The complaint filed in Pennsylvania by the Trump campaign is a superb piece of legal craftsmanship. It was filed in federal court, not state. The gist is that some of the state’s actions, and particularly the exclusion of Republican poll-watchers during the counting of hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots, violated federal constitutional requirements.
The point is obvious enough once one thinks of it, but it’s brilliant all the same. It shifts the focus from state law, where a politicized Pennsylvania court has the last word, to federal law, where the U.S. Supreme Court rules.
As for the obviousness of the point, consider as a thought experiment a state law requiring that all votes be counted in secret by an unelected board named by the party in power. Could it survive a constitutional challenge?
As my old Harvard constitutional law professors would have said, “to ask the question is to answer it.” It is hard to count all the constitutional guarantees violated here: Equal Protection, Due Process, Privileges and Immunities. Indeed, the complaint stacks up the Supreme Court precedents supporting its arguments, including the long line of ringing statements in the chain of one-person-one-vote decisions.
Even the late Justice Ginsburg, who never met a progressive argument she could not support, would have trouble upholding such a law.
Given this framework, the historic decision in Bush v. Gore becomes useful but unimportant. The problem there was that the Florida Supreme Court pretended to be interpreting state law, and the legal convention is that the U.S. Supreme Court must defer on state issues, even though the Florida court was making up new law as it went along and changing its mind shamelessly.
The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Bush v. Gore was muddled by the need to wiggle around this problem without addressing it head-on, because it would not do to cast doubt on the integrity of fellow judges. (The union is strong.) Only a three-justice concurrence said flatly that the Florida Court was contradicting the Legislature, and that would not do. Four justices went off on an opaque Equal Protection argument.
A result of this muddle, say friends in academia, is that progressive legal scholars are contemptuous of the decision and dismiss it as irrelevant.
Trump’s Pennsylvania case does not have the complication of the state versus federal law interaction because it jumps over the state law and, as noted, relies on a host of U.S. SCOTUS cases about the importance of voting.
The complaint has much more, designed to bolster its central point. Many other instances of fraudulent activity are cited, which lends credibility to the main accusation. They are also indispensable to establish a factual case — that the exclusion not only occurred, but mattered, because thousands of ballots were counted in secret.
Reading the news reports, it appears likely that similar complaints are going to be filed in other swing states and that perhaps we are seeing the exposure of a broad-based effort to corrupt the election. Joe Biden claimed that the Democrats were mounting the biggest voter fraud effort in history, and a good rule for living is that when someone tells you he is about to screw you over, believe him.
It is possible, then, that a number of cases will hit the Supreme Court in about three weeks.
Everyone in the legal world assumes that the justices, bruised by the excoriation the Court has received over Bush v. Gore (even though the result was right), would never put itself in the position of reversing the apparent results of a presidential election. This assumption is the reason for the Democrats’ efforts to create an irresistible bandwagon effect, but the president’s lawyers may have out-maneuvered them. The justices may have no choice except to decide the election, one way or the other, and to be put to the choice of reversing the media-claimed results or ratifying massive fraud.
The legitimacy of the Court could survive through, and even be enhanced by, a carefully explained reversal of initial results. It could not survive a mealy-mouthed ratification of obvious fraud. If Trump’s lawyers make their case factually, the Court must agree.
As Lincoln said: “we cannot escape history. We … will be remembered in spite of ourselves … in honor or dishonor, to the latest generation.”

Major American news media and the usual gang of Washington beltway clerks have tried to ignore into oblivion the Trump administration’s diplomatic achievements in the Middle East.
Their collective pay-no-heed is crooked and vile on so many levels.
First and foremost, their corrupt collective silence sets conditions for more war, violence and death in the next four years.
In the longer term, their corrupt silence is an information darkness that not only does a deep disservice to the American people but is also the dirty brush of dishonest history.
American journalists once proclaimed their daily reports were the “first rough draft of history,” the best effort working stiffs could produce before the print deadline.
After the last four years, you have to wonder whether that self-serving tout was ever true.
We now know the Russia-collusion tale that enthralled The New York Times and CNN for three years was a total lie concocted by Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
And it is a verifiable, documented fact the Trump administration fostered astonishing diplomatic progress in the Middle East that has changed political conditions and, if pursued by the next administration, would diminish conflict and promote peace — in other words, save human lives.
Based on the regional results as of November 2020, President Donald Trump himself deserves a Nobel Peace Prize.
“Horror! Madness!” major media and the beltway clerks scream in social media unison. My long-run shrug: Barack Obama got a Nobel Peace Prize for doing absolutely nothing. Ipso facto, the Peace Prize has become a dishonest credential.
Allow me one more aside, but one that illustrates the significance of the Trump administration’s Middle East achievements.
Consider this nickname: The Land of War.
The sobriquet, used by more than a few veterans, goes well beyond Israel and its neighbors. The idiom refers to predominantly Muslim lands, from Mali in West Africa across Africa and the Arabian Peninsula to Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Over the last three decades, violent conflict has mauled all of these countries. Insiders — soldiers and diplomats informed by honest history, which still gets written, thank God — knew the slang jihadi term for non-Muslim territories: the “dar al-harb,” the place of war where Islam did not yet rule but would once others were subdued by jihadi swords.
9/11 was a jihadi sword strike. It brought on a lot of war — in Muslim lands.
Which leads to Trump administration achievements. Years ago, Egypt and Jordan recognized Israel. Often, the peace was cold. However, the Egyptian, Jordanian and Israeli business communities said cold peace beat war.
The major media and beltway clerks said the Palestinian state issue was an intractable problem. The Trump administration, an un-beltway creature, didn’t buy the narrative.
The Trump administration attacked the chief source of violence in the Middle East: Iran.
Since 1984, Iran has been on the U.S. list of state sponsors of terrorism. The ayatollah dictatorship engages in what some analysts refer to as “violent meddling operations.” Iranian intelligence operatives and its Quds Force (special operations section) stir violence in vulnerable, impoverished countries throughout the world.
