Needed: A National Election Fraud Database

By Jay Valentine

United States voter fraud is a nationwide crime perpetrated locally, mostly by Democrats. Republicans either do not do it or when they do, they get caught. It is no coincidence that only Democrats fight voter ID laws, ballot audits in Maricopa County, and investigations in New Hampshire.

This month Matt Braynard, Trump’s data guy, issued a comprehensive report on Georgia voter fraud.  Read it?  If you did, you are the eleventh person after friends and family.

People, look, we cannot fight industrial, sovereign, large-scale, election fraud with reports, press releases, and webinars. That stuff creates a false sense of progress to the committed while nothing changes for the masses.  The narrative remains “…but there was no provable voter fraud.” We need hip technology delivered on a phone showing electoral fraud in current data rolls — that drives citizen outrage.

When one Millennial looks across the sushi table at his bud and shows her 5,435 dead people registered in her county, via an iPhone, we are pretty much there.  Or scroll to the 643 people registered on a vacant lot.  Look, here’s a Google Maps’ pix of the open field!

Only outraged citizens can stop voter fraud before it happens, not chase it afterward

The goal is a crowd-sourced national database, visible to anyone, showing who votes, what their addresses are, cross searched against death records, change-of-address files, UPS mailboxes, and a dozen other available data sources, going back as far as digital records exist.

Since our first article in American Thinker, over a thousand people contacted us concerning the fraud they personally experienced, either on election day or currently doing personal investigations.  None claims to be a Democrat. These outraged citizens formed ad hoc groups to crowdsource election fraud hidden in voter rolls. Their wise goal is to create enough citizen outrage, locally, to force recalcitrant governments to clean voter rolls and tighten voter integrity regs. They get the digital marketing thing!  They just don’t have the tools.

Democrats have built-in advantages salting voter rolls with the fake and the dead.  Election data are hard to get.  Some states hide it. There is no way to cross-search whether someone voted in several places. If you try to eliminate the dead, the fake addresses, the people who moved to another state, you are accused of voter suppression.  It’s hard.

Often the secretary of state is in on the scam.  They will not cleanse voter rolls; they oppose voter integrity regs.

Citizens are stepping up.

There is good news coming for these hardy souls. Democrats and leftists overplayed their hand in the 2020 election.  We hear from mild-mannered citizens who never heard of their secretaries of state now sending us detailed .CSV files in which they are expert.

We set up a Dropbox file transfer to handle the larger data sets. Local fraud patterns in Colorado, New Hampshire, Virginia, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan, California and Washington have been identified by citizen groups and individuals and they are gathering data any way they can get it.  Several focused on a single county or town, like Arlington, Virginia, or Harris County, Texas. Industrial scale, sovereign election fraud happens differently in each state, county, or city. We must enable local citizens to dig it out.  Our goal is to give them digital nuclear weaponry to even things up.  (Note to Chris Wray, this is a metaphor: Do not send the Chris Wray turreted terror-mobile to my house at 5:00 a.m.  You’ll wake the dogs.)

Some blocks are falling into place.  Electoral fraud is being uncovered, data collected, innovative search technology deployed.  It is the beginning of a digital marketing response, not another report.

We are currently training one of the country’s most gifted fraud experts in a new database technology; the same person who masterminded the creation of the world’s most sophisticated criminal profile database.  He is working with commercial record sets in the trillions, which process in nanoseconds, on a computer you hold in your hand.  We have begun working with a dozen data collectors in as many states.  They are doing the analytical work; we provide the computational horsepower with technology that dwarfs current commercial search.  By mid-summer we will be running their data — and cross-searching it — as far back as digital data are collected.

No reports, webinars, fund raising; just exploring how to make electoral fraud a digital experience.

When your obnoxious uncle Ned who believes in UFOs and thinks Ted Cruz’s father hung with Lee Harvey Oswald can pick up his phone and show you the vacant lot at the end of the street has 303 registered voters, and they all voted, several voted multiple times, even he becomes credible. By accessing a crowd-sourced election fraud database, even Uncle Ned can generate outrage — using his iPhone and indisputable data.

Should make for a fun Thanksgiving dinner.

Mike Lindell has Irrefutable Proof of Stolen Election

We have all been listening to Mike Lindell for the past few months about how he had irrefutable evidence of election fraud. Another BOOM is what I figured. We are all getting pretty tired of the hype. I wasn’t going to bother watching it but my wife did and then we watched it together.

Maybe there is nothing we can do about it, maybe there is, but the fact is that he really does have irrefutable evidence of the election fraud. That’s why not even George Soros’ factcheck.org will touch it. They “debunked” the first one, but they are hoping that people who check don’t realize that Mike has a second video.

Not many people have the time to watch an hour long video, so that will limit the audience.

That’s why I am going to outline the most imporant parts so you can get the bullet points in a couple of minutes.

This is the real thing. The election was stolen, and it was stolen online in real time and if we don’t do something about it our country is lost.

Dr. Douglas Frank holds a Ph.D in Surface Analytical Chemistry with over sixty scientific publications including a cover page article in Science magazine in 1990 and was on the cover of the Naturwissenschaften, in Europe.

He determined that 2010 US Census data was used to inject phantom voters into the 2020 election rolls. He proved it by going house-to-house to 1600 houses to audit 2020 voters and determined that 32% of the “voters” did not live at that address. THIS WAS NATIONWIDE, IN ALL 50 STATES.

Every precinct/county in the country has a voter registration database.

In most states you can download the voter registration database for free but some states charge hefty fees.

The voter registration database shows all registered voters and their voting histories.

There were lots of (too many) voters who only voted once, in November 2020.

Hired people to go house-to-house to 1600 houses to audit 2020 voters and determined that 32% of the “voters” were “phantom” and did not live at that address.

Votes can be manufactured by having a computer algorithm that votes for registered voters who never show up to vote.

The only way to know for sure if a “voter” actually voted is to ask them.

The night of the election (and for several days before and after), White Hats were monitoring computer intrusions into the voting machine network and collecting times and MAC/IP addresses of the intruders.

You can graph the number of registered voters by age from the voter registration database.

The numbers of people who voted in each age bracket should always be substantially less (~80%) than the number of registered voters in that bracket.

Small discrepancies are disregarded by “experts”

90% or more is highly suspect.

Hamiltion County, Ohio had 95% of the population registered to vote with some ages having more voters than residents of that age.

The percent of votes cast (red curve) for each age group were exactly the same, mirroring the registered voter curve. This is almost impossible in even one county, but it happened in all 88 counties in Ohio, which could only be accomplished through a computer algorithm.

The same key was used for all 88 Ohio counties. The key is the algorithm that turns registrations into “voters.” What this means is the same percentage of each age group voted in every county in Ohio.

This is the key that converted registrations to ballots in every county in Ohio. Dr. Frank took the average of fourteen Ohio counties to create the key that worked for all 88 Ohio counties. The curve is a 6th order polynomial, which makes it much easier to construct the key because only 6 numbers are required instead of 82 numbers for age 18 through 100. Along with the turnout number the algorithm can predict every county in Ohio. This allows the intruders to set up the alogorithm ahead of time.

The Stark County, Ohio voter curve shows two sharp shoulders at approximately 75 and 80 years of age. All 88 counties show this same pattern of 75 and 80 year old voters. This pattern holds up not only in Ohio, but in EVERY STATE tested so far. The gray curve is the predicted voter results from the algorithm, the red curve is the actual voter results. The correlation coefficient between the two is 1.0000, meaning it is a perfect fit.

This could only be accomplished with constant interaction between the voting machines and a supercomputer somewhere on the Internet. When Dr. Frank saw Mike Lindell’s first video all the pieces fell together. Mike’s group has all the evidence on the computers that were doing this, they just didn’t know what those computers were doing. Dr. Frank’s discovery fills in what they were doing.

The two-shoulder pattern in voting for 75 and 80 year olds shows up in Pennsylvania District O4 voting records.

The 2010 US Census data for Pennsylvania District 04 has those same two shoulders.

