You can tell that the US presidential election was stolen the same way that you can tell that Covid is being hyped to serve an agenda. The way you know is that no explanation is permitted other than the official explanation.

Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and the presstitute print, TV, and NPR media censor all information that indicates a stolen election. Not even neutral election experts heavily armed with facts, and witnesses who have signed sworn affidavits under penalty of perjury, are interviewed by the presstitute media or permitted to post documentation of electoral fraud on social media. It is simply out of the question to give any hearing to evidence. Some Democrats and presstitutes have even called for the arrest of anyone who says Biden did not win or might not have won if the evidence could be weighed. They want to make challenging the official explanation a crime subject to imprisonment, just as in some Western countries any stated opinion or evidence contrary to the official Holocaust story results in a prison sentence.

The same for Covid. As far as I can tell there are more virologists, immunologists, and epidemiologists who question the seriousness of Covid than there are who see Covid as a threat that justifies lockdowns, mask mandates, and punishment for noncompliance. Yet, the dissenting experts are not permitted to present their evidence to the public. Keep in mind that Fauci and Redfield are not great scientists; they are merely administrators of public health organizations. They are not on the same level as their critics.

Think about it for a minute. In neither of the two most important issues currently affecting the United States—indeed, one could say the Western world—the validity of the US presidential election and the reality of the Covid threat—is there any public debate.

Doesn’t it strike you as odd that only one opinion—the official opinion—is permitted. The two most important issues of our time only have official explanations. The public is not permitted the expert dissenting opinion. This doesn’t bother you?

You would think that there would be a variety of views about such important subjects and that evidence would be presented and carefully evaluated. Instead, all debate is foreclosed. Only the official explanation is permitted.

This suggests that the evidence for Biden’s win and for a Covid threat that justifies an economic holocaust is suspect and cannot stand the light of day. Therefore, no debate is permitted in order to protect the lie.

An uninformed reader might say that the courts have examined the evidence and have rejected the evidence of electoral fraud as insubstantial. And, indeed, the reader would have to be uninformed or misled by the lies of the presstitute media.

The fact is this: No court has examined the evidence. No state court and not the US Supreme Court. The reason that the courts have not accepted the cases is that they do not want to have to examine the evidence, because the evidence clearly establishes that the election was stolen and that the theft was carefully planned in advance. The state courts in the swing states where the election was stolen are protecting the Democrats. The US Supreme Court refused to accept the case on the grounds that Texas did not have standing to bring a case. Clearly, there has been no judicial ruling on the evidence that the election was legitimate. The US Supreme Court will protect the Establishment and the Establishment’s reputation before it will protect electoral integrity.

The evidence has been refused examination by the state and federal judiciary.

So much for “American democracy.” So much for the “American Rule of Law.” No such rule exists. Law exists only for the purposes of the ruling Establishment. Power, not law, rules in America.

The US Supreme Court is an Establishment institution. It makes controversial rulings only when it has the media on its side.

Note that Hunter Biden’s laptop, which we know for a fact indicates both his and his father’s corruption in the sale of protection, is in the hands of the FBI and nothing is done about the Bidens’ criminal activity. The presstitutes claim that no such criminal activity exists. Apparently, the FBI agrees.

The protection of Hunter Biden is necessary to protect the “president elect.” Hunter will get away with his ill-gained millions of dollars, and his father will get way with his share.

Justice in America no longer exists. “Justice” is the retribution reserved for truth-tellers like Manning and Julian Assange, and “justice” means persecution and frame-up of those inconvenient for the Establishment even if the framed-up person is the President of the United States. Coverup for the Establishment and you will be rich. Criticize their growing power over American citizens and you will be made an example of what happens to those who are non-compliant.

This is America today.

But it is also the Western World today.

It is the same in Germany, for example. Germany has closed down the German economy based on allegations of a Covid threat — https://www.rt.com/news/509535-germany-new-lockdown-christmas/ . There is little scientific basis for this drastic policy, and a great deal of evidence against it. The German people themselves have strongly protested against it to no avail.

Our world is one of controlled explanations. Consider the large number. For examples there are President Kennedy’s assassination, Martin Luther King’s assassination, Robert Kennedy’s assassination, the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty, 9/11, Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction, Assad’s use of Chemical weapons, Russian invasion of Ukraine, Iranian nukes, Russiagate and the other orchestrated charges against President Trump.

The Western World emerged from the fall of the Roman World and the uncertainties of the Middle Age to become eventually a civilization based in science and evidence. But today evidence no longer counts. What counts in the Western World today is emotion. If you have the correct emotions, you are “woke” and know that Western Civilization is racist and misogynist and imperialist and that its white inhabitants are “systemic racists” who oppress black people for racist reasons. You know that the evil of the white race necessitates their overthrowing. If you are a white person, you are put in a position where “social justice” requires you to be put into a lower legal class with less rights. It is not considered hate speech to declare that whiteness must be erased.