Iran uses Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon as puppets in a war on Israel. Iran wages covert war on Bahrain, Iraq and Kuwait. It wages overt war on Saudi Arabia through Yemen and via drone attacks.
The Trump administration says the blunt truth. Arabs and Israelis had a common enemy: ayatollah Iran. For that matter, the ayatollah regime is an enemy of the Iranian people.
Which U.S. administration propped up Iran? Answer: the Nobel Peace Prize Obama administration.
Obama’s deceitfully named Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action rewarded the corrupt ayatollahs with billions of dollars in cash and sanctions relief, which the regime used to make war.
Thanks to the Trump administration’s calculated diplomacy, this year, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain agreed to normalize relations with Israel.
Sudan — so recently off the State Department’s State Sponsor of Terrorism list — is considering establishing diplomatic relations. Or at least it was prior to the presidential election.
Who was Obama’s vice president?
To paraphrase the great Roman general Scipio Africanus, if you want Middle East peace, you want a very detailed ballot recount.
Give me a break; I’m a military historian. Scipio beat Hannibal, so he knew something.
President Donald Trump had every right to call this entire process a complete sham, as he described it from the East Room of the White House, early Wednesday morning after Election Night. “This is a fraud on the American public, this is an embarrassment on the American country. We were getting ready to win this election, frankly we did win this election.”
On election night, Trump was ahead in Pennsylvania by roughly 690,000 votes with 64 percent of the vote counted, before his lead disappeared on Friday. In Michigan, Trump was winning by nearly 300,000 votes, with 65 percent of the votes recorded, before he ended up losing the state on Wednesday. In Georgia, Trump was ahead by 117,000 votes with 92 percent of the votes counted, before Biden pulled ahead on Friday. In Wisconsin, Trump was also ahead by 107,000 votes with 81 percent of the votes counted, before that was somehow called for Biden on Wednesday. Why did those states suddenly stop reporting the votes for several hours, and how is it possible that virtually all of the new votes that were tabulated went to Biden?
Many in the media have tried to justify the late Biden surge by perpetuating the false narrative that mail-in ballots were counted after in-person voting. That is simply incorrect. Even CNN reported that many mail-in ballots were in fact counted before election day. It is also incorrect to say that only Biden supporters voted by mail. For instance, at the Villages in Sumter County, Florida, where Trump has a lot of supporters, 59 percent voted for Trump by mail-in and absentee prior to the election.
Nearly 64 million mail-in votes were turned in before election day (out of the 92 million that were requested), and at least 101 million people voted before the election. With Biden totaling roughly 77 million votes, and Trump totaling around 72 million votes (as of this writing). That means there were roughly 48 million votes outstanding on and after election day. It is not yet clear how many of those were mail-in votes, or what percentage of those votes went to Trump compared to Biden, but that is an important number to keep track of since there seems to be a never-ending trail of mail-in votes that favor Biden by proportions that do not seem statistically possible.
Consider these facts. In Pennsylvania 2.8 million mail-in ballots were requested. Politico reported that as of November 3rd, Pennsylvania had received more than 2.5 million mail-in and absentee ballots, or 81 percent of those who had requested a ballot. More than 1.6 million of those ballots were from registered Democrats, while 586,000 were from Republicans. Yet the article also noted that 84 percent of registered Democrats who were sent mail-in or absentee ballots returned them, compared with only 74 percent of Republicans. How does one explain this discrepancy? What happened to the other 10 percent of Republicans who received their mail-in ballots?
What also remains unclear is where all these outstanding mail-in votes are coming from after election day, and whether they have been properly postmarked, so that they can be properly segregated. Curiously, most of these mail-in dumps seem to all be going to Biden. As Nate Silver reported, 23,777 batches of votes were found in Philadelphia, all for Biden, and of the roughly 5,300 votes in Trump-friendly Luzerne County, nearly 4,000 of them went to Biden. These instances cannot simply be ignored or explained away as “the process working.”
In Michigan 3.4 million voters requested absentee, or mail-in votes, 41 percent of whom were Republicans, while only 39 percent were Democrats. This further dispels the myth that only Democrats voted by mail. Also, consider that in Michigan at 5:04 A.M., Biden appeared to have received an additional 138,000 votes, while Trump received exactly zero votes. The Decision Desk HQ, which first reported the numbers, later said that it was a typo from one county in Shiawassee, and then retracted the numbers. There is no evidence that it was a typo (to this writer’s knowledge) or that the 138,000 votes were retracted. In fact, after the AP called Michigan for Biden, the Michigan Bureau of Election website still had Trump listed as the winner. Why was there a discrepancy between what the AP was reporting and what Michigan’s own bureau was reporting?
When the final vote tally in Michigan was completed, Biden wound up winning with 2,790,648 votes, while Trump wound up with 2,644,525 votes. Biden Somehow managed to win an additional 659,953 votes, or 59 percent of the remaining vote, while Trump only managed to win 443,623. It seems suspicious that Biden was able to pull off that many votes that late in the game, in counties where Trump did well in 2016.
In Wisconsin there were also irregularities. Absentee ballots were sent out beginning in September and were supposed to be returned by November 3rd. On election day, Wisconsin reported that 192,483, absentee or mail-in ballots were returned. Yet mail-in votes were still being counted as of November 6th, with an additional 32,676 absentee votes still being counted three days after election day. Why were those votes still being counted? Other irregularities in Wisconsin included Milwaukee, where 346,332 absentee ballots were supposedly requested, 345,871 absentee ballots were sent out, and 325,587 were returned. That means, a whopping 94 percent of mail-in ballots were sent in to be counted. That number seems remarkably high, and unlikely.
Other elements of potential corruption or fraud include the vote counters. Why do so many of the counters in Philadelphia, and Detroit appear to be wearing masks that say, “vote,” or in some cases “Biden/Harris.” Meanwhile photos of ballot counters with an American flag on them, were nowhere to be found. In Detroit, there were photos of poll counters gleefully checking the election results on their cell phones as the election somehow tipped into Biden’s favor. There were also instances of poll counters cheering when Republicans were removed from watching the counting, and there was a video of poster boards being used to cover up the windows of the vote counting room. To say that these poll counters have displayed anything resembling impartiality would be a gross understatement.