Q: What are the odds?

A: Zero.

2010 Population was used by the algorithm to determine phantom registrations

Graph: Registered Voters vs Population.

Bloomfield County Colorado; registrations greater than population because population decreased since 2010. More people voted than even lived there.

More people registered in 20 Colorado counties than live there because they used the 2010 US census in the algorithm and population decreased in those 20 counties.

Jackson County, Colorado; more phantom voters than live there because population decreased since 2010.

Knocked on doors and determined that 32% of voters did not live there.

Anybody can get their county’s voter registration database and conduct their own audit of people who only voted in the 2020 Presidential election.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST CRIME IN HISTORY. WE MUST GET RID OF THE COMPUTERIZED VOTING MACHINES.

The Radical Left Exposes its Crafting of the Coup

I could not believe the headline on the cover of Time Magazine! “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Stole the 2020 Election.” (1) Wow. They are finally admitting that Democrats stole the election. Then I realized that the title said “Saved,” not “Stole.” I quickly brushed off my faux pax and started reading.

The author, Molly Ball, describes, in 6,963 words, how the America-hating cabal of leftist radicals, billionaires and never- Trumpers plotted, connived, schemed, lied, cheated, lawyered, and rioted their way to pulling off the biggest election fraud in the history of our country, the theft of the American presidency with millions of fake votes.(2) It made President Trump’s must-read list. Ball clearly romanticizes the efforts of this radical-left alliance, but the details were damning nonetheless.

The Architect.

I’ve gotta crow! I’m just the cleverest fellow ‘Twas ever my fortune to know.

Ball identifies Mike Podhorzer, a senior adviser to the president of the AFL-CIO, as the architect of the plan to get President Trump out of office. Podhorzer was the overseer of the shadow campaign which “touched every aspect of the election.” This article was actually a medical intervention for Podhorzer (“Pod” to his friends) and the other demigods who helped him carry out the steal. They had to crow about it or their heads would have exploded. It was also a preemptive cover story. Every detail of their sin is given the Eddie Haskell treatment.(3): “Your Mom thinks I’m giving you a hug right now but I’m really pinching you on the arm as hard as I can.”

Podhorzer gives democracy a hug.

“Sometime in the fall of 2019, Mike Podhorzer became convinced the election was headed for disaster….”

This was the birth of the steal. Podhorzer knew President Trump was going to win re-election. He saw the MAGA crowds. He salivated over them.(4) He knew that minority and Democrat voters were leaving the Democrat plantation in record numbers. (5)

Trump had made good on his promise to put America and Americans first (6). He protected our borders, took on the swamp, the fake media, the radical left, the woke culture, and the people loved him for it. A red tidal wave was coming.

“…and determined to protect it.”

“Protecting” the election meant making sure Trump did not win by any means necessary. It had nothing to do with protecting the integrity of the election process. Podhorzer and his snobbish crew, the people who know better than us, saw Trump’s election and inevitable re-election as an assault on democracy. They had to steal the election in order to save democracy because “Trump and his allies were running their own campaign to spoil the election.” Yeah. That campaign was called “Trump 2020″ and spoiler alert, Pod: Trump won. But you know that.

Without realizing it, Molly Ball really did write the true story of how Podhorzer and his shadow stole the election without naming the people who actually got their hands dirty. (7) But she documents how Podhorzer set them up for the steal. His DNA is all over the crime scene. Ball used 7,000 words to fawn over these “defenders of democracy.” I think I can translate her piece, which was written in Demoncleze, in under 2,500. Here’s how it went down.

*Podhorzer held “invitation-only” zoom calls attracting thousands which “became the galactic center for a constellation of operatives across the left who shared overlapping goals.” “Podhorzer began working from his laptop at his kitchen table, holding back-to-back Zoom meetings for hours a day with his network of contacts across the progressive universe…” “Among Democratic insiders, he’s known as the wizard…” Galactic, constellation, universe, wizard. This was a friggin Star Wars convention. Suffice it to say Podhorzer put the shadow campaign together, kept them on target and directed their activities.

* “…helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding” for election departments. Here’s a bunch of money and “Oh, by the way, we’d like to change how you run your elections.” They lobbied Congress to give extra money to election administrators, primarily to finance Podhorzer’s plan for a massive Vote by Mail campaign. They got $400 million. They approached an assortment of foundations which contributed tens of millions more. Facebook gave over $300 million. The money was used “… to pay for postcards letting people know they could vote absentee–or, in some states, to mail ballots to every voter….” and for “additional staff and scanners to process ballots.” In August and September, the shadow campaign “sent ballot applications to 15 million people in key states.”

* “They got states to change voting systems and laws.” and worked to change “America’s balky election infrastructure.” Podhorzer needed to make this donkey go where he wanted it to go. They did not change election laws. They got judges and election officials, in key battleground states, to ignore election laws in favor of a system that would allow the most fraud possible. Massive mail-in voting, getting rid of election integrity safeguards and extending Election Day to election month. (8) They convinced Democrat Secretaries of State to allow Rock the Vote, a radical left political organization, “front end access” to voter rolls and the ability to add names to said rolls. (9) All of this was illegal and violated the legislative process dictated by the Constitution. (10) But remember,”They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it.”

* “They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits.” There were no “voter suppression lawsuits.” Democrats filed lawsuits to eliminate election integrity standards against fraud. Republicans tried to stop them.

* “…held media briefings with high-profile experts across the political spectrum, resulting in widespread coverage of potential election issues and fact-checking of Trump’s false claims.” How do you fact-check a fact you have already described as false? There was no fact-checking. They gave their media sycophants marching orders. Trash Trump 24/7, claim that everything he says is a lie and have “experts” on hand to back you up.

*Got millions of people to vote by mail. Coups require chaos and Democrats are drama queens. In this case the Wuhan Virus provided drama and was about to make their dreams come true. They used the virus to create panic. They used the panic to get Vote by Mail, where fraud lives and elections are stolen. This was not about democracy or safety. It was about bringing the best method for election fraud to life. Just ask the judge in Mississippi who ordered a new election after finding out that 78% of the mail-in ballots for the June primary were invalid. (March 4, 2021) (11) Absentee ballots (limited mail-in ballots) can be used to steal a race. But that works only when the number of votes needed is in the thousands.(12) Pod needed millions, and in the name of Wuhan he got it.

On election night “Trump was running ahead of pre-election polling, winning Florida, Ohio and Texas easily and keeping Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania too close to call.” Too close to call? At midnight Trump was ahead in Michigan by 400,000 votes. Podhorzer, meanwhile, was warning everyone he knew that polls were underestimating Trump’s support.... he had been warning for weeks that Trump voters’ turnout was surging.” But, he assured them, “…as the numbers dribbled out…Trump would lose.”

The Dribbling. On election night around midnight, several Democrat-controlled cities in key swing states, abruptly and in unison, stopped counting votes. This had never happened before in a U.S. presidential race. The states involved were Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia and Nevada. Trump was leading in all the battleground states by decent margins. Analysts — I am sure they were Pod’s “experts” — predicted there would be a….wait for it… “blue shift” in key battlegrounds–driven by tallies of mail-in ballots…”And that’s just what happened for days. In Pennsylvania Biden received over a million votes after Election Day, over one-third of his totals.

Who made the call? Who ordered those states to stop counting on election night?

I think it was Podhorzer and his shadow. Voting in person on Election Day, with votes tallied on Election Day, greatly limits fraud and most accurately captures the will of the people. That’s why Democrats oppose it.

*Pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and… fight viral smears. “…deprived [President Trump] of the Twitter and Facebook accounts he used to push the nation to its breaking point.” They brought censorship down on President Trump and conservatives like a hammer and sickle. (13) And it was the Democrats who tried to push the nation to a breaking point with the riots (more on that later), the virus hysteria and stealing the election.

*Helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks to ward off Trump’s false claims of victory. Trump won on Election Day; Pod planted a story to explain why an Election-Day victory couldn’t be celebrated. “We told you it would be normal if counting took days or weeks.” They needed the time to “find” Biden ballots.