The problem for the Western World is that many white people agree with their indictment. Deracinated white people lack the confidence to defend themselves, their history, monuments, and achievements.

In a diverse, multicultural society, deracinated races have little prospect. The defense of whiteness is defined as racist and this is used to prevent the rise of leaders who would restore white confidence. Jean Raspail’s novel, The Camp of the Saints, foretold the future of white peoples.

Imagine a time of total isolation, of loss of family and familiar contact, of hiding away from life, of covering up all emotion, of psychological torture, of starving due to extreme poverty initiated and enforced by state thugs, of loss of all movement, of 24 hour a day surveillance, of death by state mandate, or imagine having to make a choice to take a poisonous, controlling, and deadly vaccine or be locked away from living. This dystopian nightmare is already here, but it has just begun, and if left to the desires of the evil controlling devils in power, it will only get worse every day.

The term “heaven on earth” has seemingly lost all meaning, because any aspect of normal life and love has been destroyed, and the concept of hell on earth is now fully evident. This of course came with the loss of freedom, but the irony here is that this loss of freedom that led to this hell was voluntary. The false pandemic that was the initial impetus for our demise was universally accepted by the people supposedly due to fear, but was fear the deciding factor? It certainly was a part of the scheme and remains so today, but weakness of mind and body, cowardice in the face of challenge, laziness and dependence on others instead of self, mass indifference, herd ignorance, and in many cases sheer stupidity, won the day. This has been a planned multi-faceted breakdown of society; a breakdown that if not challenged and overcome will lead to long-term condemned misery.

What we currently face in this country has never before been imagined. Regardless of any mass dissent or pushback at this time, this will not end well. If this madness is stopped soon, we will have some semblance of normalcy, but it will take many years to get to any place that could be considered traditional in any way. In other words, so much damage to our lives and liberty has already taken place, that in order to step back in time even one year is a monumental task. Because of the scope of damage that has been done to our way of life, to our actual spirit of being, any return to ‘life as we have known it’ is not possible without enormous work and the passing of much time. If we fail in this endeavor, our fate will be sealed, and in the hands of those very same monsters that have perpetrated this crime against humanity. All that will be left will be a society made up of rulers and slaves.

The next, and maybe final, nail in the coffin of freedom will come in the form of an experimental Covid vaccine. The risk due to mass acceptance of any vaccine claiming to release the chains now wrapped around our throats is immense. The exact opposite result will be the case, and the effect of universal compliance concerning these injections will be the equivalent of still being chained but also being inside a coffin. Freedom will never be attained by obedience; it can only survive this onslaught of tyranny with mass disobedience. Any talk of a vaccine claimed as savior will be a lie, and can only be sold to the public through extreme and continuous propaganda campaigns that are meant to achieve submission. Submitting to rule with the promise of freedom as bait is only a strategy for fools.

The ramping up of scare tactics, of mainstream media fear mongering, of spurious and overblown headlines, and of threats, are the tools of deception, and should never be taken seriously. These are targeted not toward individuals with the ability to think critically, but toward the masses that more easily surrender to a herd mentality. This is done because the herd is the vast majority, and gaining power over them through these dishonest and deceitful means is a way to gain control of all, for if the group is co-opted, the dissenters can be more easily silenced. Once a free society succumbs to this trickery, it becomes a captured society.

As Americans continue to follow orders, to wash the very skin off their bodies with toxic ‘disinfectants’, to wear harmful masks, to distance from loved ones and friends, to stay locked up in their homes instead of working to support themselves and their families, to quarantining on demand, to refusing to open up their businesses, and to lining up like sheep going to slaughter to take a bogus Covid test, they are simply getting closer and closer to becoming slaves. By acquiescing to the very system they voluntarily allow to rule over them, they will become nothing more than brain-dead zombies of a future communistic and technocratic state apparatus. This is what is planned for them, but they have not the ability to see the truth staring them in the face. This is a very serious dilemma, because real education in order to find the truth is vital for their survival, but they seem only to look toward their chosen masters for answers.

This human experiment continues to go forward, mostly without resistance. The vaccine that is coming was most likely developed long ago; years in fact, sitting idle until the timing was right for its release. That release may signal the final stage of this plot to take over humanity, because it could have every element necessary in order for the state to gain total control. It could at one time be used to infect a large portion of the population by introducing pathogens and possibly microbes capable of compromising the human immune system. It could also be used to inject biosensors, barcodes for tracking, nanoparticle agents that would be brain altering, and any other number of gene-altering techniques through m-RNA and DNA changing technologies now being actively pursued. The range of possibilities is limitless, and contrary to state denials of these possibilities, they do indeed exist.

As discussed on many occasions, the only solution to this dire situation is mass dissent and total disobedience to any government order. This requires the courage to not only take the risks necessary to gain your freedom back, but the willingness to defend your family, friends, and yourself from any government intrusion at all cost. Majority complacency will only serve to destroy this country from the inside, and any freedom that ever existed will be destroyed with it.