To make matters worse, anyone who questions the legitimacy of the election is effectively being silenced by the Mainstream Media and Big Tech. We live in a post-truth world where these powerful entities determine what is true and what is false. They do not need to offer any evidence, or proof to explain why a factual statement is false. Their view stands, simply because they said so. Any opposing view (in some cases it’s a statement of fact) that they disagree with is considered a conspiracy and will be labeled as “false,” or “misinformation,” and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it.
We are told by Democrat politicians that we must trust the electoral process, even as they falsely declare Joe Biden the winner. During her weekly press conference on Friday, Nancy Pelosi referred to Joe Biden as the “president-elect,” even though not a single state has declared Joe Biden the winner. During another press conference in Philadelphia on Friday, Lisa Deeley, the chairwoman of the County Board of Election, kept reassuring us that with more than 40,000 votes still to be counted in Pennsylvania, the counting was being done in good faith. Yet, when she was asked how many mail-in votes had arrived after election day and were being segregated from votes that were being counted, she was unable to come up with a number, or even an estimate. Perhaps most egregiously of all, just moments after we were told to trust the process in Pennsylvania, the mayor of Philadelphia, Jim Kenney said that Trump should, “Put his big boy pants on,” and “acknowledge the fact that he lost.”
Every American has the right to know how many ballots were mailed out prior to election day, and how many were returned before and after the polls were supposed to have closed. President Trump has every right to use the full legal process to try to remedy this sham of an election that is being stolen from him and the roughly 72 million people who voted for him. Every legal vote must be counted, and every illegal vote must be thrown out. This could drag on for weeks or months, but our democracy is worth defending.
Happiness is the successful state of life, pain is an agent of death. Happiness is that state of consciousness which proceeds from the achievement of one’s values. A morality that dares to tell you to find happiness in the renunciation of your happiness—to value the failure of your values—is an insolent negation of morality. A doctrine that gives you, as an ideal, the role of a sacrificial animal seeking slaughter on the altars of others, is giving you death as your standard. By the grace of reality and the nature of life, man—every man—is an end in himself, he exists for his own sake, and the achievement of his own happiness is his highest moral purpose.
But neither life nor happiness can be achieved by the pursuit of irrational whims. Just as man is free to attempt to survive in any random manner, but will perish unless he lives as his nature requires, so he is free to seek his happiness in any mindless fraud, but the torture of frustration is all he will find, unless he seeks the happiness proper to man. The purpose of morality is to teach you, not to suffer and die, but to enjoy yourself and live.—Ayn Rand
I need to begin with the obvious: in spite of all the deep state, propaganda and “deep empire” (transnational) resources being used to declare that “Biden” (i.e. Harris) has won, as of right now nobody knows who got most votes and where.
I would even suggest that we will never really find out who won, because who won depends on a large number of local laws and regulations and because it will probably never be possible to separate the fake votes from the legal ones.
Finally, neither side will ever gracefully admit to having lost the contest. So now the country will enter a profound crisis.
That is the bad news.
But there is also very good news.
First, it has now become clear to the entire planet that the US “democracy” is anything but: the US is an oligarchic plutocracy, plagued with a myriad of antiquated laws and corrupt to the bone. The special “trick” of this US oligarchic plutocracy is that is masquerades as an ochlocracy: there is pretend mob rule which serves as the microscopically small fig leaf hiding the real nature of the regime.
Second, while the Dems did their best to hide this, and they still are, it is now becoming evident that the sheer magnitude of the fraud made it impossible to conceal it. Now if we think of how the AngloZionist Empire has handled equally non-believable nonsense (9/11, Syrian gas attacks, Skripal, Navalnii, etc.) we know what they are going to do next: double down, which will reassure the brainwashed zombies, but will even further infuriate those still capable of critical thought.
Third, the behavior of the US media in this entire operation is so obviously disgraceful that nobody will ever take them seriously again (at least amongst the thinking people, the zombies glued to the Idiot Tube are beyond any rational arguments anyway). This is particularly important in regards to FoxNews who has shown that it was a pseudo-conservative propaganda outlet which, in reality, is completely committed to the political agenda of Rupert Murdoch and his family.
At this point in time, it is impossible to predict what will happen next, but the murder of JFK or the 9/11 false flag strongly suggest that the US deep state will win. There seems to only be one way for Trump to stay in power and it will probably look similar to this:
Giuliani, who I was told won over 4,000 lawsuits in his career, is a very tough guy (look at what he did to the mob in NY!) and he must realize that the lawsuits he will file this week will be the most important ones in his career. They will even probably define his legacy. The notion that he would go to the courts with no solid evidence in his files is simply ridiculous. I don’t see any mechanism which can stop Giuliani now, so the ball will now go to the state and federal courts next and, after that, to the Supreme Court. There the situation is hard to predict.
In theory, Trump probably has enough conservative Justices, especially with Ruth Bader Ginsburg gone and Amy Coney Barrett replacing her. That’s only in theory. In reality, things are much more complex. On one hand, the pressure of the deep state on the Justices will be immense, but on the other hand, once you are a SC Justice you cannot be attacked, at least not legally. Amy Coney Barrett will also face immense pressure to “prove” her “independence” (meaning, if she sides with Giuliani’s side she will be called a Trump shill and even much worse than that!). One thing is certain, any Justice siding with Giuliani will face immense pressures followed by a vicious denigration campaign. Who knows how many Justices would have the courage to face this?
However, there is also the possibility that any Justice siding with Giuliani’s conclusions will go down in history as yet another “profile in courage”, so I would not completely discard that possibility either.