The Most Evil Element Of The Plot

Coups require chaos and Democrats are drama queens, part two. Enter Black Lives Matter (BLM), a racist, hateful, violent organization. All of a sudden America was the most racist country on the planet. A lie. (14) White cops were murdering unarmed black men every day. A lie. (15) Whites were racist simply because they had white skin. That’s racist. There was so much feigned outrage. Self-loathing whites literally got on their knees to BLM and apologized for being white. True. The figurehead for this racist America was President Trump, and the 80 million people who would vote for him were wearing hooded white sheets.

* “The racial-justice uprising [riots] sparked by George Floyd’s killing in May was not primarily a political movement…” but the organizers “wanted to harness its momentum for the election.” BLM co-founder Patrice Cullers said her primary goal was to get Trump out of office.(16) That’s political. Ball confirms, several times, that the people who started the protests [riots] were a “key part” of Podhorzer’s radical alliance and that his posse“ drew energy from the summer’s racial-justice protests [riots], many of whose leaders were a key part of the liberal alliance.” “Many of those organizers were part of Podhorzer’s network, from the activists in battleground states… to organizations with leading roles in the Movement for Black Lives.”

* Violence is hard work. BLM got an assist from Antifa, those skinny white boys in skinny black jeans. Five months of sustained rioting followed, brought to us by the Siamese Twins of Domestic Terror. I am convinced they were taking orders from Starship Podhorzer and his shadow. The riots were planned, financed and organized across state lines. This was the most vile element of the plot.

The first few weeks of rioting may have just been BLM doing their thing, making money off the bodies of dead black men. (17) But Democrats saw their value leading up to the election and after. (18) Democrat governors and mayors allowed them to continue. (19)

Arson, murder, massive building damage, shattered glass, businesses destroyed, innocent citizens brutally terrorized, assaulted, cars destroyed, police violently attacked, murdered, precincts burned to the ground. Over 30 people dead as a direct result of their violent acts. Their domestic terrorism. Over two billion dollars in damages.(20) Cities they destroyed are still boarded up, including Washington, D.C., where their talents were on display January 6th. (21)

This violence worked. When describing why the U.S. Chamber of Commerce suddenly joined Podhorzer’s devious efforts, Ball writes, “The summer’s racial-justice protests had sent a signal to business owners too: the potential for economy-disrupting civil disorder.”

*Black organizers also recruited thousands of poll workers. They created a force of “election defenders” who, unlike traditional poll watchers, were trained in de-escalation techniques. I remember those poll watchers. Their “de-escalation technique” was to keep GOP poll watchers out of the counting rooms. (22) The election was being stolen and the Democrats needed privacy. (23) Of course this violated election laws. (24)

*After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result. The primary pressure points were election officials, politicians and judges. The five months of sustained rioting leading up to the election, and the threat of greater violence should Trump be declared the winner, had everyone scared. Podhorzer’s group bullied most of them into submission with a campaign called, “The World Is Watching” and “Protect the Results.” Judges refused to hear any legal challenge detailing the Democrats’ election fraud. No discovery. No evidentiary hearings. No findings of fact. No justice.(25)

*SHOWING UP, STANDING DOWN Ball describes the decision made by the alliance, late on Election Day, to not riot on November 4th. “The conversation that followed was a difficult one, led by the activists charged with the protest [riot] strategy…We wanted to be mindful of when was the right time to call for moving masses of people into the street,” but decided it was too soon. “So the word went out: stand down.” Podhorzer credits the activists for their restraint. “They had spent so much time getting ready to hit the streets on Wednesday.” Fact-check on aisle Pod: there were several riots on November 4th. (26)

The Phantom Candidate.

I think Podhorzer determined who the Democrat candidate would be as much as he determined how the election would be “won.” Why did Pod and his shadow pick Joe Biden? Let’s cut to the chase. Biden has some form of dementia. I think he is a criminal, corrupt and sexually perverted. But, for at least two years I’d wager, he has also been an elderly, vulnerable adult with dementia. (27) I’m convinced they had him sipping on Adderall cocktails the few times they let him out of the basement. Podhorzer and the Democrats knew he was mentally unfit when they chose him (there oughta be a law against that), and that is precisely why they chose him. There was never any plan to win the election. From the beginning the fix was in. They were rigging the system and the election would be stolen. Even Joe knew that. (28) They didn’t need a candidate who could win. They needed a placeholder.

The Final Brag & The Proper Outcome.“Every attempt to interfere with the proper outcome of the election was defeated…” Coo cook ka do. Podhorzer managed to get Biden installed in the White House. He made sure that the votes of 80 million American citizens didn’t interfere, but it was by the skin of his teeth. In spite of all their craftiness and illegal ballots it would have taken just 90,000 votes for Trump to have overcome their massive fraud and win it all, twice: the Presidency, House and Senate, (29) which truly would have been the proper outcome. Supreme Court Goes Full Nicaragua in PA Election Case

For a couple of years, my wife and I escaped Obama’s America by owning a Pacific Ocean hotel in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. The irony was that in supposedly socialist Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega’s government left us alone far more than government did in the supposedly free country of the United States of Obama.

Still, while Ortega 2.0 might have shed most of his socialism, he had not shed his lust for power, and the job of making sure he never lost again was that of the Chief Justice Roberto Rivas Reyes of what is in effect the Nicaraguan Supreme Court. I’m not sure who was actually more powerful or corrupt — President Ortega or Justice Rivas — but Rivas’s was bigger. His motorcade, that is, and he owned the two biggest homes on the two most elevated lots in San Juan del Sur, the nation’s top coastal town, a few hundred yards from our hotel.

Today I’m not sure whose court is more corrupt vis-a-vis election law: Nicaragua’s court or our Supreme Court. It appears that Donald Trump has remade the U.S. Supreme Court — in Mitt Romney’s image! (I am not blaming Trump, just stating the obvious.)

While I think the United States Supreme Court stumbled badly in its 7-2 rejection of the Texas case on standing last year, the refusal to “grant cert” (i.e., to take the case) yesterday in a Pennsylvania case is horrifying beyond words. I could say that our election laws are now full-on banana republic, but I’d hate to insult bananas that badly.

What the Supreme Court codified yesterday, and what it started with the Texas rejection, is that election laws and procedures cannot be challenged beyond a state court, at any time, regardless of how badly those states shred the United States Constitution, and regardless of the major consequences to the other 49 states as a result. They don’t ever say that per se, but the results of what those two rulings have done are just that. Period.

Those trying to challenge Pennsylvania’s obviously corrupt and rigged election system have been told that they cannot challenge the laws ahead of the election, because there is not yet a victim. They’ve been told that fellow Americans impacted by Pennsylvania’s corrupt system cannot challenge, because of standing. Now they’ve been told that they cannot challenge after the election, because it’s after the election – and therefore moot.

Ortega on line one, asking the Democrats just how do they get away with this?

This kind of infantile and absurd logic just defies belief and takes one’s breath away. And not just mine. I think it’s clear that Justice Clarence Thomas is even more mystified than am I, and he was livid. He was also, as he always is, right on the money in his analysis.

“One wonders what this Court waits for,” understates Thomas in his dissent, adding “we failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us.”

In other words, we are punting the ball again. But let’s make no mistake — this is “not doing nothing” with all respect to Justice Thomas. This is proactive, and it absolutely legalizes institutional voter fraud and neuters state legislatures in lieu of state courts. Lawyers gonna lawyer, I reckon.

The only other quibble I have regarding Justice Thomas’s statement is that actually no, we don’t expect more of our courts any more. This is exactly what we have come to expect. We saw Brett Kavanaugh emasculated in his hearing process, and clearly he hasn’t had enough testosterone replacement shots yet, and Amy Coney Barrett, the mom, seems worried about her kiddies at school. Cancel Culture 1, Constitution 0. Voters be damned.