1) the Bill of Rights, even nominally;

2) any sense of rationality or sanity in our culture, even a superficial one;

3) the ability to trust elections, including presidential ones;

4) New York City;

5) California (for its commercial enterprise, the one worthwhile thing about it);

6) doctor relationships in person;

7) restaurants, bars, nightclubs, even outdoor dining;

8) sports games;

9) musical concerts;

10) plays, including Broadway (maybe not coming back ever);

11) any hope of remaining friends with people of differing political views;

12) the Supreme Court;

13) freedom of association, including religion;

14) the ease of travel across state lines or internationally, with few or no issues;

15) the right NOT to wear a face diaper into a grocery or retail store.

Did I leave anything out?

It’s looking pretty grim right now regarding President Trump’s chances of getting the four more years he deserves, and that he almost certainly would have received had the Democrats’ cheating game not gone to all time high levels.  It’s also looking like justice and honesty are going to play a diminishing role in the United States for the foreseeable future, as evidently about forty or so percent of the country is perfectly comfortable with massive voter fraud and willing to participate in it, all because they wanted to have their own way. 

With that, it also looks like we are on our way towards a pretty heavy dose of socialism as the Left is now emboldened by their brazen acts of fraud and encouraged by the fact that even SCOTUS does not seem willing to challenge their crimes.  The Ocasio-Cortezes and Bernie Sanderses and Kamala Harrises of the world already have grand plans to take this country in the direction of Cuba and Venezuela, and now there will be very little to stand in their way… politically, anyway.  We also know that the mainstream media will be eagerly willing participants, feeding us lie after lie, and Hollywood will pump out their own versions of the propaganda.  Even as the country burns, they will celebrate how great things are now that evil Orange Man is not in the White House any longer.

With all the recent talk about viruses and vaccines, I started thinking about the disease that is socialism and what it would take for a country to survive it and to develop an immunity to it going forward.  Socialism has left a path of destruction in its wake everywhere it has been attempted.  (I include communism in this discussion, since it is a close cousin of socialism, and has a similar murderous and miserable history).  However, it has so far left the United States relatively unscathed.  Sure, there are some things that are run in a socialist way here in the U.S., such as ObamaCare, the public school system and Medicare, to name just a few, and more than enough wealth redistribution schemes, principal among them being our U.S. Tax Code.  But by and large, we are still a capitalist and free country.

There is an entire generation, multiple generations really, that have been taught that capitalism is evil and that socialism and communism are the answer to all of society’s problems.  These mindless drones have issued forth like locusts from our colleges and universities to spread their madness around the country.  No longer do they mature out of this idiocy as they encounter the harsh realities of life like they once might have.  No, partly because of social media that censors any facts that threaten their myopic worldview and partly because their parents have raised them in a world where they are never challenged, these snowflakes are very unlikely to ever see the horrifying truth about socialism.

question is, like with a vaccine, Do we need to get a little bit of the disease in our system to be able to able to defeat it? What I mean is, do we need these dopes to actually experience the truth about socialism in order for them to ever believe how evil and worthless it truly is?  If there was ever a country with the ability to overcome such an infection, I believe it would be the United States. 

All throughout this great land, we have patriots who are willing to fight, to be the antibodiesneeded to ward off the disease.  We have people like James O’Keefe and other independent and honest journalists who are actually digging to find the truth.  We have a very few honest and patriotic politicians who are willing to fight for that silly old rag called the Constitution and we have the veritable armies of regular Americans whom we’ve seen showing up at Trump rallies and boat parades and fighting back against Antifa.  Would these forces of good be enough?  

Don’t get me wrong, I have no interest or desire to go down the rabbit hole of socialism any more than we already have, but I’m not sure that there is another way to change the hearts and minds of those committed to it… other than outright civil war, that is.  If there is a way, I’m all ears.  I would say that the first thing we need to do is restore integrity and honesty to our election system, but if President Trump fails to do this, I believe that it may be hopeless.  I don’t believe that the GOP has the spine (or other body parts) to fight to reestablish our faith in voting, and if I’m right that means the Democrats will continue with their shenanigans and will remain firmly in control of almost everything. 

Maybe the best we can do is to continue with the preventive measures we have and keep up the fight.  As with preventing other illnesses, we can keep taking our vitamins C and D (standing for capitalism and democracy, conveniently for my argument) and try to maintain our relative health.  But as with any truly nasty disease, these measures may only delay the inevitable spread; I hope it’s not like with chicken pox, where we have to let ourselves be exposed to it so that we can fight it off early.  

I believe we are at a very important point in our country’s history; a Battle of Midway type of moment, where the tides may turn one way or the other based on the outcome.  Even if the tide doesn’t turn in our favor, this is a battle that we must continue.  We may very well lose this current battle for the White House and thus be blasted in the face with socialism germs, as from an uncovered sneeze.  The time is coming when our mettle will be tested and we will see how well our immune system will respond.