During my student years in the US I had the chance to meet, and study with, such US officials as Paul Nitze or Admiral Zumwalt and I was always amazed at how candid former US officials were, but only once they retired. USSC Justices are not retired, of course, but, like retired officials, they are beyond the reach of any legal reprisals, and that might strengthen their willingness to honestly follow their conscience and speak their minds.
Giuliani will certainly fight hard, but looking at the political correlation of forces I can’t see an outcome where Trump would successfully defeat a much stronger opponent. Think about it, the only possible ally for the Trump campaign would be the Supreme Court: the GOP, Congress, the Deep State, the legacy ziomedia, and even members of the Trump Administration (think Bolton or Esper here) all hate him with a passion. And now that Trump appears to be losing, they are not shy about it.
Still, as the proverb says, we need to hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
That is, obviously, a Harris Administration in control of the Executive.
So what can we expect from these folks?
First and foremost, a sustained campaign to completely negate the First and Second Amendments to the Constitution. Considering how truly sacred these two cornerstones of the US Constitution are for millions of US Americans, we can expect a lot of resistance from the “deplorables”, both legal and violent.
Second, the control of both the Executive and all the major IT giants will mean that free speech will be driven even further underground. This new reality will require a lot of thinking in the development of a strategy to protect the voices which the regime in DC will now openly try to silence.
Possibly the dumbest mistake made by Trump was not to create his own TV channel. He had the money, he could have found allies, but he simply lacked the intelligence to see the danger. Instead, this narcissistic fool thought that Twitter was the way to bypass the legacy media. Is there a possibility that if he is thrown out of the White House we might finally understand that what the US now so urgently needs is, at the very least, a free TV channel and at least one free social media option? Maybe, but I am not holding my breath, Trump always had this ability to disappoint…
Third, on the international front, we can expect even more hysterical Russia bashing (the Dems all hate Russia with a passion, especially since they have brainwashed themselves for four years that “Putin” had “attacked” the US elections). But there is really nothing the US can do to Russia, it is way too late for that. So I would expect even more hot air than from the Trump Administration, and probably not much more action, although that is by no means certain, since a braindead nominal President like Biden would not have Trump’s intelligence to understand that a war against Russia, China or Iran would end in a disaster: Dems always start wars to try to convince the public that they are “tough” (Dukakis in his M-1 tank). Now that they not only appears as weak, but also illegitimate and even senile (did you see Biden trying to run to the podium?), they will have to prove their “virility” and send some cruise missiles flying somewhere (that kind of attack is what these cowards always use first).
As I mentioned in the past, the outcome of this election will not have much of an impact on US foreign policy: first, the US elites more or less all agree on continuing a policy of violent imperialism; but even more crucial is the fact that the Empire is as dead as the Titanic was when it hit the iceberg: not all passengers realized what was taking place, but that did not affect the outcome in the least.
Furthermore, as those familiar with Hegelian dialectics know, each action eventually results in a reaction and the notion that 70,000,000+ voters will simply accept what is self-evidently a coup against not only Trump, but also the US Constitution itself, is ridiculous. If anything, these people will now come to realize that while the US is facing no real foreign threats at all (except those it created itself), there is most definitely an internal threat, in the sense of the United States Uniformed Services Oath of Office, and that this reality gives them the right, and even duty, to “resist tyranny”.
You have probably heard Joe Biden declaring that he wants to heal the wounds, restore unity, rule for all US Americans and the like. I don’t think that this is only empty political rhetoric, though that is part of it too. Mostly, I believe that the Dems are terrified because they know for a fact that they stole the election and this is why after four years of the most divisive and irresponsible rhetoric against Trump, “the racist system” and all the rest of the crap, they are now making a 180 (they are experts at that!) and pleading for calm, peace and unity.
That ain’t going to happen.
Finally, a word to those who like to say that there is no difference between the Dems and the GOP, that this is all a fake conflict: friends, you are both right and massively wrong. You are right when you say that the DNC and the RNC are like indistinguishable twins. But what you are missing are two crucial things:
Factions inside one party can actually go after each other much harder than against their common enemies. I think of the SS vs the SA in Nazi Germany or the Trotskysts vs the Stalinists in the Soviet Union and during the Spanish Civil war.
But, even more crucially, this is not a contest between the Democrats and the Republicans, it is a contest between a “rejected outsider” and both the DNC and RNC!
Conclusion: not the RNC vs the DNC but the Deep State vs the Deep Country
A quick look at a map tells the story: this struggle is most one of the deep state vs the deep (real) country. Yeah, I know, Trump is hardly a miner from West Virginia or a farmer in Alabama. But that doesn’t matter one bit. What does matter is that the deplorables from the “overfly country” felt that Trump speaks for them and that he is all that stands between them and the (pseudo-) Liberals of CNN, the Antifa/BLM thugs and the destruction of the United States as we all knew them. And yes, this is a simplistic view, but it is fundamentally correct one nonetheless.
Ferreting out political and historical truth from the welter of partisan voices and official disinformation, so far as this is possible, is no easy task. Not many of us are capable or desirous of doing so. This is perhaps the major debit in a prosperous democratic polity, many of whose citizens, like pampered children, have grown spoiled and lazy.
Common sense is needed, along with moral fortitude and the willingness to dig for documentary sources and artifacts that are not easily falsified. One cannot allow the media to do one’s homework for one but must instead subject what one is told to believe to hard scrutiny and diligent research. This process is not only an epistemic necessity but also a moral demand. As C2C editor Patrick Keeney writes, “we can only arrive at what we ought to do by appeals to moral reasoning.” We might say that thoughtfulness is an aspect of moral character.
In the political world especially, one must be skeptical of the left and its popular sobriquet, socialism. For socialism is all about radical egalitarianism, the expansion of welfare dependency, the destruction of the nuclear family and the establishment of single-party rule. The study of history and the current geopolitical theater is dispositive in this regard.
Opponents of the Left are regularly denounced as belonging to the “far right.” But what is called the “far right” in the current political environment is a will o’ the wisp, a false construct serving the interests of the demagogic impulse associated with the left, for there is no temporizing with the left’s totalitarian basis no matter how moderate it may appear in some of its presumably acceptable forms.