For the record, the broad strokes of the Pennsylvania case revolve around the fact that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court changed election laws at the last minute to expand unchecked mail in voting. The Constitution, that once relevant but now apparently irrelevant document, makes it clear that the state legislatures are in charge of state elections. In Pennsylvania, as in many states, the legislature is controlled by Republicans – while Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court is controlled by radical leftists. One lesson the late, great Rush Limbaugh helped teach us is that the left always uses the courts to get stuff done that they could never accomplish through the ballot box.

Never has that been truer than in the 2020 Election, in Pennsylvania and other places as well. As Thomas adds:

“The Constitution gives to each state legislature authority to determine the ‘Manner’ of federal elections…Yet both before and after the 2020 election, non-legislative officials in various States took it upon themselves to set the rules instead…. [T]he Pennsylvania Legislature established an unambiguous deadline for receiving mail-in ballots… the Pennsylvania Supreme Court extended that deadline… (and) ordered officials to count ballots received by the new deadline even if there was no evidence—such as a postmark—that the ballots were mailed by election day. … these cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address (this) before the next election cycle. The refusal to do so is inexplicable.”

Tragically, it’s not inexplicable. It’s very explicable. It’s that the explanations are chilling and uncomfortable. Our Supreme Court is now part of the Washington Swamp, and the Washington Swamp is now totally divorced from any understanding of or caring about the rest of the nation. Roberts surrendered to the Swamp shortly after being seated. Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett have done so even quicker.

Our Supreme Court is now no more an agent of a free people than similar courts are in places like Venezuela and Nicaragua. Our nation is becoming ungovernable, because there is no reason for a thinking person to have any respect for our institutions like the FBI, The Justice Department, or our courts on any level. We are facing dark days indeed.

Election Fraud

The fraud in this past election was massive, the worst ever in recorded history, but it is nothing when compared to what the Democrat (Communist) Party has in store for the future of the USA and the world. In their first act, this Congress led by true communists apparently, is ready to pass a bill allowing all future elections in the USA to be run exactly the same as any communist regime in history.

The Populist Press is reporting the first bill put together by this Pelosi-led Congress will eliminate free and fair elections forever. Fraud will be the mandate and Democrats, the kings of fraud, will win every election henceforth. The bill is labeled by the Communist Democrats – “For the People Act of 2021“.

Below are the key aspects of the bill as noted by the Populist Press:

Democrats introduce their first bill in the House: H.R.1 – The bill that will destroy America. Nationwide mail-in voting, banning restrictions on ballot harvesting, banning voter ID, criminal voters,DC Statehood roadwork, it’s all in here.

1) Internet-only registration with electronic signature submission.

“(a) Requiring Availability Of Internet For Online Registration.—Each State, acting through the chief State election official, shall ensure that the following services are available to the public at any time on the official public websites of the appropriate State and local election officials in the State, in the same manner and subject to the same terms and conditions as the services provided by voter registration agencies under section 7(a):

“(1) Online application for voter registration.

2) Banning the requirement to provide a full SSN for voter registration.

SEC. 1005. PROHIBITING STATE FROM REQUIRING APPLICANTS TO PROVIDE MORE THAN LAST 4 DIGITS OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. (a) Form Included With Application For Motor Vehicle Driver’s License.—Section 5(c)(2)(B)(ii) of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. 20504(c)(2)(B)(ii)) is amended by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting the following: “, and to the extent that the application requires the applicant to provide a Social Security number, may not require the applicant to provide more than the last 4 digits of such number;”.

3) Nationwide ‘Motor Voter’ registration.

Note that motor voter registration is how thousands of illegal became registered voters in California and Nevada.

(2) DEFINITION.—The term “automatic registration” means a system that registers an individual to vote in elections for Federal office in a State, if eligible, by electronically transferring the information necessary for registration from government agencies to election officials of the State so that, unless the individual affirmatively declines to be registered, the individual will be registered to vote in such elections.

4) 16 year olds required to be registered to vote.

(d) Treatment Of Individuals Under 18 Years Of Age.—A State may not refuse to treat an individual as an eligible individual for purposes of this part on the grounds that the individual is less than 18 years of age at the time a contributing agency receives information with respect to the individual, so long as the individual is at least 16 years of age at such time. Nothing in the previous sentence may be construed to require a State to permit an individual who is under 18 years of age at the time of an election for Federal office to vote in the election.

5) Nationwide same-day registration.

“(1) REGISTRATION.—Each State shall permit any eligible individual on the day of a Federal election and on any day when voting, including early voting, is permitted for a Federal election—

“(A) to register to vote in such election at the polling place using a form that meets the requirements under section 9(b) of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (or, if the individual is already registered to vote, to revise any of the individual’s voter registration information); and

“(B) to cast a vote in such election.

Stop the Steal

There’s something about the title of this article that really rubs Democrat socialists the wrong way. It incites a level of anger and irrational behavior not seen since the MAGA clothing line hit the shelves. For the Democrat party and their media acolytes, this catchphrase has been stretched thin to wrap around the recent violent and unlawful breach of the U.S. Capitol, now used as the black swan event to drive a stake through the heart of Trump conservatives (Omitting Republicans here is deliberate, as the backbone and fealty of the Grand Old Party has been compromised in ways that are difficult to understand and painful to watch).
“Stop the Steal” is not a call to violence, nor does it narrow upon a disputed election that will put the worst possible nominee of any presidential race in American history behind the Resolute Desk. It represents a civil but firm opposition to a Democrat policy platform that seeks to wrench the foundations of democracy out from under our feet.
In the past year, the crawl of socialism in this country has become a full-out sprint acted out in anarchistic nightly displays on our city streets. Political scientists and Marxist apologists assuage concerns with claims that socialism can coexist with capitalism. At what price and for how long? Our schools, language, media, and workplaces have already willfully or unwittingly permitted this Orwellian drift to greater government control over our lives. Standing athwart complete capitulation is our Bill of Rights, against which beltway Democrats and blue state governors, hiding behind the pandemic, have leveled a crippling broadside.
American Thinker readers are smarter than most who claim familiarity with the Bill of Rights and the Founding Fathers that brought them to life. Notwithstanding, here’s a pared-down version of the top ten. The First Amendment is speech and religion, Second is right to bear arms, Third is civilian authority over the military, Fourth is search and seizure, Fifth is due process, Sixth is criminal prosecutions, Seventh is jury trial, Eighth is cruel and unusual punishment, Ninth is rights retained by the people, and Tenth is state’s rights, to include calling and holding elections.

With the help of the courts, the left has whittled away at these amendments for decades, although with less malevolence than we’ve seen in the last four years of the Trump administration. There is now more than a whiff of smoke to show that each of these fundamental rights has been diminished, tossed aside, or outright trampled in an effort to paper them over with a socialist model of government, advance one-party rule, and to wield authority in perpetuity.
Campus-coddled academics and the media writ large have taken pains to soften the realities of life under socialism and indoctrinated generations of students. How else could Bernie Sanders, the Senate’s longstanding Bolshevik who has functioned outside the two-party mainstream for thirty years and has seen the passage of only three of his more than 400 sponsored bills — two of them naming post offices — suddenly become the sweetheart of the country’s youngest voters? Sanders’ second-place finish in a field of twenty-seven primary candidates was a warning shot that academia had effectively ripped the bloom of democracy off the rose and that socialism was a new force to be reckoned with in American politics.
The problem for Democrats is that a huge swath of the population are content with the Constitution and won’t gently yield the right to free elections. A plurality of voters, to include more than three-quarters of Republicans, thirty percent of Democrats and quarter of all Independents, now have little to no faith that the recent presidential election was legitimate. Prima facie voter fraud on an epic scale coupled with a cold shoulder from several high courts to eschew examination of the hard evidence suggests dirty tricks to deprive the fundamental right of the people to choose their own leader. Chicanery at this height of federal and state government, if allowed to stand, is an open invitation to even greater levels of political misconduct.
Would the American government have accepted the legitimacy of a foreign election so contaminated? When Nicolas Maduro won by a landslide against a massive populist movement, the United States and European Union said no. Venezuela’s election irregularities bear semblance to our own, to include the omission of observers, and the manipulation of results.