I knew there would be massive election fraud. The Trump team knew as well. Most patriots knew it was coming. But nobody that I’ve talked to or heard from had any idea it was going to be THIS massive. In fact, what I defined as “massive” when describing what was coming ahead of the election was put to complete shame by the real thing. We were blindsided, not by the fact that there was massive fraud but by the degree of collusion that went into pulling it off.

This was a conspiracy. And no, I’m not referring to what many now consider the pejorative “conspiracy theory” that is used to tag anyone who espouses thoughts that fall outside of the mainstream. This was a true conspiracy, arguably the most widespread we’ve seen in our nation’s history, and the list of people, groups, and organizations that have or had their hands in it boggles the mind.

Knowing there would be massive voter fraud, I put the President’s chances of election at 90%. I knew he would legitimately win; only a fool would think Joe Biden and Kamala Harris earned more than the die-hard Establishment Democrat vote, plus a handful of NeverTrump votes. My 10% worth of caution was based on the possibility that something bigger than we’ve ever seen could happen. And it did. But here’s the thing. The fact that they had to scramble in the dark hours after election night to squeeze out even more massive voter fraud gave me hope. It was as if they’d committed such overt fraud at the end to make up the distance from President Trump’s landslide that there was no way it wouldn’t be exposed.

We knew mainstream media would play their role as voter fraud debunkers, but the evidence is overwhelming. We knew Big Tech would put their thumbs, fingers, palms, arms, and the rest of their bodies on the scale to suppress information about it all. We knew the Deep State was going to be involved. We even suspected that foreign entities from the Chinese Communist Party to George Soros would play a role.

What we didn’t expect is that they would commit everything they had to the cause. All of it. They were like the fallen angels discussed in the non-canonical Book of Enoch who gave up everything for a taste of flesh and to pollute the creation. The difference between their tale and what we’re seeing unfold before our eyes is that God in omniscient. We are not. We prepared as best we could for the voter fraud that was coming and after the fact we’ve continued to do everything we can to expose it, but the forces aligned against us are much more powerful than most of us expected.

Many were also surprised to learn that some of our “allies” were working against us the whole time. From Fox News to the Daily Caller to Attorney General William Barr to the “unbiased” judiciary to Senate Republicans, we’ve been stabbed in the back from more angles than I thought was possible.

On a couple of occasions ahead of the election I referred to the only thing capable of stealing this election, namely the works of the “powers and principalities” discussed in Ephesians 6:12. I said if we were fighting against flesh and blood among Democrats, then we would either win with the landslide or if they extended themselves enough to fully steal it, then we would easily expose them. More and more, I’m convinced that my irrational fear of powerful dark forces working against us was and is actually in play.

With all that said, I’m still 90% sure President Trump will win. But it won’t be because of anything he does. It won’t be his attorneys or Sidney Powell or Lin Wood. It won’t be because of a group of legislators coming together to do the right thing. All of those things may play a part, but it will only be through the protection and divine action of God that all of it can come together in time. He may use us. He may use Rudy Giuliani or someone else. He may do something we aren’t expecting at all. Or, He may allow this to happen, and if that’s the case we must accept His will with the knowledge that His plan is righteous even if we think we know best.

As I noted in an article yesterday, the story of Gideon from the Book of Judges may be what we’re seeing today. In the story, it was not through the military prowess or personal power of men that brought victory to the Israelites against the superior Midianites. It was the will of God, and to prove this He made certain there was no doubt by having Gideon cut his army down from 32,000 men to a mere 300. By doing this, the glory of God was demonstrated beyond a reasonable doubt. And if President Trump wins despite everything conspiring against him, it will be because God willed it to be.

These are exciting times. I know anxiety is high for the vast majority of Americans for multiple reasons, but hope should be high and faith should continue unbroken. The forces against us are strong, but we have the ultimate winner on our side.

There is no question that by nearly any metric the West is by far the most successful civilization in history. Among its many spectacular accomplishments, the West has attained affluence and material prosperity that were previously unimaginable. Its scientific advancements and technological progress seem like the stuff of science fiction. Its military power and strength are without equal. But not only do Westerners enjoy unprecedented degree of wealth, health and security, they are also guaranteed unequalled personal liberties and political rights. In short, the West has achieved what those who lived in other civilizations could only dream of. The affluence, freedoms and safety available to Westerners are by any historical measure beyond extraordinary. One clear present-day indicator of the West’s staggering success is the countless people from all over the globe willing to take great risks and pay almost any price to come and live here.

All of this notwithstanding, there is an ominous feeling, however, that we are a civilization whose days are numbered. Despite our immense wealth, technological capabilities and military power, there is a growing sense that the West is under an attack it may not be able to withstand.