What is condemned as the “far right” is actually responsible conservatism struggling to preserve the philosophy and tradition of “classical liberalism” associated with resonant names like John Locke, Edmund Burke, Matthew Arnold, John Stuart Mill and Benjamin Disraeli, and today with Richard Weaver, James Burnham, Robert Bork, Russell Kirk and Roger Scruton.
For those on the “soft left,” desire is the nub of the issue — the appetite for outcomes in the absence of reasoned analysis and knowledge of history, justified by a faulty reading of the world. One recalls the philosophical debate that raged for centuries between Duns Scotus and his followers on the one side and the school of Saint Thomas Aquinas on the other. (The word “dunce” derives from “Duns.”) Scotus postulated that the will conditions the reason, in other words, desire seeks its goal first and the mind subsequently proceeds to vindicate its decision. Aquinas contended that reason commands the will, that is, the faculty of purified intellect posits the good, and desire afterwards strives to achieve it. The general run of leftists and liberals are, on this interpretation, earnest neo-Scotists, wanting something very badly — feminist hegemony, climate purity, socialist equity, sexual license, abortion on demand — and then abusing their mental powers to defend their error.
For the “hard left,” however, affective attitudes are somewhat different. Desire is not a function of the will to believe — since many inhabitants of that malignant political universe are fully aware of their corruption and duplicity, and like criminal psychopaths glorify it — but, quite bluntly, of the will to power, as we have seen in the fraudulent election of 2020.
The Democrat party is by any honest assessment no longer a political party but a criminal organization intent on dominating, suppressing and extorting an entire nation. It has accepted a Marxist philosophy and enforced it by fascist means, deriving theory and practice from the Communists and the Nazis, becoming, in effect, the NaziCom Party of the United States. And in collaboration with the nation’s “elites” — academics, media, the technocrats, the Hollywood syndrome, corporate shills, and affluent outriders — the NaziComs seem poised to succeed in imposing their destructive agenda.
One thinks of Abraham’s argument with God in Genesis 18. Must the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah be utterly destroyed for their wickedness? “Wilt thou destroy the righteous with the wicked?” Abraham asks the Lord, who agrees to spare the “twin cities” if only ten righteous men could be found. Not even ten could be found and the cities were consumed in fire and brimstone. Though the analogy does not hold point for point, it is nevertheless instructive. In America there are millions upon millions of good and decent people — people who have not grown slack and indolent and ungrateful — and it seems a mortifying shame that the they should be politically, socially and economically destroyed by some of the most contemptible people on the face of the planet.
Obama boasted that he would “radically transform” the United States, and the left is determined to execute his mandate, transforming the country into a modern iteration of Sodom and Gomorrah. Any fair and reasonable analysis of the November 3 debacle tells us without the slightest doubt that the electoral process was a sordid and unscrupulous affair carried out by the Democrats and their myrmidons — that is, by the institutional (or “hard”) left with the complicity of revolutionary youth and a “soft” electorate.
The cadres of billionaire plutocrats and the petty tyrants of the political left can count on the approval of the decadent and feminized moieties, which is why these must be resisted by the “righteous” — ordinary men and women who do honest labor and cherish their friends and families as they do their freedom — with all the means at their disposal. And they must resolutely support President Trump, who in his battle to ensure electoral legitimacy and preserve the integrity of the nation, has come to resemble a tragic hero fighting inestimable odds.
I’ve been a Las Vegas oddsmaker and sports gaming expert for four decades- long before I became known as a nationally syndicated conservative talk show host.
I understand odds and gambling in a way that no other conservative media personality, host, or politician in this country could.
And I can tell you something is very wrong with this presidential election. It reminds me of a fixed football game. Remember the famous fixed 1978 game between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles. The Giants quarterback handed the ball off. The running back didn’t want it. It fell on the ground. Herm Edwards of the Eagles picked it up and ran it into the end zone with seconds left for a last second victory. Every bettor in the world knows that game was fixed. It doesn’t matter if you can prove it. We all know.
Gamblers feel the same way about this presidential election. This presidential election is rancid. It feels as fixed as that Giants-Eagles NFL football game. Let me give you the details of this election- from a gambler’s perspective.
Trump entered the night a 2 to 1 underdog. As soon as the polls started to close and the picture became clear, Trump’s odds quickly moved to even money. Then Trump became the slight favorite. Then a moderate favorite. Then a 2-to-1 favorite.
Then 3 to 1. 4 to 1. 5 to 1. 6 to 1. 7 to 1. Finally, Trump moved to 8 to 1 favorite.
What does all this mean? Bettors putting their money on the line during Election Night have always proven to be deadly accurate. Smart bettors can clearly see what direction a race is taking. Bettors around the world clearly saw what I saw, when they stared at the electoral map- Trump was headed for an electoral landslide.
But something wasn’t quite right. Fox News wouldn’t call Florida for Trump- even though he was ahead by a mile. They wouldn’t call Ohio- even though Trump was ahead by a mile, They wouldn’t call Texas- even though Trump was ahead by a mile. I sat there screaming at my television.
More strange calls. Fox News had called Virginia for Biden at the start of the night- with Trump well ahead in Virginia. Trump would remain ahead in Virginia for three long hours after Fox awarded the electoral votes to Biden. Why would they do that? What was the rush? It made no sense.
Biden was awarded Virginia with Trump ahead. But Trump was ahead by a mile in Florida, Ohio and Texas, yet Fox News refused to award him the electoral votes. I knew at that moment, something was wrong. Something smelled fishy. Something was rotten in the DC Swamp.
Bettors witnessed Trump dominating. He clearly won not only those key states of Florida, Ohio and Texas, but Trump also enjoyed large leads in the entire Midwest- Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa. It was all but over. Trump had an electoral landslide. Hence the massive 8 to 1 odds in favor of Trump.