The Democrats’ pyrrhic victory and seizure of power has now salted appetites for vengeance. A highly disputed presidential election, coupled with Republican reticence, has put every Trump conservative at risk of hostility and persecution. An ascendant Democrat party, strengthened by Republican hibernation, is now aligned in ideology and practice to cancel a conservative movement first articulated by Edmund Burke in 1790, brought to influence in American politics by William F. Buckley, Jr., in the early 1960s, and advanced by the presidency of Ronald Reagan.
Using the Capitol breach as a pretense to censure all Trump supporters as insurgents, social media outlets are suspending or canceling the accounts of conservatives. Deplatformed users are given anemic justifications that ironically overlook the existing accounts of the world’s most brutal regimes and thousands of their propaganda posts. Rebooting a plot line from Revenge of the Nerds, the CEOs and their algorithm wizards at Facebook and Twitter are hard at work giving online wedgies to anyone who dares to question a Biden presidential victory. Alternative blogging sites, such as Parler and Gab, are demonized as havens for right-wing miscreants and Amazon Web Services has shown a willingness to sever connections to sites that offer sanctuary to such views. Gone is all debate over partisan perceptions of hate speech.
After an election decided by hook and by crook, this is no longer just about power. Eliminating conservative opposition through dogmatism is on full display. While the president, all of his White House staff, Republican congressional representatives, and hundreds of thousands of Save America rally attendees have been harassed and blamed for the actions of a unlawful mob, there has been no atonement by Democrats and media pundits who have condoned, openly supported, or called for the year-long sacking of American cities and the murder of police officers.
Florida Congressman Brian Mast is a former Army explosives technician who lost both his legs in Afghanistan. Last week, he exercised the powers given to him by oath to vote against the second impeachment of President Trump. That got under the skin of CNN anchor Jake Tapper, who maligned Mast and his military service by suggesting that the Bronze Star vet had left his commitment to democracy on foreign soil.
Josh Hawley, U.S. senator from Missouri, is a well-spoken political voice whose strength of conviction makes him a Republican standout. His presence also puts him in the crosshairs of Democrats bent on denying conservatives any hope of an ideological leader in the wake of Donald Trump. The cancel culture has therefore mounted a full-throttled campaign against him in the media and corporate world. Simon & Schuster has refused to publish the book they, in fact, paid him to write. Loews hotel management canceled a fundraiser scheduled for Hawley. If Benny Thompson, Democrat chair of the House Homeland Security Committee had his way, Hawley and other Republicans would be on the no-fly list.
The Democrats and their social media axis are also squaring off against conservative firebrands Ted Cruz, Jim Jordan, and Matt Gaetz. Pages of results on popular internet search engines feature articles that put them in a bad light. The sycophants at Google are far more flattering to queries of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.
The endgame for Democratic socialism will appear in the guise of political “reform” that will prey upon the careers and livelihoods of every conservative legislator, writer, commentator, and blogsite. Trump conservatives will increasingly become expats from their own government while a Republican apostasy goes the way of the Whigs

Democrats Launch Their Assault on Red State America

The opening salvo against red state America is the article of impeachment against President Trump introduced on January 11 by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Democrat Representatives David Cicilline, Ted Lieu, and Jamie Raskin. So much for Biden’s promise to “unify the country.”

What is the intent of this article of impeachment? It cannot possibly be to remove Trump from office. Trump will have left office before the Senate could vote on impeachment. There is no such thing as impeaching a person who is not in office. Clearly impeachment has nothing to do with getting Trump out of office.

How does it unify the country to follow up an election believed by half of the US voting population to have been stolen with impeaching the president who is regarded as the victim of a stolen election? Adding insult to injury will only further enrage 75 million or more Trump voters, and many honest Democrats, who regard the election as stolen. If the Establishment and its Democrat, Republican, and media allies truly believe the election not to have been stolen, why wasn’t the evidence permitted to be examined so that the controversy could be settled instead of ignored? Ignoring the evidence deepens the suspicion as does labeling those who challenged the election “enemies of democracy.” Democrats are now trying to censure Republican members of the House and Senate who supported having the evidence presented to Congress. Why censure someone who wants evidence to be examined?

What many Americans and people abroad do not comprehend is that in the 2020 election Trump officially got 74,222,958 votes. This is the official number, which is understated by the 10 million vote suppression used against him. In “losing,” Trump’s 74,222,958 official votes are more votes than any elected president has ever received with the exception of Biden whose vote count was raised by 10 million fraudulent ballots. How is the country unified by demonizing half of it? Are the Democrats’ threats and reprisals against Trump and his supporters unifying?

I watched the presentations by independent experts to three state legislatures of the detailed evidence showing without any doubt that the election was stolen in the swing states. Some of the experts explaining the election’s theft were people of color as were many of those who signed affidavits under penalty of perjury of the electoral fraud that they witnessed. This information has never been presented by the media to the public, nor has any media, election officials, Department of Justice, or Congress examined the evidence. It is overwhelming evidence ignored.

Whether of not you believe that Biden—the most uninspiring presidential candidate in American history—got 81 million votes (the largest in American history), why do Pelosi and the Democrats want to make themselves even more hated and distrusted by half of the country by impeaching the president whose reelection they stole?

This is rubbing salt in the wound. Half of the country already regards Biden as an illegitimate president and regards the Democrats as power-mad totalitarians hostile to democracy. What does Pelosi achieve by furthering this image of Democrats? She is damning her party and herself. Why?

The answer is to generate fear in Republicans and Trump supporters.

The Democrats are using open unabashed retribution to scare Republicans and Trump supporters into compliance. Everywhere you look Republican members of Congress both House and Senate, Trump’s present and former cabinet members, and present and former members of the White House staff are denouncing Trump and putting distance between Trump and themselves. The latest is Fiona Hill, formerly of Trump’s National Security Council. She denounces Trump for having “put us on the brink of civil war.” Note that for Republican Fiona Hill, it is not a stolen election that puts “us on the brink of civil war,” but the protest against the election theft. This is the position of the Republican Party. In other words, the Republicans have surrendered. They are useless to the people.

As a large number of videos made available online by people who attended the rally show, the Capitol police allowed protestors into the Capitol. The Trump supporters were not smart enough not to take the bait. Once inside, the Democrats had their “insurrection” and “storming of the Capitol.”

It achieved its purpose. It stopped presentation of the evidence showing Congress a stolen election. Scared by the presstitutes one voice proclamation of an attempted coup, the Republicans wilted and ran for their political lives knowing that they would be blamed for “aiding and abetting Trump’s insurrection.”

The Democrats intend to keep them running, and that is what the impeachment is about.

Trump supporters are in for it as well. The FBI, which has been hand-in-hand with Democrats throughout the Russiagate and impeachment hoaxes, is now hunting down those who attended the Trump rally. Those for whom the FBI cannot invent grounds for arrest have their names turned over to the presstitutes who agitate for their firing from their jobs. Already policemen, corporate employees and executives, including a chief financial officer, have been fired for attending the Trump rally, and recording artists dropped because they attended the rally. Dumbshit indoctrinated school children have impoverished their own families by ratting out their parents for attending the rally and causing them to be fired.

Children squealing on their parents to the media is the worst part of the Democrats’ assault on America, because it shows that the liberal propaganda that passes for education in the schools has destroyed solidarity and loyalty in the family. Without the family, there is no society. Essentially, without family there is no country.

In so many ways Americans are now people without a country.

As the blatantly public theft of a presidential election shows, democracy is a dead value among elites and institutions in the United States. The word will continue to be used as cover for oligarchic rule in the interest of the few. All who find the courage to challenge rule by the few will be demonized as “enemies of democracy.” We are already seeing it. President Trump and his “deplorables” are already declared “enemies of democracy.”

Whether or not Americans believe Trump and his supporters are enemies of democracy, many will be caused by fear to go along with it. Otherwise, they will be the next to be outed, fired, and prosecuted.