This attack has not been unleashed by some powerful external enemy. Nor could it have been since no external foe is strong enough to take on this civilization. The attack has come from within. Neither was it launched suddenly. Rather it has been a progressive operation. Low level and barely perceivable in the beginning, it has been gathering in strength over a period of decades. Its initial phase could be compared to a partisan campaign with a shot taken here and there. Emboldened by a lack of proper response on the part of those it sought to subvert, the enemy expanded its field of hostilities and achieved surprising victories. Invigorated and encouraged by the gains, the foe has recently thrown away all of its disguises and has come out into the open in full force. It has shown itself stronger than most would have imagined with the result that we are now locked in an all-out battle for survival. It is an indication of our malaise that many people are still not fully aware of this.

The enemy ranks are made up of those who harbor an aversion toward their own culture and society. Of those there are many, their numbers stoked up by decades of systematic anti-western indoctrination by the schools and the media. Charging Western civilization with oppression and racism, they claim that our socio-economic system is inherently unjust. Western style liberal democracies, they allege, discriminate and exploit racial minorities, women, homosexuals, transexuals, non-binary people, multi-gender persons, cross-genders and – apart from the select elite chosen from white males – everyone else who happens to abide in the west.

Their allegations, however, are not borne out by facts. As it happens, the West was the first civilization that accorded equal rights to all those within its realms and is the only one that does so consistently. Not only does the West take special care to protect its minorities, it affords them special rights and privileges. This applies to minorities across the spectrum and encompasses race, gender, sexual orientation and whatever other minority criterion exists or may yet be discovered by the progressive illuminati. It is revealing that hundreds of millions of members of minority groups born into societies outside the Western domain are eager to leave their own countries and come to live among us. So much so that if we did not have barriers to hold them back, we would be overrun and that in short order. If we were such an unjust and oppressive civilization as it is claimed, this situation would surely not have arisen.

But facts do not seem to make much difference to these civilizational malcontents. Driven by frustration and anger that are out of kilter with reality, they do not confine themselves to mere verbal critiques but seek to translate their feelings into action. They do this by maligning and undermining the values, beliefs and institutions that have made this civilization what it is. The decades of their persistent efforts have borne fruit. Having been subjected to years of denigration and criticism, Westerners have lost confidence in the fundamental probity of their own culture. Wholesome qualities that once propelled the west to greatness – such as self-denial, deferred gratification, thrift, independence, faithfulness, devotion, etc. – are now commonly ridiculed and despised. They have been increasingly supplanted by such insalubrious tendencies as self-indulgence, pleasure seeking, victim-playing, promiscuity, vulgarity and profligacy. Because the West’s cultural and moral foundation have been undermined, the institutions they support cannot but malfunction. Schools, for instance, now routinely teach young people destructive and immoral ideas. Most importantly, they have been for years inculcating students with abhorrence for their own cultural heritage. At the same time the unceasing barrage of decadent propaganda has loosened the bonds of the nuclear family with the result that co-habitation, divorce and out of wedlock births have increased at alarming rates. Because of the general acceptance of profligacy and lack of restraint, western currencies have been steadily losing their purchasing power due to unsustainable levels of debt incurred throughout all layers of our financial system. We could go on but let us say for now that nearly all Western institutions have been – to one degree or another – impaired and marked by decline.

As a consequence of this – and because the West has lost faith in itself – we now stand as a fragile and weakened civilization. This situation has been brought about two complementary courses of action: the long-term efforts of civilizational saboteurs and the failure of the rest to protect their culture, institutions and heritage.

Emboldened by their societies’ weakness and apathy, these saboteurs feel that their final goal may be in sight. We have seen a dramatic eruption of their destructive enthusiasm in the late spring and summer of this year when they came out in force under the guise of anti-racism protests. The term saboteur does not, of course, only encompass the vandals wreaking havoc in the streets but also their enablers and protectors in the media, government, transnational organizations, academia and other institutions. In the course of this year, we watched as these players spewed a steady stream of fiery condemnations of western societies as being irredeemably racist, discriminatory and otherwise oppressive. This was naturally accompanied by calls for a radical remaking of our socio-economic model communicated through the catch phrases such as the “The Great Reset,” “The New World Order” and “The Fourth Industrial Revolution.”

Even as it has attained unprecedented levels of wealth, technological advancement and power, Western civilization finds itself today in an existential crisis and at a point of mortal danger. It is a great irony that the civilization that has provided its people with more affluence, comfort, security, freedom and rights than any other is in danger of being destroyed from within by malcontents that it itself nurtured.

“Know your enemy” said Sun Tzu in his Art of War. The great question, then, is this: what motivates these domestic subversives to act in this way? What is the source of the psychological impulses that make them hate and strike against their own societies which – although far from perfect – nevertheless belong to the most equitable and humane civilizational stream that has emerged from the currents of history?

This is the question we need to find the answer to if we hope to hold back and repulse the insidious forces that threaten the survival of what is left of Western civilization.

Those who feel guilt over material wealth and blame business for commercializing Christmas through ‘greedy’ profit seeking should pause and ask: “What is the standard of value by which we condemn material wealth and business?”