And then it happened. It was the most bizarre call in Election Night history. Fox News called Arizona for Biden. Why? It wasn’t even close to over. There was no reason on earth to make that call. Arizona is STILL not over 8 days later. CNN still hasn’t awarded Arizona. ABC pulled it back from Biden only 24 hours ago.
Why would Fox News be in such a rush to call Arizona for Biden? At that moment, Trump’s odds crashed almost instantly from 8 to 1, back down to 2 to 1. That drop set off alarm bells. My friend who is one of the biggest bookmakers in the country called me to say, “Wayne, something is wrong. I’ve never seen a drop like that, let alone a drop that fast. How can Trump go from 8 to 1, to 2 to 1. Someone knows something. We’ve got a problem.”
It was as if someone had decided in advance to give Arizona to Biden- whether he won it, or not. It was as if the secret code was known to only a few billionaire gamblers, “Fox News awards Arizona to Biden.” Six magic words. Someone was ready for that call. Someone waited until Trump was a prohibitive 8 to 1 favorite, then knew to bet millions of dollars on Biden at the longest odds of the night. Someone knew the fix was in. Someone made a fortune.
There’s more to the story. First, by awarding both Virginia and Arizona to Biden way too early in the evening and also going super slow awarding states to Trump where he led by a mile, Fox News made sure Biden had the electoral lead all night. That’s another big part of the story. Just like the fake pollsters suppressed Trump voters for months in advance of the election with polls falsely showing Trump losing by a landslide, fake “news desk” employees sure appeared to be suppressing Trump votes on Election Night. And also creating an air of invincibility for Biden. If Biden led in every poll before the election, and led all night in electoral votes, then it wouldn’t look like a fix was in, when Biden suddenly wound up the winner the morning after. Right?
One more piece of the puzzle. From almost the moment that secret code “Fox News awards Arizona to Biden” was spoken, three key Midwest battleground states with Democrat Governors all decided to stop counting votes for the night, with Trump way ahead. Why? Why all three, at the same time? Like they were coordinated in advance. Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania all mysteriously quit counting around midnight.
To add to the idea of a fix, these states merely claimed they were stopping counting for the night. After TV cameras and Republican poll watchers were all sent home, these Democrat states all resumed counting, suddenly finding all the ballots they needed to overcome large Trump leads.
I actually took screen shots before I went to bed. Trump was winning Michigan by over 300,000 votes when they stopped counting. He was up in Wisconsin by over 100,000. In Pennsylvania he was up almost 700,000 votes. But in the wee hours of the morning I took a new screenshot. Suddenly Biden was up by 9,000 in Wisconsin and 30,000 in Michigan. How’d that happen? I thought they stopped counting?
It all started with that bizarre Arizona call by Fox News.
Folks, someone knew. The fix was in. A few key people made millions betting on this election. They knew the exact minute to jump in. They knew exactly when a Trump landslide would turn to a Biden victory, with the help of a fake TV network call and fake ballots.
They knew Arizona was going to be called way too early. They knew that fake Arizona call would trigger vote counting to stop and massive ballot fraud to begin.
I don’t know what the Supreme Court will decide. But bettors all over the world know in our guts exactly what happened. The fix was in, no different than that famous NY Giants-Philadelphia Eagle fix in 1978 at the Meadowlands.
Trump was robbed. This election was stolen.

The biggest enemies aren’t the Communist fascist Democrats. They’re just being what they are — Communists and fascists. The biggest enemy isn’t demented goofball Joe Biden. He’s just doing what goofballs-turned-demented-goofballs do. When it was cool to support the borders and the hampered free market economy, he did so; when it seemed cool to support racist anti-black bigots, he did so; now that it’s cool (within his party) to support public ownership of the means of production and the twenty-first century version of reeducation camps for dissidents who aren’t Communists, he’s all on board with his crooked smile and decaying brain.
The biggest enemies are the RINOs. The biggest enemies are the people like Fox News — not all the hosts, but the people who run that network and who won’t even permit discussion or acknowledgement that the self-evident ballot fraud in places like Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona even existed. The people like Neil Cavuto, who are bending to the winds of authority and adopting the party line for the sake of what they consider survival.
Their premise appears to be that it’s better, for the sake of the country, to pretend that the election results are beyond question than to put the country through whatever it will go through by questioning them.
This would be like the wife of an alcoholic, abusive husband telling her kids, “Just pretend nothing happened. We have to keep a stiff upper lip for the sake of appearances.”
The RINOs and Mitt Romney and Chris Christie types would have us turn into a high profile version of a banana republic — SO THAT WE DON’T BECOME A BANANA REPUBLIC.
They adopt the superficial image of “reasonableness” and they dismiss anyone who questions the evidence for election fraud, including President Trump, as mentally unstable if not evil. Yet THEY are the ones operating on the premise that, “If we pretend the evidence isn’t there, and don’t acknowledge it, then it’s not there.” Their behaviors and attitudes are PRECISELY the behaviors and attitudes of people who want the election over, and who always wanted Joe Biden to be the victor.
If they win, then America will not only be a former republic. We will be unable to count on the results of ANY future election, because the precedent will have been established that any Democratic victory is, by definition, beyond questioning. The inverse will work as well: Any Republican victory — especially the victory of a meaningful Republican, such as Donald Trump — will be, by definition, invalid.
The leftists make no bones about it. They don’t believe in the Supreme Court; they will stack it to achieve their brazenly unconstitutional ends. They don’t care about the Constitution. They will turn us into a one-party system, if they haven’t already. They openly promise to take our guns, and they openly promise to put top-level Facebook and Twitter executives in charge of censoring Americans across the board, just as they already are doing on Facebook and Twitter.
The leftists have followed through on everything they promise to do. Everything they promise to do is anti-liberty, anti-Constitution and pro-totalitarian. If you think you won’t be in their crosshairs, Fox News, then you are the delusional, insane one.
We know what leftists are about. They’re just being Communists and fascists. They are full of hatred and loathing unlike anything seen since Nazi Germany, and they are capable of anything — perhaps even worse than the Nazis. We may find out soon enough.