I am not optimistic. One reason for my lack of optimism is the age of disinformation in which we live. Disinformation is used by the Establishment to conform the public to its agendas. Disinformation is used to reconstruct white society. Disinformation is even used by Trump supporters in efforts to keep alive hope that the stolen election will be overturned or that Trump will win reelection in four years.

Another reason I am not optimistic is that I read comment sections of websites that host courageous and insightful commentators in hope of encountering intelligence and a rising awareness that could result in effective resistance. But what do I find? Inability to comprehend what they have read. Narcissists hiding behind fake names. Nit-picking in place of weighing a well-stated presentation. And the ever-present trolls demeaning the authors with ad hominum accusations that are spread into social media.

I am also not optimistic when I see that Trump, who has experienced the evil power of the Establishment, has not come to the realization that the last blow he can strike against the Establishment is the pardon of Assange and Snowden, two who are persecuted for telling the truth. Perhaps the reason is that many of Trump’s patriotic supporters have fallen for the Establishment’s line that Assange and Snowden are Russian agents who acted against America.

In the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and all of Western Europe, telling the truth is being criminalized. The result will be the destruction of the truth-teller. This is true as well within the universities. Identity politics and Establishment agendas rule. If you cross them, you are out.

Objective truth has been redefined as a “white construct” that serves “systemic racism” and misogynists. White people, especially heterosexual white males, have been assigned the role that Karl Marx gave capitalists. They are hateful, exploitative creatures that must be destroyed by demonization and indoctrination. The process has been going on for some time in the schools and in work place “sensitivity training” sessions.

This is the ideology of the Democrat Party. Imposed ideologies wear down facts.

As the Native American tells the elderly woman in the Clint Eastwood film, The Outlaw Josey Wales, “Hell is coming to breakfast.” White people can expect hell. To see this, all you have to do is to look at Biden’s Department of Justice appointments.

Americans are only now beginning to realize that the expensive educations they have paid for their children have resulted in their children being stolen from them. A friend told me recently that his son and son’s girlfriend had left their brutally lockdowned Democrat state to come to him in a Republican state where life still went on not too far from normal. Having heard their conversations with him and among themselves, he has concluded that they regret that they were born white.

To his dismay, he understands that their regret at having white skin is not because of employment and promotion quotas that limit their success as white people, or the demeaning racial training sessions they have to endue as “systemic white racists.” Their regret is due to their successful indoctrination that, as white racists, they are responsible for the lack of success of black Americans. Perplexed, he asked me, “how can we resist the tyranny that is being imposed on us when the younger generation believes we are quilty and cannot be trusted with our freedoms.

Yes, good question. How?

Note that the outpouring of support for Trump in the Washington Rally, which Democrats easily turned into a liability for Trump, consists largely of older adults. Where were the young people? They stayed home and ratted out their parents.

America’s young were not born into a free society. They have never experienced a free society. They are not socialized into a free society. They have no idea what one is beyond access to the Internet.

It was two decades ago that the Bush regime orchestrated the PATRIOT Act. It was two decades ago that the Republican President of the United States threw habeas corpus out the window and claimed executive authority to detain American citizens indefinitely without presenting evidence before a court. No bar association, no university law faculty, no court, no Congress, and certainly no presstitute media demanded Bush’s impeachment for unilaterally exercising unconstitutional executive authority.

During the subsequent Obama regime, America’s First Black President, who got less votes than Trump did in 2020, executed American citizens without due process of law. No one demanded Obama’s impeachment for his unconstitutional and illegal murder of American citizens.

If cancelling the Bill of Rights isn’t insurrection, what is?

In contrast, President Trump who challenged the media monopoly for its censorship, who challenged the military/security complex for its orchestration of Russia as an enemy, who challenged various “trade agreements” for sending Americans’ middle class jobs abroad—in other words, a rare president who represented the American people—this President was destroyed by the Establishment and its media and intellectual whores.

The corrupt and evil Establishment, acting through the Democrat Party with the backing of the monopoly over all communications and the monetary and power interests of the military/security complex and Wall Street, and strengthened by the Identity Politics hatreds, which extend into the universities, public schools, bar associations, corporations, and judiciary, and the indoctrination seminars that white males are forced to undergo, has achieved more power than Stalin and Hitler could imagine.

Today the United States is not only a threat to its citizens but also a threat to the world. The American Establishment’s belief in its hegemony makes the United States the greatest threat that the world has ever experienced.

The forces in control of the United States deny the existence of objective truth. As the Establishment defines truth, truth is what serves the agendas of the ruling elite.

There is no other truth.

Among other terrors, this means that an accused person can mount no defense. As the trial of the surviving brother of the alleged Boston Marathon Bombing demonstrated, the proof of his innocence according to the FBI’s own evidence was not allowed to be introduced into the trial, only the fabricated “evidence” of his guilt. When this happened, it was clear that the United States government regarded the rule of law as dispensable whenever it interfered with its agenda.

As journalist Ekaterina Blinova instantly recognized, the effect of the stolen election is to create one-party rule in the United States. Of course, the Democrats won’t rule. Rule will be by the interest groups for whom the Democrats will front. As the Republicans abandoned the American people and joined in the denunciation of the “insurrectionist Trump,” there are few voters left who will vote Republican. By its cowardice, the Republican Party has destroyed itself.

What can be done. I am open to answers. If you think about it, you wonder if Americans have the intelligence and awareness to survive. Consider Parler, a social media alternative that does not censor. Why did Parler think it could be independent when it was dependent on Apple, Amazon, and Google? It must be a new high water mark of American insouciance that Parler executives thought the ruling Establishment would allow them free speech. https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/09/tech/parler-suspended-apple-app-store/index.html

America is in collapse on all fronts—morally, economically, socially, politically, and militarily. Every American institution is corrupted. America’s collapse will be a large collapse, and it will affect the entire world.

The Truth About January 6th, and Where We Go from Here

According to a left-wing propaganda narrative that you can read in the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, and similar outlets, the violence in Congress that occurred in the afternoon of January 6 was the culmination of a long series of outrages by President Donald Trump. When he lost the November election to Joe Biden, he could not accept his loss. He kept making baseless claims that he had won the election and accused Biden supporters of using fake ballots and rigged voting machines to inflate the totals for Biden. He kept filing lawsuits to get parts of the verdict overturned, but the courts rejected all his claims. He thought he still had a chance on January 6, when the electoral votes are counted in Congress. He wanted Vice President Mike Pence to violate the Constitution. Although Pence has the purely ceremonial role of presiding over the joint session, he wanted Pence to toss out slates of electors who opposed him, or at least send them back to the states for recertification. Pence refused to violate the Constitution. When Trump found out about it, he was so angry that he incited part of a rally supporting him to storm Congress and shut down the session. Because of him, several people were killed. He is a sore loser who should be removed from office immediately and sent to prison for sedition as well.

Every word of this narrative is false. Let’s take one item out of chronological order, because it has gotten so much attention. It’s alleged that Trump became enraged at Pence because Pence wouldn’t violate the Constitution. In fact, there is a good case that what Trump was asking Pence to do was perfectly legitimate. As John Yoo and Robert Delahunty pointed out in an article in the American on October 19,

We suggest that the Vice President’s role is not the merely ministerial one of opening the ballots and then handing them over (to whom?) to be counted. Though the 12th Amendment describes the counting in the passive voice, the language seems to envisage a single, continuous process in which the Vice President both opens and counts the votes.

The check on error or fraud in the count is that the Vice President’s activities are to be done publicly, “in the presence” of Congress. And if “counting” the electors’ votes is the Vice President’s responsibility, then the inextricably intertwined responsibility for judging the validity of those votes must also be his.

If that reading is correct, then the Electoral Count Act is unconstitutional. Congress cannot use legislation to dictate how any individual branch of government is to perform its unique duties: Congress could not prescribe how future Senates should conduct an impeachment trial, for example. Similarly, we think the better reading is that Vice President Pence would decide between competing slates of electors chosen by state legislators and governors, or decide whether to count votes that remain in litigation.