Millions of people have just celebrated Christmas, by decorating their homes, setting up Christmas trees and lights, getting together with their families, exchanging gifts with each other, eating special foods and baking, and enjoying activities from watching movies and playing board games to skating and skiing. Christmas is a time of benevolence and goodwill, and of spending time with the loved ones and showing your appreciation for them through giving gifts. Yet many people deplore the ‘commercialization’ of Christmas and businesses profiting from the holiday-related sales, feeling guilty over the abundance of material values we get to enjoy, highlighted by the season.

I argue that such guilt—induced by the mistaken moral belief that life is about sacrificing values, not gaining and enjoying them—is completely misplaced and that business and commercialization makes Christmas better and more enjoyable.

Take my family’s Christmas holiday as an example. We spend a week around Christmas skiing—which is only possible because there are businesses that operate ski resorts, with lifts, avalanche control, slope maintenance, restaurants, and accommodation. And we couldn’t ski if it weren’t for ski equipment and clothing, all manufactured by profit-seeking companies. Let’s not forget the energy companies (mostly oil and gas and coal in my part of the world) whose products power the ski lifts, snow mobiles, and grooming machines, heat and light the ski lodges, hotels and condominiums, and provide the gas for our car (another product to make our lives better) to reach the hill. (This year, one son could only make it by flying in from another city, made possible by the existence of airlines and jet fuel). Even in our cross-country ski outings, we benefit from the ski resort’s track setting and maintenance, and the gear that makes skiing possible and enjoyable.

Now consider all the other things associated with Christmas celebrations, whether you are skiing or not: decorations, gifts, and food. Where do they come from? Thanks to profit-seeking businesses, we have many choices available, across a wide range of prices; all we have to do is to buy them (or their ingredients, as crafty people and cooks do) in physical stores or online. And thanks to profit-seeking businesses, we are involved in producing and trading their goods and services, either as employees, entrepreneurs, or investors and thus earn the money that enables us to buy the things that we need and want—that make our lives better.

Commerce and business do not ruin Christmas but improve it, by allowing us to celebrate it in the spirit of joy, benevolence and goodwill, with gifts and food, and an abundance of material values that our productivity, mostly through business, has made possible.

Those who feel guilt over material wealth and blame business for commercializing Christmas through ‘greedy’ profit seeking should pause and ask: “What is the standard of value by which we condemn material wealth and business?” By answering honestly, they would find that their standard is not human flourishing and happiness but self-sacrifice and human misery and suffering. By abandoning the latter and embracing the former, they can throw away their guilt and join the rest of us in appreciating business for making our lives better and improving our enjoyment of this special time of the year.

The Western World has entered a Dark Age from which it is unlikely to emerge intact. In Europe nations once based on distinct ethnicity have opened their borders to mass immigration of unassimilable peoples, thus destroying their internal unity. These same nations have also abandoned their sovereignty. The US, EU, and Globalism preside over Europe. The main European countries no longer consist of nation states. In France citizens who complain of the marginalization of the French people in their own country are prosecuted. In Germany they are branded Nazis and subjected to legal threats. In Greece a nationalist political party, Golden Dawn, was declared racist, xenophobic, and fascist, charged with running a criminal organization and had its leaders and its members in the Greek government arrested and sentenced to prison. The ethnic base of European countries has been effectively silenced.

In the US the Democrat Party has just stolen a presidential election. Seventy-five percent of Republicans and even 30 percent of Democrats can see that the election was stolen. They can also see that the presstitutes denied from the earliest moment all evidence of electoral theft without investigating a bit of it. They have witnessed state election officials and the judiciary bless the theft. The American Establishment has closed ranks to rid itself of a non-establishment outsider, a president who dared to represent the people instead of the elites and their agendas. Getting rid of Trump also got rid of democracy, thus advancing the elite’s agenda of globalism.

In the United States rights and crimes are allocated by race and gender, and freedom of speech and criminal laws are applied according to who is woke and who is not. Burning an American flag, clearly an act expressing hatred, has been declared free speech by the US Supreme Court, but in Iowa Adolfo Martinez was sentenced to 16 years in prison for the hate crime of burning a LGBTQ flag.

Joe Biden, a gangster who is on public record bragging to the Council on Foreign Relations how he blackmailed the president of Ukraine into firing the prosecutor investigating the firm on which Biden’s son, Hunter, sat as an overpaid “director,” has been selected by the Establishment as the American President. Biden is also implicated by emails on his son’s computer, which is in the uninterested hands of the FBI, in selling political protection and influence for money. The establishment’s vice president, Kamala Harris, is a woman of color who hates white people. In the December issue of Chronicles, Mark G. Brennan attributes opposition to President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s threat to pack the Supreme Court to racial bigotry masked by a defense of judicial independence.

In a boxing match white boxer Jake Paul knocked out black boxer Nate Robinson and was asked on TV if the knockout meant he was racist. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. Will it be racist for a white pitcher to strike out a black baseball player? For a white to block a pass by a black quarterback? Will it be racist for a white to win a tennis or swimming match with a person of color? The logic behind who can burn a flag suggests a yes answer to these questions.