But the conservatives and RINOs and Fox News executives are the ones giving them the keys to our prison. Never forget.
Donald J. Trump’s improbable presidency has been the most consequential presidency in modern times and his influence on American politics is ongoing and permanent.
From the time he rode down that escalator in July 2015 to announce his candidacy for the office, nothing has been the same.
Unlike small-minded liberals who outwardly cheered for the failure of Trump’s tenure — negative consequences to the country be damned — should there be a Biden administration, there is no desire here for it to “fail.” If the Senate stays safely in Republican hands, thus assuring a split government, there will be no Green New Deal, no headlong rush to abolish fossil fuels, no outlawing of jet travel or beef farming, no elevation of Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico to statehood (which means no additional Democratic House and Senate seats), no packing of the Supreme Court, no abolishing of the 2nd Amendment and no huge, unrestricted increase in taxes. If the Republican-controlled Senate holds true to conservative principles, the amount of extreme progressive legislation and initiatives that can make it into actual law are manageable and survivable. No one needs to cheer for failure.
Certainly, a Democratic administration can do a lot of damage by executive order and judicial activism. Rulings based on painfully arbitrary considerations of “social justice” rather than sound economic reasoning or national security concerns will be the order of the day, much like they were in the Obama years. Nonetheless, regardless of the officeholder’s party, the hope of any rational person is that daily life continues to move along reasonably smoothly, people are working, businesses are profitable, and the country is safe.
Perhaps the most notable aspect of Trump’s presidency was his unabashed pro-American stance on everything. Progressives tried to somehow twist that position into being “racist” or anti-immigrant. But whether it was the booming economy, the record-low unemployment among traditional Democratic voters (blacks, women, Hispanics), our new-found energy independence, our rejuvenated/rebuilt military, vastly increased border security, advantageous new international trade agreements like the USMCA, lowered income taxes, finally standing up to China with respect to trade, currency manipulation and theft of intellectual property, all of President Trump’s goals and accomplishments were intended to benefit the nation as a whole. He didn’t single out one specific group to the detriment of another. Incredibly, progressive Democrats clearly regard certain individual demographic groups as evil and undeserving, rather than viewing us all as equal citizens. Example: Upper middle-class straight white males of European descent fall into their persona non grata category.https://lockerdome.com/lad/9371484590420070?pubid=ld-8832-1542&pubo=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.americanthinker.com&rid=freerepublic.com&width=692
President Trump had no such “unacceptable” categories of Americans. He intended to help everyone. And he did. His accomplishments were both obvious and humiliating to progressives. President Trump succeeded in helping the country in virtually every way, in stark contrast to the stagnation and limited progress we had to endure under Obama. Therefore, the progressive media invented racist meanings where there were none, such as saying MAGA was code-speak for “Make America White Again.” The liberal media knew that wasn’t true, but they had no other tools to use against him to blunt his public success and popularity. Every Trump win — and there were a lot, on virtually every front — was a repudiation of Obama and progressive thought, definitive confirmation of both the correctness of Trump’s ways and the many failures and wasted opportunities under Obama. When a hated enemy so thoroughly and completely exposes your inadequacies and shortcomings, there is only one thing you can do: Attack and attempt to discredit your conqueror. No matter how bald-faced the lies, no matter how demonstrably false they are, if your megaphone is big enough, a sizable segment of the audience will listen and believe you. That was the progressives’ plan.
Trumponomics boomed. With Obama, the uncertainty of which punitive, anti-business/anti-capitalism hand grenade was about to be lobbed in their direction in the name of “social justice” is what kept economic and job growth so frustratingly tepid between 2008 and 2016. When things are uncertain and negative conditions are threatening right around the corner, human nature says to play things close to the vest. Under Obama, businesses were loath to expand or invest. Hiring was kept to a minimum. But under Trump, business owners, large and small, had confidence in the positive nature of the business environment, and thus they expanded, hired, and invested accordingly. From an economic policy standpoint, this is the biggest difference between President Trump and the typical progressive Democrat: Trump totally understood the businessperson’s mindset and motivations. Progressives, in contrast, look upon businesses as static, permanent objects, only there to be taxed in order to fund Government programs designed to bribe special-interest groups.
President Trump’s enthusiasm for helping all Americans, regardless of demographics, was strikingly evident to everyone who was emotionally and intellectually honest. His evenhandedness of governing intent ran so starkly counter to the “We’ll pick the winners/losers, good guys/bad guys” approach of liberal progressivism that Trump’s very political existence was undeniable evidence of the deceitful, hypocritical positions that progressives tried to foist upon the public. That’s why they tried so hard to remove him and discredit him — the reality of his presence tore back their fake wizard curtain and revealed progressives to be the phonies that they are.
Donald J. Trump was and is a one-of-a-kind president. His energy is astounding. His rallies are unlike any political gatherings ever before. He totally redefined the media narrative (“Fake news!”). People loved his straight talk. President Trump did more good for the country — despite incredible opposition from both sides of the aisle and the liberal media — in a shorter period of time, in more areas, than arguably any president in history. Everyone’s life got better — everyone’s. There were no “pre-selected” winners or losers. President Trump didn’t single out any demographic group for special treatment or punishment. His intent — and accomplishment — was to help everyone. Every single aspect of American life improved drastically during President Trump’s tenure. Progressives hate that, because it’s true.
He will continue to be a major force on the American political and social scene, whether in office or not. He’ll put forth policy proposals and critiques in his uniquely direct, no-holds-barred manner. No one is safe from criticism, not pandering progressives nor squishy Republicans. Donald Trump is a bottom-line guy. What do we need to do to make American life better? Did we accomplish that or not? If you want to help, I don’t care if you’re a D or an R. If you’re in the way, I don’t care if you’re a D or an R. Honest people see that and love him for it in a way that no president has ever been loved, rough language, questionable tweets and all. Shallow, intellectually dishonest people — voters and politicians alike — see that as well and are humiliated by it because it unceremoniously exposes their political vacuity and infinite personal insincerity.