Yoo is a controversial person, but there’s no doubt he is a constitutional law scholar in good standing.

Well, you might say, what right did Trump have to blow up on Pence just because Pence disagreed with his understanding of the Constitution? The answer to that is simple. Pence had assured Trump that he accepted his claim that there were irregularities in the voting. He said at a rally in Georgia on January 4, just two days before the count, that the case for widespread election fraud would be made to the American people when Congress meets this week to certify President-elect Joe Biden’s victory over President Trump.

“We’ve all got our doubts about the last election. I share the concerns of millions of Americans about voting irregularities,” Pence said at an indoor congregation at Rock Springs Church in Milner, Ga., in support of Republican Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue in runoff elections there.

Pence, who by law will be tasked with declaring a winner of the Electoral College vote, seemed to leave open the possibility that Trump could still remain in power for a second term.

“Come this Wednesday,” he said, referring to the impending certification of election results, “we’ll have our day in Congress. We’ll hear the evidence.”

The election was in fact stolen from him. It’s easy to hack voting machines, such as those made by Dominion, to change vote totals. When I say this, I’m not relying on a source the Left will dismiss as fantasies from conspiracy-theory nuts. According to a story published by NBC News last year,

It was an assurance designed to bolster public confidence in the way America votes: Voting machines “are not connected to the internet.”

Then Acting Undersecretary for Cybersecurity and Communications at the Department of Homeland Security Jeanette Manfra said those words in 2017, testifying before Congress while she was responsible for the security of the nation’s voting system.

So many government officials like Manfra have said the same thing over the last few years that it is commonly accepted as gospel by most Americans. Behind it is the notion that if voting systems are not online, hackers will have a harder time compromising them.

So many government officials like Manfra have said the same thing over the last few years that it is commonly accepted as gospel by most Americans. Behind it is the notion that if voting systems are not online, hackers will have a harder time compromising them.

But that is an overstatement, according to a team of 10 independent cybersecurity experts who specialize in voting systems and elections. While the voting machines themselves are not designed to be online, the larger voting systems in many states end up there, putting the voting process at risk.

That team of election security experts say[s] that last summer, they discovered some systems are, in fact, online.

over 35 [voting systems] had been left online and we’re still continuing to find more,” Kevin Skoglund, a senior technical advisor at the election security advocacy group National Election Defense Coalition, told NBC News.

“We kept hearing from election officials that voting machines were never on the internet,” he said. “And we knew that wasn’t true. And so we set out to try and find the voting machines to see if we could find them on the internet, and especially the back-end systems that voting machines in the precinct were connecting to to report their results.” …

The three largest voting manufacturing companies—Election Systems &Software, Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic—have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners. The reason? So that unofficial election results can more quickly be relayed to the public. Those modems connect to cell phone networks, which, in turn, are connected to the internet.

Trump has every right to be suspicious. Shouldn’t there be a full and impartial investigation by recognized experts of whether fraud occurred? If the Biden camp thinks the election was fair and honest, shouldn’t they have welcomed a full investigation? But of course they didn’t. And this type of fraud is just one of many others, such as truckloads of Biden ballots arriving after it looked like Trump was winning, in just the right numbers to give Biden the victory.

When we look at Trump’s complaints, we need to bear one vital fact in mind. As Mike Davis noted in New Left Review, November–December 2020, p. 5, “Biden eked out a slim victory, in some states only by microscopic margins, that won him 306 electoral votes, the same as Trump four years ago. A mere 256,000 vote in five key states purchased 73 of those votes.” This is why Trump is right: because just a few votes could change the outcome, and because there was a lot of apparent fraud, a full investigation was needed.

But, some people might say, this doesn’t excuse Trump. Didn’t he incite people at a rally to invade the sacred halls of Congress? Well, in the first place, the halls of Congress aren’t “sacred”. They belong to the people. And Trump didn’t incite violence. Not at all. He wanted a peaceful protest, and this is what he got, aside from a few antifa activists who crashed the protest. They had been bused into Washington earlier.

According to in the American Thinker published on January 7,

January 6th’s events are being seized on as a game-changer, leading to calls to invoke the 25th Amendment; calls to impeach and remove President Trump; and efforts to discredit Trump, his supporters, and conservatism. It has distracted attention from issues around the legitimacy of voting procedures in several key states and guaranteed the Electoral College vote just before 4 A.M. that ratified Joe Biden’s and Kamala Harris’s inauguration as president and vice president.

Applying the classic legal question ‘cui bono?’ (‘who benefits?’), it is clear that Democrats, anti-Trump establishment Republicans, the leftist media, and TDS-sufferers all are victorious.

Disturbing video available (for now) on Twitter shows Capitol Police allowing demonstrators to enter the Capitol grounds. . . Elsewhere at the Capitol, the police sent out to hold a perimeter were unable to hold off mobs.

Why was the United States Capitol left so vulnerable?

After the demonstrators were led in, a policeman killed a young woman at point-blank range. The police and Secret Service ended the session of Congress, not the peaceful demonstrators. To give themselves cover, they imported a few Antifa agitators.

Why did they do this? I suggest they did this for a reason, which will become clear if we ask, What was going on just before the demonstration? The members of Congress were about to hear a debate on the objections raised against the votes in the swing states. The American people would have been able to hear the evidence for themselves. This had to be stopped. By stopping the session for about six hours, the debate was shifted to the very late evening hours of January 6 and early morning hours of January 7, when very few people were watching. Besides, all the attention was now on the protest rather than the fraudulent voting.

What can be done now? President Trump should not urge us all to “come together.” Instead, he should support secession. States and communities that support Trump are too far apart from supporters of the Biden-Harris BLM camorra to live in a united country. “Bear not the yoke with unbelievers. For what participation hath justice with injustice? Or what fellowship hath light with darkness?” (2 Corinthians 6:14 [Douay-Rheims Bible])

First Thoughts on the Breach of the Capital by Trump Backers. They will now elect permanent hegemony.

1. The obvious: violence and property destruction all summer by the left—still continuing in Portland et al.— tolerated by politicians and ignored by most of media which is now outraged by the breach of the Capitol. Sedition!! Insurrection!! How quickly they forget all the violence by the left, including the riots in DC before, during, and after Trump’s inauguration. Imagine the rioting if Trump had won. It would have made what happened at the Capitol seem like child’s play. And the media and the left would have talked about “mostly peaceful” protests.

2. With control of Congress (assuming Ossoff wins, which seems like a done deal), the Democrats will make victory permanent by adding DC and Puerto Rico as states, giving amnesty to millions of illegals so they can vote, ramp up legal immigration, and finish the demographic revolution ahead of schedule.

3. Big Tech will ramp up censorship, and Congress may well enact “hate speech” laws with prison and fines for the dissident right, which Biden will be only too happy to sign. Websites like this one may well be targets. If SCOTUS strikes down such laws, they will pack the Court. Or maybe just pack the Court anyway, as seems to be mainstream among Democrats.

3. A large percentage of the right believes the election was stolen (it was). I don’t think this attitude will go away, and when they realize they can’t win elections because of what the new government is doing, all bets are off. The left will use violence from the right to rationalize left authoritarianism, and with all that media power and political hegemony, they may succeed; again, fines and prison for rightest dissenters. There may well be very serious secession movements by Red State America. In any case, it’s not over until it’s over.

