells us it’s to be. The media is in perfect alignment with the powers that be.

It’s fascinating, in a train wreck kind of way. America has literally morphed into a full-blown, totalitarian dictatorship. The media did it to us. But the media has no guns or force. Remnants of free speech even remain (for the moment).  Most of us did it to ourselves. Our lack of critical thinking; our truly shameful mental and intellectual laziness; our neurotic terror of not being one of the pack; and — first and foremost — our preeminent concern with others knowing (or at least perceiving) that we CARE … these are the only things that matter. More, it seems, than economic prosperity, individual rights, and the once sacred pursuit of happiness.

I can tell you that these are not the things that make countries or individuals great. Moral weakness, psychological second-handedness and a truly bizarre, media-driven preoccupation with what others think of you will not defeat empires, viruses or anything else.

The enemy is inside.

Human beings need self-esteem, independence and integrity to survive. There’s shockingly little left of that in America. It’s truly a sad thing to see.