Donald J. Trump is an absolutely transformative figure in American politics and culture, and his presence and influence will be with us for generations.
I object to the way the Democrats stole this election. This was just a straight-up smash-and-grab job. No creativity or panache whatsoever. Shouldn’t the Hollywood Party be capable of putting something together that’s a little more…I don’t know…believable?
“So here’s the premise. We’re gonna run an Alzheimer’s patient who’s been repeatedly humiliated by scandal in his party’s presidential primaries since 1987, who probably thinks he’s still running against Bush and Dukakis, and who can’t remember what office he’s campaigning for at any given time. And we’re gonna cover his face in a black mask and have him challenge voters to parking lot fistfights.”
“Okay, okay, sounds like a funny gimmick.”
“No, no, it’s a drama. Think King’s Speech meets Forrest Gump. Every time he says something inexplicable, he’ll blame it on a childhood lisp…or the Russians. He’ll campaign exclusively from his basement and only then to remind people to be afraid of a Chinese-made virus that’s somehow the fault of European white imperialism.”
“Oh, and he’ll constantly promise to hike gas prices back over four bucks a gallon at the pump.”
“So he loses in a rout, then?”
“Oh, no, Americans will find the eighty-year-old so charismatic and hip that he’ll receive more votes than any presidential candidate in American history.”
“Wait a second — so you’re saying that the Republicans will play the ‘stupid party’ in this script, stumble over their own feet, and lose to a dimwit?”
“No, all the Republicans will be big winners in the House, Senate, in the state legislatures across the board. Even their presidential candidate will receive almost ten million more votes than during his previous winning election. But our guy is just such a compelling candidate that Americans in a handful of battleground states will be drawn to vote for him in numbers never seen before. It’s kinda like the ending to Field of Dreams — you know, “the people will come,” and all that, except our guy really won’t know whether he’s in Iowa or the afterlife. Oh, and he’ll have a coked-out son who’s a national security nightmare, in the pockets of the Chinese communists, and forever losing his laptop in strip clubs overseas while in a blacked-out stupor.”
“And the son goes to jail?”
“Oh, no, he becomes attorney general. Really inspiring stuff.”
All that purported Hollywood talent and George Soros money at their disposal, and the Democrats managed only to produce a political heist so awful and incoherent that Gigli, Battlefield Earth, and Highlander 2: The Quickening look Oscar-worthy by comparison. George Lucas and “Howard the Duck” are somewhere watching this mess together and saying, “That just doesn’t make any sense.” This is what you get with Chinese financing, though. First, Matt Damon shows up at the Great Wall, and then Joe Biden receives ten million more votes than Obama did in his last election. The Chinese live action we’re being forced to watch has decided that Biden was always the big vote-getter in 2008 and 2012 and that Obama just rode to the White House on the Delaware Stallion’s coattails. Clearly, something has been lost in translation.
I can’t decide whether the Democrats think we’re all as stupid as Chris Wallace and will find the statistically impossible outcomes in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania somehow believable if the Soviet-like press repeats the lie enough, or whether they’re asserting their dominance by just strutting right out in the open with no fear, taking long drags on their cigarettes, and declaring: “That’s right; we’re not even gonna pretend anymore. No matter how mind-bogglingly many votes Trump receives, we’ll just keep dumping anonymous, single-entry ballots for Biden right out on the table until you choke on the network narratives saluting our victory. When we promised ‘hope and change,’ we meant ‘Pravda and gulag,’ and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it.”
My confusion doubled when the New Soviet Party dragged out Bush, Romney, and the Ghost of McCain to bless the Biden Miracle in the Rust Belt. Those family clans took to their knees so fast in deference to the Great and Magnificent Joe that I wondered whether castration was the price for their survival. Ol’ George marched a lot of Americans off to fight two wars after they stood by him during his own election nightmare twenty years ago but didn’t seem to bat an eye before cutting down over 71 million Trump voters at the knees and choosing obedience to the D.C. machine over loyalty to his battle-hardened voters. The McCain holdovers have been nothing but gleeful (and spiteful) about working hard to deliver Arizona to the socialists, and, of course, Miserable Mitt never misses an opportunity to mistake his sinful devotion to himself as peculiarly divine.
Bush, McCain, and Romney never voted for President Trump; they never lifted a finger to help President Trump; and they made it pretty clear that they never really held us in much esteem, either. So trotting out the Old Guard from the Pre-Trump Era to vouch for the authenticity of this election made about as much sense as watching Trump over-perform in Democrat precincts throughout the country while losing in Democrat cities that hauled in twice as many votes as voters registered.
Shouldn’t George Bush recognize “fuzzy math” when even professional statisticians are scratching their heads at the voting anomalies that produced a Biden lead? Unexplained and unsupervised ballot dumps at four in the morning that come pouring out of the kind of rollable luggage more common in shady drug deals than first-world elections don’t inspire much confidence. Neither does the word of a crew of leftover Republicans who left liberty-loving Americans long ago to join forces with Globalism, Inc. Sadly, the Republican leaders sandwiched between Reagan and Trump have had more in common with our Democrat overlords than they ever did with us, and when they demand that Republicans treat this election theft as something legal and democratic, they just sound like a bunch of witless wimps who believe that type of “read my lips” Republicanism still works on the masses. Outside their Lincoln Project fan base and the socialist appeasers of the corporate world, nobody’s buying what they’re selling.
Either the Democrats are so pig-ignorant as to who we are that they thought we’d be impressed with election integrity endorsements from the Republican equivalent of a “New Kids on the Block” reunion tour or they just want us to watch as they make fools of our former leaders and force them into acts of submission.
In 2020, nothing is on the up-and-up. Reality is being replaced with Pravda reality before our eyes, and Americans are noticing. Either the Democrats’ ability to craft Hollywood propaganda as truth is coming to an end, or they’re so certain that they will hold power forever that they no longer need to pretend reality is a constraint at all.