Most American parents are unaware that these developments, which they regard as silly and ridiculous, are being inculcated into their kids as the new normal. The kids are being trained in school to regard race and gender based rights as inherently just.

Few white parents are aware that beginning in kindergarten and continuing through graduate school their white kids are receiving deracination, not education. Instead of acculturation into their culture, they are being made both alienated from it and ignorant ot it.

It was decades ago that the white liberal and Jewish professors had white kids chanting “Western civ has to go.” Acculturation into Western culture has long been removed from the curriculums of universities. Indoctrinated white kids left rootless and subject to anti-white propaganda are now being acculturated in the values and ways of thinking that favor people of color and sexual deviants. Instead of immigrants being acculturated into the norms of the host country, the host country’s population is being acculturated into the norms of the immigrants.

Acculturation is the official educational practice in New York schools. A Hispanic brought in by the Democrats as head of New York schools has installed an anti-white agenda. The New York Post has exposed the agenda, but nothing is done about the systemic discrimination in the New York schools against “whiteness.”

The campaign against whiteness has penetrated the elite private schools. The media personality Megyn Kelley has withdrawn her children from their elite private schools and moved the family out of New York.

Why were students chanting ”Western civ has to go”? They were chanting this, because Western Civilization was presented to them as a racist, misogynist, colonialist-imperialist culture that oppresses and exploits “people of color.” The former left—the Marxists—had blamed the capitalist for exploiting and oppressing the working class, but today the capitalists and workers, if white, are lumped into the same victimizer class. In the present day liturgy, race, not class, is the basis of conflict and oppression.

As a large number of liberal/left intellectuals have declared, the solution is to get rid of “whiteness.” Unable or unwilling to come out for exterminating white people physically—although some have— the liberal/left is exterminating white people via “education,” which today consists of indoctrination and brainwashing.

An American school kid or university graduate is far more likely to be exposed to African writers than to Shakespeare or any literature of their own heritage. The consequence is to make them illiterate of their own culture and to acculturate them into the perspective of a foreign victim culture. They never learn anything about their culture except the propaganda against it. Therefore, they are unfamiliar with the literary references, the metaphors, and concepts in Western literature and are incapable of comprehending works in the Western literary heritage. The are cut off from their own past. They cannot read their own culture’s literature with understanding. This makes it possible to misrepresent their own culture to them as racist and misogynist.

This is the situation in America today and also throughout Europe, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

People cut off from their past do not know that there is something to defend. Therefore, they are sitting ducks for attack. Indoctrinated as they are against their own race, they prove their morality by attacking their own.

Any attempt to defend the achievements of Western civilization is regarded as ipso facto proof of white racism. This makes it impossible for white people to defend themselves, their history, culture, and achievements.

My conclusion is that white people in America today, and throughout the Western world, are in a weaker position than Jews were in Nazi Germany.

It is nonsensical to say that whites are still a majority and will be for some more years when so many of educated, that is, indoctrinated, whites are against whiteness. White Americans who believe in themselves are a shrinking percentage of the American population.

Antifa and BLM are largely white people financed with white money. Many whites themselves are against white people. The white mayors of Portland, Seattle, and Minneapolis refused to protect white businesses from looting and burning by Antifa and BLM. Their response to violence was to defund the police. These mayors are examples of the collapse of white confidence.

The collapse of confidence has always been fatal to civilization.

The Supreme Court conservatives who voted against the Texas case are thought to have concerns that “if we establish the precedent of challenging election results, the Democrats will do this to us someday.” That’s hilarious. If the Democrats get away with this presidential election fraud, they will almost certainly get away with fraud in the Georgia Senate runoff, too. They will own the entire government. They will own future elections, whose outcome they will control, with fraud when necessary. They have promised to add members to the Supreme Court so there will be a permanent left-wing majority. These conservatives who thought they were saving the Constitution will be impotent, along with the people who voted for the man, Trump, who appointed them. Americans who dabble outside the mainstream media are horrified by shocking claims of election fraud in 2020. Even more horrifying are courts that refuse to address the merits of these claims — hiding behind baffling legal terms like laches, mootness, and standing. Here is a suggested Supreme Court opinion that would end the horror and preserve our constitutional Republic.

OPINION

Per Curiam. We address several consolidated cases against various states and their officials (“Defendant States”) regarding the 2020 election. The cases make one basic claim — the 2020 election in the Defendant States was rife with voting and tabulating irregularities, illegalities, and outright fraud (“election wrongdoing”) that uniformly favored one Presidential candidate. Plaintiffs claim this violated their constitutional right to a free and fair election.

Basic Principle: Free and Fair Elections

Our constitutional Republic is founded on the Declaration of Independence which states:

[A]ll men . . . are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable Rights…. [T]o secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. . . .” (Emphasis added.)

Consent is voting in a free and fair election. “Free” means no one is compelled or bribed to make a certain vote. “Fair” means proper election laws are followed so that the “governed” can believe in the result determined. There is no more important constitutional principle than a free and fair election.