4. Ultimately this has come about because of the anti-White demographic revolution set into motion by the 1965 immigration law and the gradual increases in numbers of legal immigrants and illegal immigrants whose children become citizens. There’s no way that Georgia would vote for leftist radicals like Ossoff and Warnock without the demographic shift. The revolution was rationalized by the leftist media and academic culture which is now preaching Critical Race Theory aimed at inducing guilt in Whites and convincing Whites to punish other Whites who dissent from the new —what is called altruistic punishment by evolutionists (White people are particularly prone to this—long story). It’s redundant here to point out the outsize Jewish role in all this, but suffice it to say that this is the endgame dreamed of by the activist left for the last century. Their take-home message from the 2016 election was that Trump’s populist rhetoric was popular with a majority of Americans and if given enough time could have been enacted into policy. The policies Trump enunciated in 2016 had the prospect of at least slowing down the White demographic disaster, especially if these attitudes became even more entrenched with four more years of Trump and followed by someone with fewer rough edges, more political skill, and more of a mandate to do what needs to be done. The implicit mantra on the left was “Never Again,” and they pulled out all the stops to defeat him—not only the election fraud but also but the huge boost from most of the media in ginning up Trump hate and bogus impeachment Inquisitions while ignoring (mainstream media) or censoring (Twitter, Facebook) anything bad about Biden. Most notably Hunter Biden’s scandalous deals in China and Ukraine, with a cut for the “Big Guy.” Of course, there may well be a Democrat Plan B to get serious about Biden corruption and impeach him in favor of Harris.

5. There will be a big fight in the GOP over Trump’s legacy and whether Trumpists will be the future of the party. The neocons will try to make a comeback and the Chamber of Commerce types never left. But IMO there’s no way they can get a majority of the GOP behind them. The GOP is a populist party now and it’s not going away.

6. But like I said, it’s not over until it’s over. It’s just that the hole we were in, already deep, just got a whole lot deeper. But remember, when the Roman Republic ended, there was no great regret because the Republic was dysfunctional. It’s increasingly obvious that the US is dysfunctional. Which suggests that ultimately there will be an authoritarian government of the left (more likely right now) or right. Or secession.

Addendum: Conservatives on FOX News are saying things like “It was a bad election, but we have to fix that by changing the laws and going to court, not violence”—e.g., Trey Gowdy. The problem is that the left realizes that this could happen and that’s why they will do all they can to make it permanent. “Never Again.” As always, principled conservatives are happy to go down believing in the principles.

Addendum 2: I get the argument that storming the Capitol will strengthen the left. But should Trump supporters have just gone home when they sincerely & not without reason think the election was stolen? The left wouldn’t have. Stealing election is the ultimate political crime in a democracy.

To the GOP: TRUMP YOU !

have two words for the Republican Party establishment: Not Happy Birthday. It’s along the lines of “Trump You,” using a few different letters earlier in the alphabet.

Most Trump supporters, like myself, have been optimistic that just like in the movies, good will win out over evil, middle earth will live in peace with men, elves, and dwarves coexisting for the common good, rather than being enslaved like orcs. I believed a divinely inspired nation would not fall to the dark side. But alas real life isn’t mirroring the big screen, at least not today.

I’m frustrated for many reasons including Georgia’s senate seats predictably going to the Democrats, both new senators corrupt and incompetent, although the Republican options were not much better. The Georgia election was stolen in the same manner as the presidential election two months ago.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, as the saying goes. The Republican Party poo-pooed electoral fraud and made no effort to investigate or at least make a stink about it, with the exception of only a handful of GOP members of Congress.

Others like Mitt Romney castigated Trump for complaining about a stolen election. It’s ironic that Romney most likely lost in 2012 due to the same cheating that occurred in 2020. In 59 Philadelphia precincts, not a single vote was cast for Romney. Anyone want to bet that election was stolen from Romney just as it was for Trump with bogus ballots and rigged vote counting? Yet Trump fought back and Romney, like a sap, grinned and walked away. What a gentleman. What a loser.

The Georgia senate race followed the pattern of two months ago, with a Republican governor and secretary of state defending the corruption and preventing any investigation or accountability, and as expected, with the same election results. Several precincts stopped counting votes for the night and by the next day Fox News declared the two Democrats the winners. At least they waited until most of the votes were counted, unlike on Nov. 3 when they called Arizona for Biden after only a few votes were cast.

Vice-President Pence took a page from the U.S. Supreme Court and voted ‘present.’ Is he a deep state plant, or a traitor, as attorney Lin Wood asserts? Is Wood off his rocker or is he one of the few in Washington, D.C. brave enough to say the emperor is wearing no clothes? He is an accomplished defamation lawyer who understands better than anyone the consequences of such accusations.

What playbook did Pence follow, that of the White House or the deep state? The jury is still out on Pence. Perhaps the “greatest show on earth” is still playing out.

Where are state level Republicans, governors and legislatures, those charged with certifying electors? They too voted ‘present,’ preferring to look the other way toward their future lobbying gigs while saying to hell with the Constitution and free and fair elections.

So called “conservative” pundits are acting anything but. One recent example is Erick Erickson, once conservative enough to guest host the Rush Limbaugh show, wants the police to shoot Trump supporters as well as impeach and convict Trump. Given the new Congress and contingent of NeverTrumpers, they might pull this off in the next two weeks.

Another phony conservative, Bill Kristol, wants the protesters cleared followed by Trump’s impeachment and conviction. Why doesn’t he just lead a brigade of Antifa to storm the White House with pitchforks and a guillotine?

Funny how the media had no problem with BLM and Antifa riots all summer, yet a few hours of supposed Trump supporters engaged in what CNN previously described as a “peaceful protest” has the media now in a lather. How do they even know who the Capitol rioters even were? Antifa can carry a flag and wear a MAGA hat, as facial recognition noted.

Trump asks, “Where’s Hunter?” but I ask, “Where’s the GOP?” The party of eunuchs is terrified to oppose anything. They were silent over Spygate and a summer of riots destroying American cities. They offered no pushback over punishing lockdowns and business closures. Through their silence, they endorse electoral fraud and their political suicide.

The Republican Party, through their inaction, has made themselves permanently irrelevant. No Republican will ever get near the White House. Democrats will keep enough Republicans around as pets, useful idiots, below any threshold needed to stop a constitutional amendment or any other legislation.

If elections can be stolen this easily, twice in two months, Republicans are destined for a long walk in the wilderness. Electoral fraud will be institutionalized, the type of cheating Jimmy Carter and UN observers would be screaming about if it happened in any backwater third-world country.

Then it’s on to the legislation. Green New Deal, Medicare-for-All, open borders, amnesty, taxes on everything, abolishment of the Electoral College and the elimination of several inconvenient amendments in the Bill of Rights, fundamentally transforming America, Obama style, into Cuba or Venezuela. Don’t think this will happen? Ask a former Clinton spokesman who is pushing exactly this.

Republicans, through their passivity or in some cases encouragement, brought one party rule to an already divided country, miserable after a year of COVID diktats. They deserve their future irrelevancy.

Lastly, I cannot leave President Trump out of my rant. I have been a Trump supporter from the beginning, writing my first pro-Trump article in early July 2015, just weeks after the famous escalator ride at Trump Tower.

Trump has been the most powerful person in the world for the past four years, the chief executive of America, with its vast investigative and intelligence capabilities. He told us repeatedly “we have it all” and “we caught them all,” yet there has been no reckoning or punishment for anything. Trump had the power to act, and if he didn’t, then that’s on him.

Where are the declassifications? Where are the spygate indictments? Where is the DNI report on electoral fraud? Where’s the promised storm? Where’s the kraken?

Who will act if Trump doesn’t pull this out? The myriad scandals will be buried faster than the sexual assault allegations against Biden. Despite promises of a biblical storm and pain for the corrupt, there has been nothing. If Trump leaves office and these promises haven’t materialized, that’s on him.

Which is why I still hold out hope. It is out of character for Trump to lose in this fashion, especially since he has telegraphed everything since before he was elected in 2016. He knows a weaponized Biden government will destroy him and his family.

I still hold out hope, despite such hope being slim and getting slimmer by the day. But where is Trump’s party? Without Trump, Hillary Clinton would be preparing for her second term with Democrats running the show in Congress. Yet the GOP is out to lunch, or else running from Trump as if he has cooties.

They can go the way of the Whigs. Perhaps a new “Patriot Party” relegates the GOP to a footnote in the history books. But they brought this on and fought tooth and nail to keep Trump from Making America Great Again, far harder than they fought Obama against any of his dreams or schemes. So to the GOP I say, Trump You!