Government: Who Does What

The American people have seen an avalanche of punditry telling them how our government works. Many believe the news media “calls” the Presidential election. Others think this Court is a mystical, all-powerful institution that can wave its judicial wand and make everything right. Neither is true.

The United States Constitution gives the state legislatures the power to determine their election laws. Of course, they may not violate other constitutional principles in enacting and implementing those laws.

When all legal ballots have been accurately counted, we have a free and fair election result that the state certifies. Chosen electors report that result to Congress and the president is elected. No one is elected President until that process is completed properly.

There are various remedies if an election is not free and fair — recounts, contests, legislative proceedings, and generalized litigation are all options and all have been used here. However, the country cannot wait until these proceedings are resolved to elect a president. So, if no presidential candidate achieves the required number of electoral votes by December 14 after the election, a Committee of Congress decides the presidential election and the Senate decides the vice-presidential election.

This Court’s primary role in our government is to protect, defend, and interpret the Constitution. Since a free and fair election is constitutionally required to establish the “consent of the governed” and create a just government, it falls to this Court to make the ultimate determination on that issue.

The Constitutional Issue

This case presents the following constitutional question: Is a state’s vote certification or a state court’s judgment final and dispositive in the face of significant and credible claims of election wrongdoing?

First, automatically allowing state certification or adjudication to be final would nullify this Court’s primary duty to safeguard the constitutional standard of a free and fair election.

Second, state certification or adjudication can be an inherently political process. Although we do not suggest improper conduct by officials, there is ample opportunity for the appearance of partisanship. Since this Court is not subject to direct election, this problem is lessened.

So, neither a state’s certification nor adjudication of an election is dispositive where significant and credible claims of election wrongdoing exist. As to the 2020 presidential election, this leaves several subsidiary questions to resolve.

First, do Plaintiffs show significant and credible claims of election wrongdoing? By “credible” we mean is there a substantial likelihood that Plaintiffs can prove the election wrongdoing they allege?

Plaintiffs have submitted hundreds of sworn statements by citizens describing a pattern of election wrongdoing in Defendant States ranging from ballot stuffing, unexplained vote spikes, counting ballots multiple times, violation of state election laws, exclusion of observers to payment for votes. The affidavits are detailed and specific and relate first-hand accounts. The experts describe specific information and bases for their conclusions.

The evidence and argument submitted are credible. However, credibility does not suggest a finding of election wrongdoing. Those issues remain to be resolved.

Second, are the credible allegations of election wrongdoing “significant”? By “significant” we mean can those allegations, if proven, make a difference in the Presidential election of 2020. If not, the allegations do not raise a constitutional issue for this Court to address.

This is not to say that “insignificant” election wrongdoing should be ignored. No amount of election wrongdoing should be tolerated. It should be acted upon by appropriate state or federal authorities lest toleration leads to more unacceptable conduct.

Here, taken together, Plaintiffs’ arguments and evidence credibly put hundreds of thousands of votes at issue. More importantly, they credibly question sufficient votes in each Defendant State to affect the result of the 2020 election. The Court finds that the allegations and evidence are credible and significant in each Defendant State.

Disposition

Having found that this case meets the high standard of showing credible and significant election wrongdoing, the question becomes what remedy is appropriate given the short time frame for selecting a president.

Ideally, the claims of election wrongdoing would be fully litigated to final judgment before the inauguration. All legal ballots in the Defendant States would then be counted and all illegal ballots discarded. The American people could feel sure that the next president was chosen in a free and fair election. The Constitution and our Republic would be secure. Clearly, given the scope of claims here, that result may not happen in the time allowed.

Some Plaintiffs urge that Defendant States’ legislatures choose the presidential electors.

Other Plaintiffs ask us to block certification in the Defendant States.

Defendant States suggest we dismiss this action and do nothing.

First, taking no action on a showing of credible and significant election wrongdoing would strike at the very foundations of our constitutional Republic. As noted, the justness of our government depends solely on the consent of the People. If election wrongdoing steals a Presidential election, there is no consent and no citizen can ever be confident of a future election. This harm will reverberate throughout the ages.

Second, returning the selection of electors to Defendant States’ legislatures does not carry out the central holding here. Credible and significant claims of election wrongdoing must be finally resolved on the merits including, where necessary, review by this Court. The fundamental importance of having free and fair elections demands this result.

Accordingly, the Court rules that the Defendant States are hereby enjoined from completing the certification of the results of the 2020 elections in their states until the election wrongdoing is finally adjudicated. None of the candidates involved in the 2020 election in those states can be sworn into office until that adjudication takes place.

As to the 2020 Presidential election, the Constitution provides a political, not judicial, mechanism described above to address the unfortunate situation presented by this case. If certified results do not allow any presidential candidate to achieve 270 electoral votes by the inauguration date, the President and Vice-President shall be elected by the procedures provided in the Constitution.
